    We have customers of Trinity for 17 years. I have always been so impressed with their prompt customer service and knowledgeable technicians! Whenever we have need service to our system they are quick to respond and fix the problem. Manny has been to our home many times over the 17 years, yes 17 years, so it’s nice to have familiar faces over the years. Manny is very knowledgeable and always able to solve any issues we may. The team at Trinity Wiring was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only was Keith Russel at the office amazing he was able to address all my needs but also went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The installation was seamless thanks to the two technicians that came out, they both took their time to explain everything clearly. So a big thank you to both Steven and Luis.     Darian was my technician today. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. He answered all my questions and fixed all my issues. He offered guidance on the upgrades he suggested I needed and the benefits of those upgrades, and he did so WITHOUT a high-pressure sales situation. He also arranged for management to sort out a quote for me for these changes. Lastly, and probably most importantly, as a woman who was home alone, I felt safe and comfortable while he was in my dwelling. I will be requesting him for my service upgrade.

    I am an extremely pleased customer of Trinity. I just had Manny and Ubaldo at my home today to install the security, sound system and TV connections and these two guys were so so professional, thorough, cleaned up afterwards and then took multiple times to show me how to set up all the apps I needed to get things up and working. I can’t say enough good things about these two gentleman. Trinity is lucky to have employees like them that not only care about what they do but also have great customer service.     I had excellent experience with Trinity. In the beginning, Keith presented all of the state of the arts products. He followed up and catered at a great plan that met our families needs.     I just want say that I can’t express enough how much of a great job Darian did wiring my house today, which isn’t a small house by far, he did the alarm system, the Sonos speakers, and the WiFi hotspots. He patiently explained each of these items and how they work in its entirety with the patience to make sure that I totally understood before leaving. Even when faced with adversity, he stayed patient, figured it out and then explained everything to me again. He went above, beyond, and then some.     Ive been with Trinity for more than 3 years and had my first call for service last week. On the day for the service, the technician Manuel called me to inform me he had an earlier time he could arrive and if it was ok to do so rather than just showing up outside the expected time of arrival window. Once on site, Manuel went over the alarm system and explained why the system was doing what it was doing.     I wanted to update my review as I have been using Trinity for over a decade now and have been consistently thrilled with the quality of service!Ritchie and Jasmine always take time to respond to questions and Ritchie has helped us sort out many technical issues over the years.Sal has always taken great care of our needs keeping our systems updated and making sure we get what we need!I also want to mention Will V. who has done numerous upgrades now on our new place, fixing a poor wiring organization job at the junction box from our builder’s contractor and adding other tech upgrades to integrate into our setup. Everything always looks seamless and perfect when he is done with it and it works the way it should!I cannot recommend them enough for your wiring and security monitoring needs!

    I’ve been a customer of Trinity for 5 years and maintain 3 accounts with them. I had an issue with the live camera footage for my business account where the live feed was not viewable through the app. I called support and they sent a technician to my business to troubleshoot the issue. The technician seems dumbfounded as soon as he begins work and jumps on a technical support call before he even begins diagnosing the issue. He then knocks out the Wi-Fi at my business and now my business cannot even function. He packs his stuff and says the internet is out so he cannot do anything further. Trinity sets me up for a new tech to come out next week. Meanwhile my businesses Wi-Fi has been knocked out and the camera live feed issue has yet to be addressed. They don’t mind that my business will not function for the next week. They have no sense of urgency. The audacity of this company with their shady contract renewal practices and lackadaisical management of this reoccurring issue. The last time my cameras were out, they sent someone out and then kindly renewed my contract for five years citing that I should have sent a cancellation email if I didn’t wanna renew for 5 more years. This is the shadiest alarm company. Beware!Update: after leaving this review, Trinity promptly sent Max to get the camera situation mitigated and he was even able to identify the issue with the wifi connection. Max was very professional and our service is finally working as intended.

    Ive been a customer of Trinity since 2016 for both security and home theater/wiring. The Trinity staff and technicians have consistently provided outstanding service during all phases from the initial engagement, survey, installation and most recently a follow-up call for troubleshooting and installation of additional features. During my initial call, Emma took careful notes on exactly what I needed and offered suggestions on the best solutions. She worked with me to schedule a visit that best fit my schedule and also had a senior technician contact me for additional details prior to my visit. My technicians, Manuel (Manny) and Nancy were on time and arrived with everything they needed to complete the work that Id requested. While they were here, they also took care of a couple of issues that Id not previously mentioned/noticed and took the time to clearly explain all of the work that was done and how to use the new features.     I cannot say enough about Trinity. We were referred to them from a neighbor, and we are so glad we went with them! First off, they were better priced than the other two companies we called for quotes. The installation guys worked tirelessly all day installing our cameras and wiring until everything was to our satisfaction. A couple of weeks later, I called to tweak the camera recording, and Ritchie was amazing. Completely patient, walked me through everything with great detail, and got my system running the way I wanted. I had more questions the next day, called and talked to Ritchie again, and once again, he took the time walking me through everything, making sure it was working the way I needed it. I never felt rushed, or like I was just another call. The cameras are fantastic, really crisp and detailed, and there are so many capabilities with the notifications, recording rules, and monitoring. I cannot recommend Trinity highly enough!!

