I had a potential fire situation in garage light fixture, Im 75 and have no issue with home electrical repairs BUT after looking into box on ceiling I noticed that builders had crazy wiring that was above my pay grade. I contacted Cactus Valley Electrical and within 2 hours notice they sent out Aaron and Angel to repair/replace fixture. Thats unheard of! Cactus Valley Electrical did a great job installing 5 outdoor fixtures, an indoor above table patio fixture, and revamping/electrically preparing a ceiling outlet for installing a fan. Some projects, because of homeowner preferences require revisions for current electrical box placement. Cactus’ electrician, Michael, was/is very helpful with recommendations. A company’s rating depends upon the quality of the company’s employees, who have contact with the customer. Our initial call to Cactus was received by Christina who was customer oriented from the start of our conversation. We messaged photos of our mounted fixtures needing replacement and our new boxed fixtures, etc. Christina was incredibly responsive in emailing back a quote. We accepted the quote and then she set up a schedule for installation. Michael, the electrician, did our installation. He is not only an excellent electrician, but he is also an enjoyable people person. These 2 Cactus’ employees make their company 5 ⭐️!

I experienced a partial electrical outage in my home recently. I did not have a contact for electrical work so I looked on the Internet for a company that serviced the Apache Junction area. I read reviews and decided to contact Cactus Valley Electrical because their reviews were all positive and the company has been in business for many years. I called and made an appointment for Tuesday, November 19 th. Angel and Aaron were my technicians. They determined very quickly that I needed three circuit breakers. Aaron took the time to explain everything to me. The installation went quickly because they had the breakers and knew what they were doing. The service I received from the office and in the field was excellent. The charge for the work was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Cactus Valley.

My wife is a realtor and she occasionally needs to use an electrician for her clients’ needs, but this time, we needed one ASAP as the electrical panel at the house my wife and I were buying had an awful burning smell. Cactus got there immediately, opened the box and upon inspection found that almost the entire electrical box circuits were severely damaged and had black material baked on from melting wires and circuit breakers and the smell was putrid. The electrician said it was the worst he’d seen in over 10 years and that the house could have gone up in flames at any moment. Danny was the electrician and did an outstanding job explaining everything to us and Jake in the office was stellar about working with us. I would hire them in a heart beat next time I needed someone. 5 star all the way! They very well could have saved lives. THANK YOU CACTUS VALLEY !

Apologized for the mix up and offered to rectify the situation immediately (at that point someone else had already come out to do the service). I needed a chandelier changed out on a 19 foot ceiling as well as removal of old fluorescent laundry room light with install of new can lighting. Jake and Chris were very friendly and knowledgeable and went over and above to be sure everything was done correctly. Everyone that came out to the house was respectful, hard working as well as careful to not scuff walls or floors while working. Chad did a great job on laundry room lights and cleaned up all the drywall debris behind himself! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing electrical or remodel work done.

I called a few companies to get a quote for installing a 220v outlet for my electric car. I had already researched what price this should come at since I’ve never needed an electrician to come out. I called Cactus Electrical at 8am, had a quote in an hour and that quote was $300 under what I was expecting! To my amazement, the gent was able to come back later in the day to do the job! This was in August when the heat was hideous but he got everything done nicely and in a very timely manner. Even the woman who handles all the calls there is polite, quick and knowledgeable. Funny thing was, the other businesses that I had called for quotes didn’t even get back to me until a few days later and were astonished when I told them the job was already done. So I’m guessing Cactus Valley must be wicked fast even by industry standards. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable, efficient and responsive people.
