    I had an appointment yesterday to help me with my greenhouse furnace. I was so fortunate when Brian showed up! He showed up right on time, was professional, informed and set my mind at ease. He took care of my two furnaces in the house, fixing safety issues and signed me up for ongoing service. He is the best! Brian returned with replacement pipes and got me up and running!     I called Auburn Heating Plumbing and AC because I was concerned about a water heater issue on a home I just purchased. They accomodated me quickly and Brandon answered all of my questions. He explained things in a manner I understood and provided e with options to repair. I was very fortunate that the replacement and repairs happened the same day!!! I highly recommend this company

    Called for a quote to replace my AC unit. They had a technician here by 8 a.m. the next morning and they were able to install my new unit that day! Super impressed with the speed, it was even more appreciated while living in a hot house. They sent a photo of the technician before they arrived, and let me know they were on the way. This made me feel very safe, knowing who I was allowing into my home and that they definitely worked for the company. Overall wonderful experience. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

    Joe is very knowledgeable about my hot water furnace and was able to provide a step by step explanation of its operation and a logical diagnosis of the problem. Joe promptly ordered the suspected defective component part with my approval, and he expects to have it replaced within four or five days, depending upon delivery to his location. I appreciate his concern and thoughtfulness about getting the job done as soon as possible.1/6/25Follow up with technician Brian who installed the new component today: Brian is a brilliant technician with a great deal of experience. He replaced the Aquastat and calibrated the system before departing and confirmed that the defect was indeed inside the old Aquastat: he actually pointed out the broken part. The boiler is now operating as well as originally installed. Thank you Joe and Brian!

    Brian Miller provided our service, and he did a fantastic job. We had previously been told by another provider that our whole house humidifier needed replacing. Brian found a blockage, removed it, and made sure the unit performed as designed. He saved us a huge expense! Beyond that he made sure our furnace was performing well and efficiently in advance of the winter season. Finally, he is personable and ready to answer any questions. Highly recommended!

    Auburn was able to send someone out within a few hours on a Saturday. Mike did a great job diagnosing the issue and had it fixed within 20 minutes.Only issue, I was told the service charge would be $125 but it was actually $225. I had other companies say it was even less than $125 so I will probably go with another company next time.

    I called Auburn Heating and Cooling this morning after realizing the AC unit wasn’t working in the middle of the night. I called promptly at 8am, the advertised opening time and they answered right away, after a speedy but thorough question and answer session they said a tech would be out today around 1pm to 4pm. This was a very pleasant customer service experience so far.I received a call from an extremely kind woman just before noon saying the tech Michael would be out shortly. I don’t recall her name but she was very pleasant to speak to and set the tone for the rest of the service visit.Michael Hamski got to my house around noon and was the epitome of professionalism. He took his booties on and off every time in and out of the house without being asked, which rarely happens in my experience, but that was just setting the table for the rest of the appointment.Michael was very thorough yet expeditious in the diagnosis and resolution of the issue. The unit is well over ten years old, and I was afraid I was going to have to replace it. Michael found what he thought was the issue quickly and talked me through options, and even shared the expected cost. He quickly replaced the parts and had the house cooled to the correct temperature before he left, all of this taking right around an hour.This young gentleman is an absolute gem, not only from a technical acumen and professional perspective, but his customer service and social skills are well above what I have come to expect when working with trade professionals. He was clean, professional, efficient, but most of all he had excellent customer service skills which were unexpected and impressive.

    Our tech Michael Hamski did an amazing job. He got here in less than an hour from our call, diagnosed a very difficult problem with our gas furnace, took the time to call multiple parts suppliers to get the parts here same day, and had us up and working within three hours of the initial call. I felt the price was fair and he walked me through all of the steps he was taking to diagnose our furnace and to keep us safe. Great job Michael.

    Bob came out to give us a quote & he was professional & very knowledgeable . Bob explained the step by step process of the removal & installation of the furnace & air conditioner.Shane, Brian and the other crew members came to install the furnace & air conditioner. They were all respectful & kept us informed. After they were finished, they cleaned up after themselves & took all the debris with them.Shane was awesome to work with.     Brandon was awesome. Relatable, easy to talk to you and friendly. Tom was guy putting it in and he was awesome too. Really easy to talk to. Knew his stuff and really walked me through after the tank was installed. He even made sure to bleed the air out of the lines which took a while and I was very appreciative of him doing that. I used Auburn Heating a couple of years ago for some furnace repairs and they were awesome back then too. Really glad my mother in law (Molly Gebler) referred them to me.

    This is the second time auburn heating saved us. We had another company install out ac unit. They did a horrible job and things needed to be fixed. Auburn came out and wrote a letter after inspecting the unit that we could use to force the first company to come back out and fix there screw up. Years later our ac ain’t working. We call auburn because we don’t trust the first company to touch it anymore. Joe from auburn came out personally from the office because all the techs were busy and he remembered us from the last time. He inspected the unit and found the issues right away and made sure to get us on the schedule right away so we didnt have to not have ac with the upcoming warm weather. Auburn sent out Andrew to install all the new stuff. Andrew was extremely nice and professional. He was respectful and made sure to not make a mess and cleaned up after he was done. He was there over 7 hours. Just when he thought he was done he noticed we were low on Freon and call another tech to bring some out. Most companies would have left and not said anything and maybe hoped we would call and they could make some more money on another call out. We can’t say enough great things about auburn and Andrew.

    Joe and Jason spent all day at our house. The task was to make our home brighter, and indeed they did. New fixtures in the kitchen and closet lit up the areas. Added and replaced canned lights in the great room allowed us to really appreciate our new furniture!!! Additional plugs in the master bath made room for all my electrical hair devices. Joe orchestrated this event with professionalism, humor, patience and a desire to give us what we wanted. Jason, a very capable electrician, spent too much time on a hot day in the garage crawl space. He was a trooper. The work was finished as promised, and clean up completed the job.     If I could give 100 stars I would! Someone else came and told me that there was nothing else to do with my system, I had to change it all. So I called Auburn Heating and they sent someone just a few hours later. He checked everything and gave me an option which fixed my AC!     Brian Miller is a really good guy. He even helped me put the salt in the water softener and also talked to me about getting the air conditioner ready for winter and not covering the whole thing.     This company is amazing . Furnace broke on the coldest day of the year they came right out on a Sunday afternoon!     It really was a bad experience having our heat pump die on us. We knew the old system was on the way out and having a hard time keeping our 90s colonial house cool. After looking around Google for hvac companies, we found that Auburn was close to our home and had good reviews, so I decided to call them. They came out and found that our heat exchanger was leaking Freon into our house, which was why the unit wasnt able to keep the house cool. We then worked with them to find a new, high efficiency, top-of-the-line HP that would be good for our home. The two technicians who were dispatched to install the new system were very nice and they were very helpful in teaching my 3.5 year old son all about it. He was so happy to see them install the new system and even got to help on a couple mall things. They techs also taught me a lot about how these units operate, they way the newer technology works and they were super friendly. My wife and I were not happy about having to replace the system, but were very happy with Auburn HVAC for all their help, patience, kindness and professionalism. At least now we have a system that should last us the next 15 years.
