    Andrews team from Valiant Energy came and insulted my mothers basement. They did a great job and were a pleasure to have. I was going to post this on the Waterbury office listing, but they wont let me because I already did a review there for our energy assessment by Jason and Nick. This was our follow up service.

    We woke up with no heat, and Arbor had a repair technician out to us quickly. He was thorough in diagnosing the problem, and getting our oil furnace back up-and-running. Any time that I have had to call customer service, they have been very helpful in addressing any needs and solving problems.

    I had a oil line sensor fail at my home this past Sunday. I was working and could not be available until late afternoon. The emergency call was handled wonderfully well by the phone operator. The technician agreed to meet me at a specific time that afternoon. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in 10 minutes. The concern and support were appreciated, as it was below freezing that afternoon and the house was 55 degrees by 4 PM. I was very impressed with Arbor Energy service.

    The technicians at Bantam Wesson--Phil, Bill and the others--are among the most knowledgeable I have ever met.     We can not say enough good things about Arbor Energy. My husband had an issue with his propane furnace for the greenhouse and Arbor came to his rescue that very same day. We also use Arbor for our oil furnace needs and all of their service people have been very professional. Your office personel are outstanding and extremely helpful, especial Gayle and Hope.

    We have been customers of Arbor Oil for many years. Everyone at Arbor Oil is extremely friendly and accommodating . Their service is performed in a timely manner, is thorough and CLEAN! When it was time to replace our hot water heater, the various models were explained to us allowing for our being able to make a decision on a heater that was right for our needs. We plan on staying with Arbor Oil for many more years to come!

    My appt was originally between 7am and 9am. They called to say my window was shortened to between 8 and 9. The day of the appt, they called to say it would be closer to 9, and the person showed up at 9:30. I didnt really mind because I understand things happen. He was here for about one and a half hours and was very thorough. He remembered from a previous visit that I dont like it when my ducts make noise, and he found a couple loose ducts and fixed it before it could bug me. Ive been with Arbor since 2000, and dont see myself leaving any time soon.

    Service was great as always. My only complaint is: I was given a window for arrival of 9am-1pm (awful wide) then didnt arrive until 1:30pm. Ties up a whole day for a 1.5 hour service. Maybe efficient for you but not me.Dennis

    We had Bantam Wesson do multiple improvements to our home. the latest one is having our home insulated. The young men; Radames, Cesar, and Matt arrived right on time, introduced themselves and went over everything they were going to be doing. Paul also arrived in order to help with the insulation of the attic. All 4 guys were great. They were respectable, professional and cleaned up after their work. Paul came back 2 days after to make sure the work was up to par. We did find a piece of our clap board on the ground and when I called they were going to send someone out to put it back on the house. thank you to everyone for the great customer service.
