    Wes came out to check our split unit today. The Air Guys came the same day we called for help. It was an easy fix, he explained the unit and how it works to us and made sure we knew how to adjust settings on our own before he left. Just to double check he inspected the outside unit and made sure the inside unit worked well. He has come out before and we were so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge base. We were happy to see our favorite “Air Guy” again! I recommend friendly Wes for all your air unit needs. Five stars !

    Wes came out to service my heater for the annual maintenance. He was on time and very professional and friendly. He took many pictures and loaded them into my file so future technicians would already have my unit info. He even gave me some tips on how to help keep the cold air out of the house. I would definitely use this company again.

    We used this service for our first time. We wanted our HVAC inspected for the season. We were able to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Wes, the tech, showed up on time and ready to go. He explained everything well enough for us to understand what he was doing. We didnt feel like he was there just to tell us we need new this and that. He cleaned up after himself. He was able to take payment right there; no need to call the office to render payment. They do accept checks and credit cards. If you can pay by check, it saves their business from incurring the credit card fee. Very happy with our experience and would use them again next year!

    I use the Air Guys LLC because they are a local company that is interested in keeping their customers happy by fixing the older HVAC instead of trying to sell you a new one. Whether Ive used them for a plumbing issue or HVAC tune-ups and repairs the techs always listen to what I have done to troubleshoot the problem. As stated, their techs try to fix the problem first without trying to sell something new to you.

    They came out after the city smoke tested the lines in the city. They found my septic tank collapsed. By the next day John Skelton came up with a crew of guys and installed my new tank. Grade the land and. They keep the roadway clear for traffice and his guys were very polite and professional I would call them back for any of my needs. Oh ya I’m on there pm program for my ac which has saved me by allowing them to inspect and clean the unit. Anyone need any services they off you must.     Phoned The Air Guys in the late afternoon on a Thursday cos of a very odd noise coming through my return vent. The office promised a visit from a tech as soon as possible for the next day.Sure enough, Wes arrived at my house about 12.30 the next day and immediately set about diagnosing the crazy sound. He diagnosed it as coming from my ductwork and headed into the crawl space under the house. Within 15 mins he found the issue and fixed it. He took pics and video and explained the problem and his fix. I was amazed at his knowledge and quickness and his friendly professionalism. All in all a surprisingly pleasant experience and conclusion to a worrisome situation! Highly recommend The Air Guys!

    Excellent communication and service. After a lightning strike finished off our 96 model unit, Air Guys were able to install new system the very next day.     My HVAC unit thermostat screen went blank today and therefore I had no air. This particular thermostat is hardwired in, so I kicked off the breaker and back on with no luck. I reached out to The Air Guys around 3:00 and by 5:00 this afternoon I had air. They were quick to respond and the technician, Wes, was polite, professional and explained everything to me. I will now do a service contact with The Air Guys and let my neighbors know who to reach out with any HVAC repairs or service. I live in a condo so I have lots of neighbors. Thank you Wes.     Our 16 year old Bryant dual fuel / hybrid system had developed a problem that the repair would have not been economically prudent so I contacted several HVAC installers for a new system quote.The Air Guys quote was in the middle range price wise but they had the advantage that they could actually get a unit for me.After getting a unit from several states away an an installation appointment was made.The installers were very courteous, informative in the process, and overall very professional.The last installer had mounted the outdoor temperature sensor on the unit close to the furnace exhaust duct so a true outdoor ambient temperature was not sent to the thermostat so that the heat pump and LP furnace could talk to each other properly.The Air Guys installer mounted the new outdoor temperature sensor away from the unit in a shielded location so that the thermostat got a true outdoor ambient temperature and therefore it could cycle the heat pump and the LP furnace at the temperatures they were designed to be most economical.The new system is functioning great and our home is the warmest throughout the whole house it has been in winter for years (if ever).Another well thought out change from the previous installation was the outer shroud that covers the systems return and charge duct work.Previously it had been just flat on the top and I had made a sloping cover to keep rain from laying on it.The new cover top is an abbreviated pyramid style so that rain waiter runs off of the cover and doesnt just lay on it.The Air Guys have been around for years and I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

    We cannot say enough good things about The Air Guys! We had another HVAC company (who shall remain nameless...) come out to our new build home twice; they not only misdiagnosed the problem, but also told us that it was normal for our heat to blow ice cold. When it happened the third time, we called The Air Guys and they came out to our home SAME DAY IN SIX INCHES OF SNOW to not only fix our problem, but inform us that the unit installers put in the wrong size breaker! Thanks to these amazing men, us and our 2 small children now have working heat! We will recommend The Air Guys to any and everyone and will never use another HVAC company except them ever again!     Our Central Air unit needed replacement on the very weekend our Kids and grandkids were coming to stay for 3 nights. It would be a week or longer before The Air Guys could deliver and install our new unit. So Holly and her assistant, came and installed portable air units for us to use in our bedrooms as a courtesy until our new unit gets installed. How about that? Theres the proof to me that they care about people!The portable units work great!, and we are very grateful to them for their personal and conscientious care of their customers.     Your employee that came to our home to inspect our old AC unit had much knowledge and was able to explain our different options. We had decided on a new unit. He was on time, got everything up and running with no issues on our side that would prevent us from being uncomfortable with room temperature when he was replacing our unit. He also was very friendly and if we had a question he was very capable of answering it. We appreciated his work and we had all the confidence that this problem was going to be resolved.     The Air Guys is a good company to have your HVAC maintained or have a new one installed. They are respectful to the homeowner and knowledgeable. The only thing that kept me from a 5 star review was I had a new unit installed a few years ago and when the AC compressor kicks on it makes a humming vibration noise in wall. They did try to troubleshoot it but to no avail. The old unit never did that. But the unit works fine so we just deal with the noise.

