    Had a small leak in our hot water tank but decided it probably should be replaced. Called Peps Plumbing and they were able to come the next morning and removed the old tank and installed a new one in just a few hours. Office staff got us on the schedule for the next day and Paul came out on time for the appointment. I actually thought he was gonna leave at first cause he couldnt see the leak or anything obviously wrong. Can you imagine a service company not finding anything to sell you on? After talking with Paul more about our problems he and I ran a series of tests on our water systems and he found that our Pressure tank from our well was a problem. As we tested he had many theories and the most expensive one he proposed, he actually told us to forget after we had finished as it would be expensive and unnecessary! He quoted a new tank install and a week later Gary showed up early to install it. He was very friendly, fast and efficient. He had us up and running in an hour! Same price we were quoted, no sudden surprises. Bottom line they have friendly, trustworthy people and I will continue to use them in the future.

    Gave a very detailed explanation and estimates to what I needed to have done.     We called PEPS Plumbing on Thursday 12/19 in the afternoon about 1pm due to a blockage in our bathroom sinks. We were told they would have someone arrive between 3 and 5.Mike arrived around 3:30 and was able to quickly clear our drains and adjust the sink stoppers. The drains are functioning perfectly.Mike was very personable and the work was completed at a reasonable price. Great job!

    PEPs Plumbing Service was excellent. They rerouted our incoming service from the well pump through filter assembly and also fixed an old shower valve/control. Their prices were more reasonable than the competition, and they did an excellent job. I have been searching for a go-to-plumbing-service, and now have found one.

    We had a sulfur issue with our well water and for years we were buying drinking water and bringing it in. PEPS installed a chlorine injected carbon filter system. We now have clear water with no odor. No more buying drinking water - we enjoy it right out of the tap. PEPS had great customer service, reasonable lead time, and was competitively priced. Encourage you to go to PEPS for your plumbing needs.

    Thinking that my hot water tank was leaking, I called Peps to have someone look at it. Paul was at my house in less than 45 minutes and 2 hours later, after confirming the leak, my hot water heater (24 yrs old!!) was replaced. Paul was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. It was 6:30 in the morning and we left a message, 15 minutes later he called and was on his way. At 12:15 he finished the job of replacing our well pump.     Had a sump pump fail on me and called PEPS for service, because my last experience with them was so good.Paul from PEPS arrived promptly, was able to remove the old sump and install the new one without issue.     Called Peps plumbing at 8 am on a Tuesday morning. I needed to have a leaking water heater look at. there was a technician working in area. Paul showed up on time introduced himself. We looked over water heater and he found the problem. Said he could replace it on the spot. Had it replaced . The work was A 1 plus his attention to detail was amazing. Cleaned up and gave me a detailed explanation of what I needed to do and how to adjust temperature.I would highly recommend Peps plumbing.     Mike helped me and installed a new garbage disposal. He arrived on time and was personable and knowledgeable and installed the new disposal quickly. I liked that he had 2 options available on his truck (Ive had other experiences where I had to go buy it at Home Depot and schedule a return visit). Additionally Faith was really great to work with as well. She was pleasant when I called about scheduling an appointment and seemed genuinely interested in helping me and finding an appointment that worked well for me.

    I initially called Pepsi plumbing as my well water pump tank was in desperate need of replacement and was causing short cycling. I was prepared to possibly do it myself and researched prices since plenty of plumbers put in garbage similar to what you find at big box stores and upcharge you for it. I was pleasantly surprised when not only was Paul installing of the best brands for my well storage tank but everything with labor was provided at an extremely fair price, saving me time to deal with the tons of other tasks I have to do in the house. Paul and his son not only did a great job but also really good, decent people, was fortunate to find them on only my first call out to someone. So I would definitely recommend them.

    This is the third time that I’ve used PEP and they recommend that I replace our holding tank. After discussing the pro’s and con’s with my wife and Paul from PEP we replaced the tank.     From the moment of my phone call to the end of the service call, everyone was so nice and professional! Mike came to assess the plumbing concerns and also checked my septic based on the concerns I had the same day I called to schedule an appointment. He ended up finding a septic tank that we werent aware of that even existed and helped get it unclogged enough until I can get septic people out. He was extremely professional and nice. The price was very reasonable also! I will be referring as many people as possible to PEPS!

    Mike did a great job installing 4 new toilets on his own. Removed the old ones, installed the new ones so that one was always available if needed. One was a Toto with bidet features. He took the time to show how everything worked and could be set. Very courteous, professional and efficient.     I happened to call in the morning and PEPS came out that very afternoon! They only put in/recommend Bradford White and Lochinvar water heaters, which I was pleased to hear, as I know they are the top brands of water heaters. A 40 gal tank cost me $1650. Thats it. A great deal all the way around.

    My sewer lateral was clogged over the weekend. I called at 8:00 Monday when they opened. They put me on the schedule between 10:00-12:00. Mike showed up around 10:15 or so. Real nice guy, outgoing. First thing he did was make fun of my hat, so I knew he was a hockey fan and liked him immediately. He poked around outside my house looking for a clean out. Unfortunately I didn’t have one outside. Then he went into my basement, put a pair of plastic booties on every time he came inside, found a clean out in the basement. Laid down some covers because the floor was finished, and got to work. He got it unclogged and cleaned up in a little over an hour. Really friendly. Talked the whole time. I’d call them back again.

    A couple of weeks ago, it was a very bad day. One of those days that everything that can go wrong, does. The kitchen sink backed up. I thought it was a simple clog that a plunger and small snake could handle. The more I tried, the bigger the mess.I needed a local plumber. (Pauls Expert Plumbing).Paul was able to make it that day and showed up in just a couple of hours. He agreed it was a bad clog and proceeded to snake the drain, like over 35 feet from sink to THE main drain pipe. It worked! He handled the job expertly, efficiently and cleaned up better than the area under the sink was before the mess. He is local, very efficient, friendly and LOCAL.