    My Trinity technician Will V has just completed his job activating my Trinity monitoring services today. What went from only programming my devices and briefing me on the operating procedures turned into having to replace ALL of my installed devices because the last homeowner had kept all devices registered on their account. I have to tell you that this went from quick visit to a half day job due to several unanticipated findings and Will didnt know what he was in for, but he he stayed cool, calm and collected through the entire visit. Im very happy with his service. Very friendly, professional and knowledgable in the areas of home security and I look forward to working with him in the future if I am to run into any issues.     I have used Trinity to install the security in my new home. I have really appreciated their thoroughness and their dedication to customer service. The fact that their are local and so responsive is what made me choose them over other big-names security company who may be good as well but use a network of agents and representatives. With Trinity I always know what I am getting. I love the integration of technology into the security system. Lights, thermostat, water detection, garage door, door locks, cameras, motion detectors, windows are all integrated into a system I can use anywhere.Today I actually had another of their reps, Herbert who was great (they all are actually!) to augment the system with another door lock. In less than an hour he had me all installed and up and running!And if you think the “local” option is more expensive, think again — their prices are very compatible!

    We signed up with Trinity Wiring during the process for our new build Ryan Home. We went with an alarm system. The process from the sales to set up was seamless and with no issues. Most recently the alarm panel was beeping when our internet went down. I contacted the service department and was transferred to a gentleman named Richie. He quickly and thoroughly answered all of my questions as well as provided me with a number to call him after hours so that I could refresh the system at home.     Nancy with Trinity Wiring and Security Solutions was very professional when she came out for a service call. First off she had her mask on and had my new part in hand. After she installed my new part she ran a full system check to determine if everything is still performing well after 4 1/2 years of service. She found my carbon dioxide detector needed to be replaced. She replaced it on the spot. Wow - I had no idea that the detector needed to be updated and Im glad Nancy was able to install it & provide my family with peace of mind that all is well. Service was stellar.

    I just had this company install an additional contact for my patio door, a new sky bell with video for my front door and an app controlled thermostat. The service technician made all installations effectively and efficiently. However I was not present at the end of the installation and had several questions.     *Edited! Pleases see updates*Terrible attention to detail with their work. You’ll uncover issues once you start looking through things. Misaligned my in wall and ceiling speakers and did not attempt to fix them. Thermostats don’t have the information with them. you’ll need a device CRC to use it digitally. It wasn’t supplied and isn’t on the device. Oh and they set a admin password on it so I can’t access portions of the user interface. There’s also an issue with the front door lock installation. The builder mentioned that Trinity installed it. They basically made Swiss cheese of my door jam when they installed the lock plate and the screws that were used we of all variety and sizes and clearly didn’t come with the product. Avoid this company if you can. From what I hear they can be ridiculous about your service packages too. I’m glad I dodged that bullet! I regret letting them touch my home theater and paying premium prices for DIY level work.Update: 1 star to 3 stars.I received a call today from Tonya with Trinity Wiring Solutions . She was extremely helpful and provided clarity to what their company does as it relates to different things installed in my home. They do not install Thermostats and Locks, they simply integrate it into their home monitoring system. This was a mistake on my part due to the clarity of initial information with the builder. The problem with the home theater is in the process of being reconciled and I will provide a third update to this review and hopefully be able to give it 5 stars based on their response. So far, the road to a resolution has positive.Update 3 star to 5 StarsI think its important to judge on how a response to a problem is handled. The response to my needs was 5 star. They treated the problem with a sense of personalized urgency. I appreciate all of the help. Everything looks great now!

    We had full house wiring completed during a new build. Installation was performed by Herbert and another tech. We had some camera issues but Trinity has made them good. I work with one person for service calls and normally Herbert is the tech dispatched. He is professional and gets straight to the issue. I like having that one-on-one support to call and a familiar technician who knows the house.. We also used Trinity for our theater and extended Wi-Fi wiring. The speakers and WAP will be installed in months ahead.

