    I have used the Drain Doctor a few times at different houses for cleaning out drain lines at my personal home, my grandmothers, and rental property. Nathan always returns my calls, explains what he believes is happening, and how to fix it, gives options on how to fix if there are options, and then he fixes it. I highly recommend using them!!

    Honest to goodness. I called another outfit at first ( not going to mention names;Wyatt works 😁) they failed entirely to resolve my clog in my main line. Dr Drain, although expensive, blew it out in 20 minutes.And gave me the all clear. And didnt try to upsell me with having to dig anything up. He just said call me back in another 3-4 years. Thumbs up, Doctor!!

    We had major blockage in our main sewer line that was causing flooding in our basement/living area and had called two other plumbing companies come and try to take care of the issue. The first company was there for about 30 minutes, ran a machine through the pipe to clean out some roots, charged us around $300, and after leaving we ended up having our basement flood again within about an hour, that same company came out again at no cost and after about an hour of trying the same thing, told me that there was really nothing they would be able to do that day and quoted me additional repairs for a day later in the week, which would have left us not being able to run water for about two days. I called another plumbing company and, based on my description, the company recommended the Drain Doctor.I called Nathan and told him everything that had happened and he made time to come out that same day in between some of his other appointments for that day. He was able to quote the problem over the phone and when he ran a camera through our pipes found several full root blockages that he was able to jettison clean. He spent several hours making sure everything was clean and ran properly cleared out all the root/clogging issues we had.It seemed like the other company we had out was just in a rush to get in and on to the next job. Nathan was extremely personable and took the time to walk my wife and myself through everything he was doing and took the time to make sure the job was right the first time. I will be recommending him and his company to anyone who is having these types of issues in the future.Overall: Prices are extremely reasonable, Amazing Customer Service, Gets the Job Done Right, and takes the time to ensure everything is taken care of 5/5 Stars!

    Had a completely backed up kitchen sink. Tried snaking it on my own with a manual snake. No luck. Called Drain Doctor in the morning and he was there just after lunch. Nate quickly figured out my issue and cleared the blockage. Also gave me suggestions about how to prevent future problems. Very reasonable rates compared to the 3 other companies I called. Would highly recommend!

    I thought my bathtub was clogged with hair that I couldnt get out or that there was something wrong with the tub as nothing would drain, not at all. I left The Drain Dr. a voicemail the day after Christmas and they returned the call, scheduling to come out Tuesday afternoon. They arrived and went to the tub only to find out that the whole thing must be due to a frozen pipe as the tub was draining properly now. He did not charge me for this mistake on my part and he was extremely nice about it. I will go back to The Drain Doctor in the future.

    Ive had Nate from Drain Dr. come to two houses of mine. Hes fast, polite, professional, and an all around nice guy. He was quick and efficient. Had a clogged drain since we moved in. Finally got so bad. He came out next day, and problem was fixed in under an hour. Highly recommend. And would also request Nate G!!!

    We have been working with the Drain Dr. for many years and have referred many family members and friends to them. Everyone was more than pleased with the pricing, the work and the professionalism. Were moving to a new home and are so grateful that we have Nathan to do the initial work since we know hell be our go to as long as we live there. If you want someone that wont sell you stuff go here. When we first started we had another company came in, the price was pretty high for what we needed done. Nathan came in and said we didnt need half the stuff we had been quoted. He did the work for much less and it was still working when we moved out.
