    Adam with Rimbey’s Drain Cleaning came to help us today and drain/flush out our sewer pipes. We had a big issue with a cracked sewer line which got fixed by a different company, and then Adam came promptly -same day - to flush our system of debris to prevent any future back up! He was so professional, friendly and kind. And Extremely knowledgeable! A+ rating!!!He even showed me the camera displaying the pipes and what he was doing/flushing.     I had an underground rain gutter drain that was completely clogged and my plumber recommended I use Rimbleys as they had the epuipment to diagnose and treat the problem.Adam was able to come same day and he diagnosed the problem with his video and cleared out the blockage with his hydrojet (and hand).     I had a clogged kitchen drain that I was unable to dislodge myself. My next mistake was contacting one of the big companies. Their tech showed up, ran the water and flipped the garbage disposal on an off before recommending an unreasonably expensive and under diagnosed repair that they would have to return for at a later date.Thankfully, I had the good sense to reach out tor Rimbeys. They responded quickly, were upfront about pricing, and showed up the same day to do the work. The work, customer service, and price were all fantastic. Very happy that I slowed down and took the time to find a trustworthy local contractor. Highly recommend.

    We had a clogged kitchen sink due to putting egg shells down the disposal. Lesson learned. We were referred to Rimbey’s by a larger plumbing company who highly recommended Rimbey’s.     I called Rimbey’s to do a camera inspection of my sewer line after getting mixed messages from other plumbers about its state (one quoted me a $50k+ ‘solution’ and the other $15k). Not only was Adam able to scope all the way to the clean-out access point (which the other two did not/could not), but he discovered that the drastic measures proposed by the other plumbers were not necessary at all and my problem could simply be managed with yearly monitoring and maintenance. It was so refreshing to work with someone who was not trying to take advantage of the situation and was perfectly honest even though it did not benefit himself. I cannot recommend Rimbey’s enough!

    I had a plugged sink I couldn’t get. Got a hold of Adam, he responded immediately. He said he had a full day, but would try to get to me, if not worst case was the next morning.     Amazing service from Adam today. Our basement floor drain was clogged and water was backing up all over the floor.     The job was for a main line drain cleaning, unclog two bathroom drains. He was absolutely awesome for a couple reasons. Easy to contact and schedule around. He charges a flat rate, rather than an hourly rate with a trip charge. This helps with the transparency of cost for the service. Finally I asked him to clean a couple drains. He only charged me for the ones that were bad. He could of easily charged me for all of them, but if it was really simple he didnt charge. I appreciate the fair practice there.     We experienced a main line clog from the house to septic during the night and Adam responded right away in the morning. He was persistent in navigating the issue and discovered tree roots in the pipes outside.
