    Thank you for Steve and his team hard work! We had been ask a couple companies for quotes. Steve is the most knowledge, friendly, person we had been see. He call me to check the day he come to quote. He text me when dumpster and materials are here. On the day, he share with me photos of work though out the day. His team did a great job for our roof. They Manuel explained to our concern. All garden and back yard had been clean. Steve also update me the dumpster pick up time. And keep me updated on warranty.     F.F. Hitchcock is a class act. I have had wonderful service from this company for about 6 years. I purchase my propane for heating & hot water from them and have had several repairs performed by them since beginning a business relationship. They respond promptly and can usually come out the same day I call or the next day for sure. Recently I needed to replace my furnace and had F.F.Hitchcock remove the old boiler and install the new one. Great experience from talking to a sales rep, securing financing and the actual installation. Very nice and knowledgeable technicians. I highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs.

    Hitchcock installed a window for me. A large 4 double hung replacing an old bay window. I also purchased the window from them. The window is superior quality! The removal of the old and the installation of the new went perfectly. Very professional! Nice guys too! Also the woman I dealt with on the phone originally was amazing! Extremely helpful in helping me decide on what to get.

    These folks are outstanding. We had a plumbing emergency on a Friday afternoon. Although they were busy, their on-call plumber John responded. This job involved cutting out a section of wall in order to do the pipe and fixture replacement. But John completed the job ! Excellent customer service and very professional !!! Thank you also to Michelle in the office who made this happen.

    Hitchcock was extremely responsive. We had no heat over the weekend and called first thing Monday morning. They got us on the schedule right away. They let us know a window the tech would be arriving, then called to confirm he was on his way. Jeff was knowledge and fixed the broken piece quickly. He also stayed to make sure the heat came on correctly. Very satisfied, and happy to know all the services they offer!

    Iā€™ve used this companyā€™s services twice before, just to diagnose the issue so I could fix it myself, as I couldnā€™t afford the repair costs. Both times, their technicians were very knowledgeable and accurately identified the problem.However, when I tried to schedule a third visit, they canceled and informed me that, according to their records, I hadnā€™t used them for repairs after their previous diagnoses. They said they couldnā€™t keep coming out just to diagnose problems if I wasnā€™t going to hire them for the actual repairs.I think thatā€™s unreasonable. Itā€™s not like theyā€™ve been doing the service for freeā€”Iā€™ve always paid the $115 service call fee. If this is their policy, fine, but I donā€™t think itā€™s fair to be ā€œblacklistedā€ for choosing to do the repairs myself to save on labor costs. Their technicians are great and spend only about 15 minutes diagnosing the issue, yet they charge $115, which I gladly pay.I donā€™t see why they canā€™t just provide the service Iā€™m paying for without conditions attached. Itā€™s disappointing to feel penalized for trying to save money.

    The tech, P Cuddy, did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable polite and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix the problems within minutes after his arrival. He made sure there boiler was running properly, beyond the problem he repaired. Exceptionally great service. Because of Mr .     After being ignored by another plumber for 10 days, I cold-called F. F. Hitchcock in desperation. They had a great technician, John Tarquino, at my house within 2 hours to fix a complicated and messy leak between the upstairs bathroom and the downstairs ceiling. He was here for about 3 hours in total, fixed everything in a single visit, and left everything clean and tidy. John was thorough in his diagnosis, and clear and upfront about what needed to be done to fix the problem. Also, he was transparent about pricing and made sure I understood everything, including what options I had, and put everything in writing for my approval before proceeding. He offered me the option to repair old equipment or replace with new, with clear reassurance and explanation as to why each would be a safe solution. In my case, the old equipment had some patchable holes but with repair would be solid enough to last a long time, and fixing vs. replacing would save me a lot of money; installing brand new equipment wouldve been extra insurance, but would have raised the cost of the job significantly. He accepted my choice and did not try to sell me on the more expensive option. In other words, good ethics, no games.Are F. F. Hitchcock the cheapest? No. But honestly, they arent insanely expensive, either. Where plumbing is concerned, you get what you pay for. I got prompt, clearly-explained, technically excellent, and friendly service. I will absolutely hire them again. John was terrific. The best thing he did was relieve me of worry that my kitchen ceiling might collapse from water damage, creating a much more expensive problem. Very happy customer.

    Hot water heater went out and FF Hitchcock was able to come out to service same day. When it was determined it couldnā€™t be saved, they were able to review all of our options and had a new unit replaced the next day. Incredible service and urgency.

    We had a leaky pipe that I tried to fix. Kyle was our plumber. He showed up earlier than I expected. He was done in about 15-20 minutes.So, in summary, I called less than 12 hours ago for a leaky pipe. I was booked and the pipe was replaced on a weekend. The price was more than reasonable, especially on a weekend rate.Bonus! The lady who took my call was friendly and professional. I wish I could remember her name.

    What a great company!!!! The customer service is phenomenal!!! I called because my central air was giving off an odor, so I immediately shut it off and began calling every company I could for a service call. I was told it would be a week and a half before some of these companies could come out. I went on the internet and F.F.Hitchcock popped up. I called and spoke to a very pleasant lady who said someone could come out 4 days later which I gladly accepted, it beats a week and a half. They kept me updated on the appointment and called to let me know Dorian, the technician was on the way. Dorian was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He knew right away what the problem was and fixed it. I cant praise F.F. Hitchcock enough for their employees and for the outstanding service I received. Thank you so much!!!!