    I was initially impressed by the high quality professionals working at The Air Guys when I had a gas range installed several months ago. But, my customer experience was elevated even higher following an electrical fire in my unit during the wee hours of a cold Saturday morning. The technician arrived early that morning and he was thorough in his assessment - honest about the replacement parts and the condition of my unit. He did not push a new unit, but in the end, it did make the most sense. I have already seen a savings on my gas bills with the unit that was recommended and installed!     The Air Guys team was prompt and did a great job installing a new HVAC system. We have a package system with the equipment outside. We have it surrounded by shrubs for esthetics and they were able to remove the old system and install the new without having to remove any of the shrubs. Rocky and his team were great. I highly recommend The Air Guys. Price was competitive. Not the cheapest, but I feel we received a great value.

    I have never written a review for a company before but I was so struck by The Air Guys unmatched professionalism and customer focus that I had to! John came out the same day I called, on his day off, and worked into late hours of the night to get things sorted out. They left me with a portable air conditioner while my parts were coming in and fit me into their schedule for a full system replacement within only a few days of the initial call. When Johns guys were on site, they were always moving and working, were courteous and professional, and were mindful of keeping my house clean with boot protectors. They left no mess behind and were a pleasure to work with. I can only give the highest recommendation for The Air Guys for any heating or cooling needs. This company will take care of you and they are honest!

    We had The Air Guys come out to give us a quote on replacing a handful of flush mount lights, rewiring for future lighting, and install a couple of new outlets. Bill was friendly, listened to what we were hoping to achieve, answered all of our questions, and offered some suggestions.When the time came for the install, Bill was great to work with. He was able to install everything as promised in the time he thought it would take.     Recently purchased a home and the AC/Heat units (we have 2 for our home) had been inspected with the purchase of the home. Fast forward 5 months, and the blower motor on the main unit went out. Messaged The Air Guys on Facebook Messenger, and they were able to have someone come out the same day within a couple of hours of my message. They found the blower motor had failed and were able to get a replacement under warranty.     My husband and I could not have been more thankful for The Air Guys. They were quick to come out and look at our AC unit to find out why it was not working properly. Being 6 months pregnant, I was miserable not having AC, and it getting to be in the 90s in my house. They had the issue figured out quickly and got back to us the next day with not only a price to fix the unit, but a price to replace it if we chose to go that route. Shane even offered to bring us a portable AC unit for us to use until they were able to get it repaired. Once I called to let them know which route we wanted to go, they had the part ordered and came out within 48 hours. It wouldve been within 24 hour, but we had to push it back because of my husbands work schedule.     I had a new HVAC system installed. While they were installing, I had the ducts and vents cleaned at the same time. They showed up when they promised, they kept me informed throughout the whole process what they were doing. It was a very positive experience. They had to come out a couple of days later and secure a vent cover for me. While they were here, they checked the system to make sure it was running correctly. All in all, a very good experience.

    Our heat went out very late at night, I called The Air Guys call center to request a call back, and John called me within 15 minutes to discuss my problem. The following morning The Air Guys called me to set up an appointment and Wes came out a few hours later. It only took Wes about 15 minutes to diagnose and repair the problem, which resulted in the heat cutting back on.As I have an 8 month old and 3 year old at home, not having heat in January is a problem.     The Air Guys were able to come out last minute to perform a unit inspection, that allowed us to close on the sell of our house the very next day. Upon the inspection, they discovered that the auxiliary heat was wired incorrectly and had been like that the entire 6 years I had lived there. We just assumed the upstairs was poorly insulated around the dormers and used small space heater to supplement the coldest room. 2 different companies over 6 years services it, and never noticed it. They were able to fix it immediately and were were able to close on the sell the next day.

    Ive recently moved into a new home in Murfreesboro and had a couple of unfortunate instances happen with our A/C and some accent lighting. While the issues arent great to deal with, working with The Air Guys made these issues FAR less of an impact.     As too often happens, we had an instance on a Saturday night where our upstairs HVAC unit had an issue with what turned out to be plugged drainage, and it ended up causing water damage to a downstairs bedroom ceiling. One call and the tech was out very quickly and took care of the immediate issue, and also installed a wet switch. He also mentioned that when our previous HVAC company installed our replacement unit 5 years ago, they should have also installed a larger drain pan because our replacement unit was larger than the original unit, and if a proper sized pan had been installed, there would have been no damage downstairs. So a few weeks later, I called to get them to come out and install a larger pan and placed the unit on feet which got it up out of the pan and allows better air flow. This has now been completed and we could not be more happy and dont feel like we have to worry about drainage issues again

    Heat stop working and asked around for a good company and there name keep coming up . Call them out to do a check up .Phone was answered very fast each time i called , i had a few questions lol . They were out with in the hour on a Saturday morning ,, WOW. Found heat ex-changer had rusted out , offered to repair or replace . They gave me three prices , repair and two for newer units . Chose to replace unit with a newer more officiant unit . The air guys were very nice and considerate to me and my girlfriend and owe home, ware floor protectors over there foot ware.     I had The Air Guys come fix a huge plumbing issue I was left with from another local companies screw ups. I was out of town during the two day project, but felt like I was there through the constant communication from Billy. Job was done with great detail, and pictures along the process. Yard cleanup was immaculate. Highly recommend Billy and his crew, and The Air Guys as a whole!

    Great communication and customer service. Had to have a new unit installed, and they did a wonderful job. They also came out to look at our upstairs unit at no charge because I had purchased a new unit from them. Great people and honest work. I definitely recommend their service to anyone.
