The job by Jason Klein Electric was fantastic. They installed a chargepoint EV charger for my car. It was a difficult installation with panel on one side of the house and garage on the other. Their team walked me through the entire job before starting how everything would look and it was completed exactly as discussed. They also installed a whole house surge protector in the panel and fixed the labels on all the breakers. It’s the small things like this that separate contractors that rush and do a messy job from these guys who are professionals.The price also came in under the original estimate which was great.

This is the second time Ive contracted with them and I couldnt be happier. The two guys that came were pleasant to deal with and knew what they were doing. Jason Klein Electrical installed recessed lighting in 5 areas of my condo. It came out fantastic and has transformed my space! I could not be happier with the work and the service provided. We all know having contractors working in your home can be an inconvenience and a frustrating experience. This was the complete opposite. Communication with Jason was smooth and informative from the start and until the very end. Permit process was quick and easy. The installers, Viktor and Nate, were excellent - very thorough, meticulous, conscientious, respectful and all the important qualities you want from your crew. They carefully covered all furniture, moved anything that was in their way and did a great job with clean up. I am a little far from the area this company services, however they came out of their way to do this project for us - which is much appreciated. They even disposed of my old fixtures, which I had them remove. I would highly recommend them for any and all of your electrical needs. Companies that operate in this fashion and provide a superior level of service at competitive industry rates are extremely difficult to find, which is unfortunate. This one is a keeper and I will use them again, for sure!

I reached out to Jason Klein Electrical Contractor because I wanted to inquire about upgrading my current charging setup for my electric vehicle. After seeing all the positive reviews online, I decided to give them a call and received a response almost immediately. Jason was friendly and responsive even before knowing that I would be in need of his services. Ultimately, about a month after first reaching out, I decided to go through with installing a more robust EV charger and Jason again was very responsive, answered all my questions, and got the process started right away. The electrician who installed the charger, Viktor, was friendly yet professional, and completed the job quickly and effectively. Perhaps the best thing I can say is to trust all of the positive reviews. Though I’ve come to understand my particular job was a relatively simple one, I have little doubt one could expect the same high level customer service and professionalism regardless of the size or complexity of the project.

My electric ranger was not getting 220v so I need an electrician. I found Jason Klein from google search. To be honest I was a bit suspicious when I read the overwhelming positive online reviews about the company. There is no way more than 300 customers almost all gave 5.0 rating. After having his company finishing the repair, I became one of them.I left a voicemail at 6:09am and received a text response 6:10am. He was able to send someone out the same day. He also texted the service fee upfront which I thought was reasonable. Turn out my old house circuit breaker is obsolete and need more work. Again Jason gave me a reasonable estimate and finished the job on the same day.Jason was very easy to reach throughout the process. I wrote this review only because I am happy with the service. He did not ask for good reviews and I don’t usually write review.

I have been selling 28 condominiums in Madison over the past year and had 5 or 6 of the units where the kitchen appliances had yet to be delivered and installed. Stephen tops it off with his professionalism handling the back office aspects. Jason and Stephen Klein were absolutely fabulous!Honestly, I cant say enough positive things about how thorough and competent these guys are.They spent the day in my house repairing a variety of problems and installing new lighting and boxes/switches. They were respectful of my time and my property. They cared about doing the job well and thoughtfully. They made sure I was in the loop on each change they needed to make and made sure I understood how the new/changed features worked. Jason was in my attic working on my bathroom fixture when he found an old, unsafe electrical wiring problem. He made sure it was eliminated and that the area was now safe. Stephen took time to show me how my new outdoor lighting worked since it was a fixture I was not familiar with. I called Jason Klein Electrical as we’ve used them previously and they always provide very professional and high quality service. We have an older house and something was amiss in the bedroom. The wiring was a bit screwy with an outlet controlled by a number of light switches, but JKE got to the heart of the matter, never gave up and ultimately fixed the issue. A couple of weeks later it happened again, turns out there was another switch controlling the outlet. The same guys who were familiar with the original issue came back and tracked down the issue pretty quickly. JKE is a life-saver for my older house and are always very neat, leaving my house exactly as they found it, never having to clean up after their electricians. They take so much pride in their work. They are so worth it.

We reached out to Jason Klein Electrical Contractor for help with ‘cleaning up’ the mess of wires and other electrical entanglements left by the former owner and do-it-yourself-er, my father. When Mauricio arrived the first thing he did was put on booties to keep my home clean. (I wish my own family did that!). Now, I always thought what my father did with the electric in our family home was brilliant and unique to him. However, once we explained to Mauricio that we did not know what was what, and we needed to remove what was no longer in use along with some other clean up work he knew exactly what he needed to do, and went to work right away. We are absolutely thrilled with the work that he did for us. He worked quickly and cleanly and his knowledge is incredible. He was able to remove an incredible amount of wires and gadgetry of which we had no clue as to its purpose. Our basement ceiling is free of so many unnecessary electrical wires now and is ready for the work that we have planned down there. We can’t say enough about him. In Sept. 2022, I hired Jason Klein Electrical Contractor to install a new Next Hello video doorbell at the front door of our 92-year old home, since they have previous experience with this specific type of project. I appreciated the good attitude, competence and care that the two Electricians demonstrated, as well as not being undaunted by what confronted them. While it took some time to investigate the many various old wires that had been spliced leading from multiple old transformers to the front doorbell and second floor door chime, they were ultimately able to decipher the electrical circuits that had been installed many years ago. This can be a time-consuming task, involving trial and error checks to see what wires are the correct ones to make everything work properly. So, I was pleasantly surprised that the total time involved from their arrival to project completion was just about two hours. I now have a fully functional Nest Hello video doorbell with a new low-voltage transformer professionally installed correctly, providing me both peace of mind and the desired added security that this device affords. Very good experience working with Jason, Stephen, and their crew when replacing service entrance and panel. The crew arrived on time, discussed the options to minimize downtime and inconvenience from electricity being shut down, such as using a temporary panel to run the fridge. Once at my property, they were extremely careful, removing their shoes and cleaning up as they moved from room to room. Everything went as planned. They were very patient as we adjusted the height of the hanging fixtures, making sure everything was just right and I was happy. Amazing company to work with. Jason answered all my questions and ensured his priority for us, as we had no WiFi at home. I initially called his company in the evening at 6pm because I was not able to reset the tripped plug. They came out the very next day and assessed the reason behind it thoroughly and informed me of everything in layments term. We were in a situation where the control panel box was prone to fire hazard. Jason took the action very quickly, by submitting for permit the same day and within a week he sent out a crew of 4 people to completely change our electrical panel. The pricing was very reasonable, the crew was knowledgeable and worked round the clock without taking a break and finished the entire work within one day. I can’t say enough about this company. Glad I found them!