    Updating my review: More great customer service from FF Hitchcock! Vin and John came out and outperformed all expectations again! Itā€™s hard to get excited about plumbing but we are ā€œflushedā€ with satisfaction ! Lol ! Very happy customer!It starts with a problem , but then you call and everyone in the office is friendly and attentive. Iā€™ve called for service or repair 3 times now. Once for A/C, once for heating service and oil fill up, and most recently for a major plumbing repair. Each and every time someone was dispatched within an hour to my house! When the showed up, the were friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly they were patient and took the time to understand the whole scope of the issue and fix it right the first time. Professionals from start to finish! 5 stars just doesnā€™t seem to be enough! I am now signed up for annual service on all major systems that includes a yearly inspection and maintenance. The final cost is also always extremely fair. 10 out of 10 recommend!Thank you!

    I had the misfortune of coming home from a work trip to find that not only had my AC system failed (during a heat wave) but that I also had a leak in my ceiling.I called on a Friday afternoon and was immediately helped, I also had Vin (plumbing) and Dorian (AC) out to my home the following Tuesday (which was a miracle)The service was exceptional and both Vin and Dorian were great guys that really cared about the work that they were doing.5 stars doesnā€™t do this experience justice.

    We are using FF Hitchcock to Service our AC heating , ductless split , hot water heater and plumbing this year. Our first service was great. They were very prompt clean and did a great job. We found out that our oil tank had a small hole and within 24 hours we had one installed. Grant and Andrew were fabulous. Fair prices, punctual, clean and did a great job!

    I converted from an oil heated boiler to propane. My house offers challenges because it is a slab with the boiler in the center, not next to any exterior walls. The dispacher, salesman, the propane coordinator, and the technicians were very professional and always positive. The propane line installationwent pretty quickly. The boiler installation took as long as they predicted. The technician listened to everything I had to say, and responded. So I have to say that not only did he do a nice and neat job in a timely manner, but he also brought the installation beyond what I had imagined. I am going to leave four out of five stars because there were some leaks, which did get taken care of right away.

    1/7- Update: When our furnace died again, I was really frustrated. I called and requested another Emergency visit .Even with a snowstorm James was willing to come restart our furnace and track down the faulty part that kept causing us issues.     I cannot speak highly enough about this company. We were a cold call over the weekend when our furnace abruptly died. There was absolutely no way it would produce any more heat during a frigid time for our state. Someone contacted me the same day I put in a call request, a technician came out the very next morning, and within two days we had a newly installed furnace. The process was extremely And everyone was so positive and helpful throughout it. We found an extra sweet that they offered to bring us space heaters to keep us warm. Overall from the men who came, and did our install to everyone I dealt with over the phone I cannot speak highly enough about this company and would absolutely recommend them. Especially compared to other companies around our area which we have had terrible experiences with. I tentative recommend this company, and I plan to use them in the future.

    I had a great experience with FF Hitchcock. They did the work promised in an efficient and professional manner. Thanks to a series of circumstances - I had insurance coverage for some of the plumbing damage, so I got some repair work done ā€˜for freeā€™ by the Water Authority. On top of that the FF Hitchcock technician greatly reduced his estimate of the cost of his work, since it was partly done by the Water company. Overall, I spent about $1000 less than I had anticipated- that does not happen often in my experience!

    We had a crisis. Our water heater was leaking. We made the call and a tech/salesman came out within a couple hours. Based on his assessment, we bought a new water heater. It was delivered and installed four days later. The two individuals were professional and courteous and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing, including upgrades of venting into the chimney. They also provided feedback about the sediment in the old hot water heater to guide us on how to maintain the new one. They also replaced an old valve with a more effective ball valve. They came at exactly the time scheduled which was wonderful. They were professional and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Five stars!

    After receiving multiple quotes to replace my oil tank, they were the only company to come out to do a thorough diagnosis and take measurements. Chris Borucki arrived on time, was extremely communicative, knowledgable and did an exceptional job explaining everything. Their price was fair and reasonable. The office staff was very responsive to my questions about financing and worked with me about scheduling the install. The techs respected my home and made sure they left it clean after the install. After they were done they walked me through what was done and showed me everything. Im very happy and impressed with the quality of wor.

    We had a great service call experience from FF Hitchcock today. On Sunday we found a significant leak from one of the valves on our furnace. On Monday we called for assistance. They sent out a service technician to our house within hours of our call. Taft was great to work with. Very professional and extremely competent. Within minutes of reviewing our furnace he had the issue narrowed down to two parts.     I always feel that the face of the company begins with the person answering the phone. Had a pipe that was leaking in the basement and when I called I talked to Michelle. She was pleasant and friendly and although she didnt think there were openings today, she took down my number. Within minutes she called back with an opening. Not only did John show up, but he was earlier than the 4 hour window I was given. That NEVER happens. He was friendly, and knowledgeable and got right to work.     I came home from work early the other day to find a puddle of water around my hot water tank. My neighbor suggested I give Mike or John a call. John came over within 20 minutes and in less than 24 hours we had a new tankless propane on demand hot water system. They took care of everything including getting the old tank out and clean up. We were not customers previously, but we are now.

    This was just an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. Hitchcocks got out to our house within hours and completed the installation of a new hot water tank and heater the same day as the issue arose. In addition, we were quering what size tank to install and Hitchcocks who couldve tried to upsell us to a larger, more costly tank, encouraged us to try out the smaller tank for two weeks before we needed to make a decision. And the smaller tank has turned out to be perfect.Everyone I spoke with could not have been more helpful and prepared to spend time ensuring we were being properly kept in the loop, if I could give them 10 stars I would!

    I was working at.home.when I hear aloud pop. Only to find that water we as coming into my garage. Most other plumber were not available however when I called was told that some (Kyle) would be there from 5 to 20 minutes. Right on time. He found the leaked and fixed it straight away.