    Trinity Wiring is terrific to work with--they are responsive and professional and solved an audio challenge no one else I contacted had been able to figure out. Trinity did all of the internet and audio wiring in our townhouse when it was first built. Today they installed Sonos into that audio system to replace what had originally been installed. Little did I know, when Trinity did the initial wiring years ago, they had installed additional wiring to allow for a future installation of new audio in the future. So for this project, the wiring we needed was already in the walls which made todays installation possible. There are some county rules and regulations they must follow, this is out of their control and must be filed with your residing county, has to do with false alarm agreement with your police department.     Been a customer for 5 years, and service is great. Just had our systems upgraded yesterday, and same great service, great new tech, but the biggest selling point- the staff are absolute pros. Our technician yesterday was Danate, and he basically re-did the entire wiring panel, which was originally well over 50 zones and got it down to 27! There were some wires mis-labled from the original install, and his methodical and precise troubleshooting not only got every single wire correct, but even fixed a troubled zone that we had issues with for the past couple of years. He was courteous, explained what he was doing along the way, and when it was all done, gave me a fantastic breakdown of what the new security system could do. I couldnt be happier with Trinity, and the level of customer care they demonstrate is undeniably the best.

    I recently purchased a townhouse with in-wall Ethernet wiring setup and an in-ceiling audio system that I could not figure out for the life of me why it wasnt working. He had said he would address the matter. One camera is out and takes so long to get anyone on the phone.     I am very pleased with Steven. He was prompt and very professional. He resolved the fire alarm issue after testing all the units and determined the original unit was defective.     I have been with the company from 2013. Overall Im very pleased. They take care of me regardless of age of equipment. Anything I need they are already there to make me feel comfortable. Herbert was amazing and really went the extra mile to make sure Im happy.Cameras are so expensive though. Thats my only complaint. I can get cheaper ones and rather they just lowered the price.

    Our cable provider, upon re-install had not re-connected our Trinity wiring properly, so we called Trinity for assistance. Ritchie was very helpful and we even conducted a FaceTime meeting so he could walk-me-through what wires may be causing the disconnect.     I had the pleasure of Trinity professionals (Ritchie and Khalid) mount two big screen TVs and install speakers and a Sonos Amp. It was white glove treatment all the way. They took care and time and worked with me (a very non-techie person) program the Sonos. They also provided great advice in problem solving some WIFI issues. I 100% recommend Trinity based on my experience with Ritchie and Khalid, a very dynamic duo!

    Was skeptical with a new home purchase to consider technology upgrades and whole home wiring - but could not be happier with the decision and guidance from this stellar staff! Noel was a super consultant and made cogent recommendations to automate our home; ensure security; and engineer a home network that is second-to-none! Install day was chaotic and I did not quite understand the interface and mobile advantages (moving day was chaotic). No problem...A call to Trinity had Ritchie on my doorstep the next day. Ritchie was patient; helped show me the programming features and linked our system to our mobile phones. Additionally, Ritchie made some recommendations that we were unaware of (such as integrating our garage doors to open/close with our home security system). Today was the pinnacle....Ritchie and apprentice Danate showed up to install the garage integration and install other user features!     We had a contact that was faulty, which didnt allow us to set the alarm in that zone. We emailed the problem to Trinity and someone called us to set up an appointment for a technician to come out within the week.     We just wrapped our second appointment with Trinity. Nancy and Max were very professional. She called when she was enroute, arrived on time, and quickly setup our home hub. She found that we needed a z-wave extender and installed that too. She also setup 3 thermostats and a doorbell. But her walkthrough Of the iPhone app was most helpful. She also walked my wife through getting access to our Sonos equipment - which was installed previously when my wife was not home. Overall, Nancy and Max made me comfortable calling Trinity for future work.

    Our overall experience with TRINITY has been stellar. From the initial visit of Shannon, the sales rep, through scheduling and other customer service before and after installation with the amazing Emma and with the technical team that installed our system upgrade headed by Nancy, and with the technical departments leader, Richie who immediately solved a minor hiccup, TRINITY is a fabulous company to do business with. While not detracting one iota from my five star rating, I note that the install team missed one step and that was reconnecting power to the main panel which caused the system to run on the backup battery. What turned out to be the hidden although somewhat frustrating benefit from that misstep was seeing first hand without an intrusion how extraordinarily responsive the TRINITY system actually is. We got concise communications from the system that something was wrong; I called Richie, who identified the issue, it got fixed and all has been perfect ever sense.     I am so pleased with the service I received from this company. Today Ritchie helped me with my security camera settings over the phone. He spent 45 minutes with me and was so patient. He made sure I fully understood all the settings and answered every question even if I asked them several times.     Trinity wiring and security solutions installed a security system in my home last year and I am quite pleased. It is monitored 24/7. Once my alarm went off, unknown to me while I was home (I forgot to dis-arm it); anyway, the monitoring service called me to ensure I was okay.     I had issues with my original HDMI wiring and Trinity came out to replace it. The craftsmen took his time to sand and patch the wall. It looked 99.9% like the original dry wall. He spent more time on it then then the home builders painting subcontractors and did a better job.
