    I needed a plug to hook my generator up to the house. Connected Electric send a very qualified technician by the name Greg out . He did a fantastic job I had him add an additional outlet outside my garage . Im very happy with all the work done I would highly reccomend them .

    I have had Connected Electrical complete 3 projects at my home - installing two EV chargers and installing a subpanel and connection for an induction range. All three times, it has been easy to communicate with the CE office, the electrician has been on-time, prompt, and efficient, and the projects have turned out great. I appreciate how easy it is to get an accurate estimate via text and sending in photos and I think the project pricing has been fair for the quality of work.Ill definitely continue to use Connected Electrical for projects at my home and would recommend them whole-heartedly.

    I highly recommend this company.What great people to work with. Every person I dealt with from making the appointment to follow up reminders of date and time for service was exceptional.The electrician they sent out was wonderful. He was so polite and professional, something that seems to be lacking in most companies nowadays. He was very knowledgeable, took time to answer my questions and definitely made me feel like I was a priority.     Was looking for someone to run electrical from my garage to my barn. Found Connected and discussed what I wanted, where I wanted the lines running, lighting and outlets, etc...They got back to me right away, had me take pics and then submitted an estimate within a couple days. Approved the estimate, came out a week later and installed everything within a day. Punctual, professional and affordable. Liked what they did and have then coming out to do some more work again. Would recommend 👍

    Recently had them out to install:-Carriage lights-replace and install 13 new recessed lights-Add 3 new outletsOverall, i could not recommend them enough!     I had my service upgraded from 100 amp to 200 amp with a new panel installed. Connected Electrical had the lowest quote, even beating guys who were going to do the job as a side huddle.Graig and Alex were the electricians that were sent to my house.     Just moved to the area and needed a 220 volt outlet replaced with a 110 so our gas connector on our new range could be installed. After speaking to 4-5 businesses in the area that weren’t going to come out for 2-3 days we called connected electrical yesterday afternoon and they came out this morning. Logan was very knowledgeable, friendly and did an excellent job. He was in an out within an hr. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone when I made the appointment was also really professional and had me take pictures and send them to him before they agreed to come out to ensure they could do what we needed done. I would recommend them to anyone in the area needing electrical work done, great company!

    I highly recommend using this company for any electrical needs. I called in and got someone right away, sent them a few pictures of the project and had a quote shortly after. The pricing was by far cheaper than others and they did a great job installing an outlet for my EV charger in my garage. They had to run wire from the panel through my finished basement and into my garage which required a few small drywall holes. However, they left the space clean and even put the pieces of drywall back into place for me to do a quick patch job and call it a day. Overall, they were friendly, on time, considerate of the space and a great price!

    Connected Electric completed a monster knob-and-tube rewire with upgrade to a 200 amp panel included. Ours is a big old house, 4,250 square feet, built in 1916. Knob-and-tube was throughout 80% of the house. Just because of the sheer size and number of rooms, the job took several weeks. During that whole time, the team was punctual, professional and courteous. They let me know every day what the plan was, and cleaned up every afternoon before they left. They used dropcloths and ramboard to protect my floors. They always tried to keep damage to my walls and ceilings at a minimum--and got very clever understanding how my house worked and where they could fish wires. They were very patient with a curious homeowner, explaining what they were doing and why. I am writing this review one week after the job completed, and everything works perfectly. I cant recommend Connected Electric enough. They will be my go-to company for all my electrical needs in the future.

    Connected Electrical did a fantastic job with my electric panel upgrade. . I contacted Tyler and he basically provided me with a price to do the job. Knowing what was going to be done I felt the price was very reasonable and was inline with a published Forbes article about the pricing of 2024 electrical work. Permit, inspection, and power being disconnect /connected by AEP was included and coordinated by Connected Electrical. Greg was the electrician doing the installation and he was very good at his job. He made sure I was up to code. I really felt he went beyond my expectations in doing the job. I was really happy with the whole process. If I ever need service Connected Electrical will get my call. I highly recommend Connected Electrical, they are first class.

    So, I was in need of Tesla charger installed at home (NEMA 14-50). I shopped around before confirming with connected Electrical. Since getting the quote from them till the time job was completed. it was as easy as breeze experience. I found them through Thumbtack. Their quote came in time and they did beat any other quotes I had for the job. Their professional person on the phone explained me the process on how the installation will work. We setup the time, Pro arrive dot on time. They said at 8 and pro (Brad Miller) was at my door start at 8.(Impressive!!!!!). He started once he explained what hes going to do and thats it. in given time frame he completed the job with 100% of my satisfaction. Before completing the task he asked me is that what I was expecting at the end? once I said yes and we checked that car is charging at said speed. Brad only left after that. He even cleaned the mess happened while drilling the studs and everything else. I will say very professional and very friendly of Brad Miller. Highly recommended service and professional people. Thubs up!!!!

