A great experience doing business with this company. I hastily looked for a company near me to replace my cesspool line due to it backing up from it being old and improperly installed. Speaking with Terry was a delight and Jay was awesome in being honest, straight forward and quick with evaluation. He made sure I was aware of what the issue was when the service was being done, along with making improvements with the new line and gave me a heads up about needing a new trap in the future. We had a back up in our down stairs bathroom and was in need of getting pumped. I called in early am Ben and his crew came out later in day about 3pm. They figured out what was wrong did what they needed to do to fix the problem and were very fair with the cost! Ben is very knowledgeable and you can tell he is a honest guy! My home had a block cesspool that was installed in 1960. The first company came and got a snake caught in the main line (they failed to tell me that). We had a few really bad days with backups in the downstairs tub and bathroom.Andrew from Vecchio was here for 10 minutes and told me what was wrong. I decided to install a new 1250 gallon septic tank and a 8x12 overflow tank, which is code for Suffolk County. The team also replaced the main line that runs to the house.I couldnt be happier with the results and I would highly recommend Ben, Andrew and Anthony from Vecchio Cesspools.

Excellent clean job. The two guys that came to my house were polite and fast. Cleaned out my septic, treated it and unclogged the main drain in 30 minutes. When they were done they cleaned up and it looked like they were never there. Highly recommend.

I usually have my cesspool pumped out every three years after having a really bad backup many moons ago. Usually went with a service from my childhood in another town but Vecchio Cesspool is local and has really high marks on here and Facebook, so we gave them a try. Smart move on my part! From the initial call to schedule and answer questions with Terry, to to Jay and Anthony who showed up right on time everything went smoothly. Jay explained everything they were going to do - what could be better for next time - and were great to talk to. No pressure for extras! Will be going back since I know I need additional work and Vecchio Cesspool will be the one that I call!
