    Hired an electrician from Mossyrock to wire my gutted house for a ridiculous price, and had many problems. He wouldnt return to fix any of it. Called Travers, they had me an estimate in a day and got me scheduled in a week. Fixed every detail, and now running about eight months without a single problem. Very pleasant crew.

    They are the best! In the past, had the then add (6) 120V receptacles, and (2) 220v 30amp and 50amp plugs for compressors and welders in my shop. Just this week had a 220v plug added to my house garage to run a small compressor. They are fast, professional, and very reasonable!

    I called Travers because part of my electricity in my house went out they were so quick to send someone out to assess the situation. Then within a week they sent a second person out to complete all the repairs. They were reasonable with their price for the scope of work done and I now have electricity back!! Their workers were so courteous and professional. I highly recommend Travers for your electrical needs!!

    I had the complete opposite experience with Travers. I called in an urgent need to clean up my wiring issues (some of which were as serious as a possible fire hazard in our upstairs crawl space) just before a looming appraisal date and I was assigned Joe. He was very efficient. Did an excellent estimate (which the end price did not change from original quote) and came out the next day, with an apprentice, and they both worked tirelessly and quickly all day and cleaned up their mess very well. 2 of the nicest guys. Super professional! Im totally happy with everything they did and my price was very reasonable. I still need more work done and I would use them again.

    I like that Travers has a process and you aren’t just talking to someone who is too busy and putting you off. You call and talk to Sam and he gets you on the schedule and an electrician comes out. Had a job that was out in Shelton and Travers was able to get it done after calling many electricians. Really appreciate Travers and have used them multiple times.

    So happy that I called! They were able to fit me in for an appointment within the week of calling to install a ceiling fan mount in my master bedroom. Technician showed up on time, very friendly and polite (even with my crazy kids running around). Had the new mount secured, fan installed, and even fixed a wonky socket in my kitchen light all in an hour. Definitely will recommend them to anyone who asks :)

    We reached out to our community to find out who the best electrician was in our area and Travers kept coming up. They came out and were ready to work the same day of the appointment. They gave us a quote, did exactly what they said they were going to do, they did it in the timeframe that they gave us, and the bill was exactly what we were told it would be. Very impressed.

    Travers installed an electrical panel for new service. Despite COVID and a busy time of year, they did a good job of responding as the work progressed waiting on PUD (who also did a good job). At a time when all other electricians either didnt return calls at all or turned down the work because they were too busy, Travers made room for me. Grateful!

    We had an emergency power outage involving a freezer which served an Olympia food bank location. Travers was very helpful and responsive. They made space in their schedule and provided a great tech who called to confirm arrival and was on time. The tech correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed the immediate issue in a workmanlike manner. He went further and helped label the switches clearly and pointed out some things to watch for going forward. A great experience and outcome. We highly recommend this business as your needs require.

    I recently had a tree fall onto a wire right outside my house and pull the main power wires off the side of my house. The PUD couldnt turn the power back on until I had an electrician out to repair all the damage to the mast and check over the breaker box.Travers Electric was the only one that answered the phone the next morning, and I practically begged them to come out as soon as they could since we had been out of power since the night before.They were able to move some things around in their schedule to make it out to my place that morning while I was at work. Much to my surprise, I called around noon to see if they had made it out yet and they already had it fixed and had the PUD on their way out to turn the power back on!The quality of work done was very good, and looks to be much better secured than before.I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the guys at Travers Electric for getting out to me right away and getting my power back in order!

    The job was a small electrical panel repair. Nathanial (soon to be Eustis) showed up when they said they would prepared to do the job with the materials needed based on the pictures I had sent. He was professional, polite and efficient. I have not yet seen a bill but was quoted reasonable rates. I would recommend them as well as hire them again.