    Moved to an older home last year and wanted to update some of the outlets. Nick came out a couple weeks ago & replaced 6 baseboard outlets. Alex came out yesterday and added new outlets behind my tvs. Both were very professional, efficient, and cleaned up everything. They were also very kind to my dogs so bonus points there. I was referred to this company and Ive been very pleased. From the process, to prices, and the people, they exceed expectations. Definitely the gold standard in electric service around here.     Awesome to work with, super polite and knowledgeable crew. They cleaned up so well each day we couldn’t even tell that they had been here working.     After flaith electric completely hacked and destroyed my home I called connected electric. Words can not explain how amazing these guys are!! Austin and his team blew my mind away!!     Connected was very responsive and quick to schedule my fan installation. Their tech, Logan, communicated well, was timely, and efficient at his work. He also accommodated a last minute switch repair for me. Logan was extremely knowledgeable about his work. He provided useful information about other installations that he could offer. I have since schedule to replace all light fixtures in my home. The office staff is equally as knowledgeable, responsive, and professional.     To start, i WOULD recommend connected electric to anyone. Cost is reasonable.Logan came out to install a porch light and replace another. He also inspected the upstairs and discovered no outlets were grounded!He gave us some ideas on how to protect us and sensitive equipment like computers.     This was a great first experience with this company! We had Tyler, Logan, and Nick at our home every day this week, and they were awesome. They worked on removing our knob and tube wiring throughout the whole house and replaced it with a new electrical system. They worked hard and always made sure we were good before they left for the day, and they managed to keep our fridge and wifi on the entire week which was pretty great. Also, they were able to add outlets and light fixtures in the middle of it all too. We are so relieved with the results and will request these guys for future electrical projects! Thank you!!

    I called Connected Electrical Services to wire two attic power vents because the roofing company would not hook up the electrical portion of the project. I needed it done quickly to properly vent my attic so I wanted it done as quick as possible. I was very happy that they were able to come out that day.     Logan came out to install a outlet and breaker in my panel, top notch service. He started off by letting me know he was on the way and showed up exactly on time, maybe even a bit sooner.     I contacted Marc last Tuesday about having power to my detached garage restored and two outdoor outlets installed, one on my house and one on my garage.     UPDATED* this company did reach out and refund our money and paid to have our gutter repaired. It was just very unfortunate that we had to leave a negative review in order to get the situation rectified.I’ve used this company twice now. The first time they installed outlets outside for us and drilled directly through our gutter. The second time we used them, they charged us for an hour and fixed NOTHING. They then sent us a quote stating that they needed to do another $300 worth of work including cutting 3 feet off our drywall. We got a second opinion and none of that had to happen. Was able to get it fixed for half the price and no drywall damage.

    From start to finish I had an exceptional experience with Connected Electrical. I reached out to them via First Energy (my utility company) and Connected Electrical called me the same hour they received the referral. I got a flat-rate quote over the phone by answering a few questions and sending a couple of pictures. They ordered the parts and were out in less than a week (which is crazy during this time where its hard to find good qualified people to work on your house). Ben was my electrician. I connected with him well, and he understood my needs and customizations completely when I explained what I was looking for. He installed a whole-house surge protector and a generator interlock with 50A exterior outlet. He went above and beyond my expectations. For example, we found that an animal nest was present in the wall where we had to drill through to put in the wiring for the exterior outlet. Without hesitation he gutted the wall, cleaned up, and worked to seal it up so that nothing could come in again. Great service, reasonable rates, and they honor their commitments. Very pleased that I was referred to them!

    Connected Electrical installed a dedicated line for my sump pump, upgraded my main panel and installed a sub-panel.Excellent work, done quickly and professionally. The workers arrived on time, were polite and respective of property.They also responded promptly and corrected a slight over site.Hire them, this is what a service company should be.

    Removed four fluorescent light fixtures. I am unique took less than an hour everything was great. The technician was very pleasant and conversational. The only thing I would recommend in the future is to be more conscious of wearing booties over your shoes and cleaning up after you were finished. I am other than that Im very satisfied with the service that was provided.

    Had a fuse box removed and sub panel installed - the process for quoting was quick and easy. When there was a misunderstanding about the work that was performed vs what I was expecting, they came back out to make it right. In my experience thats not the norm, and thats what will have me calling these guys next time I need an electrician. They were courteous and cleaned up thoroughly.
