Quickly diagnosed problem did not over charge will be a return customer. $124 (service call to diagnose issue) I fixed problem after being told what it was. Just needed guided to right direction.. I was told he was respectful and kind all though I was not home.

I had a water heater that wasnt functioning properly. I called Reisen on Tuesday and they were out to the house the next day, on time, as scheduled. Mike, the technician, quickly determined that the water heater was leaking from several locations and needed replacement. He had to drive back to Reisen o pick up a replacement unit and was back within 90 minutes. The new water heater was installed in short order. Mike made sure the system checked out and that there were no water leaks and the new unit heated properly. Mike was very efficient, polite and explained everything to my satisfaction. Reisen also installed an iron removal system three years ago and Mike checked that system also. Bottom line is that Reisen (Mike) did an excellent job. I will gladly recommend them to my friends. Thankyou Mike and Reisen.

We called Riesen on a Thursday about a potential problem with our 19 year old hot water heater. They came the next day and diagnosed that one of our elements on our electric water heater blew. The technician tried to change just the element but due to the age, it was rusted in there so he measured to get a new water heater. The following Monday we received a call that our water heater would be installed on that Thursday. Not a big deal since we still had some hot water. Got a call about 3 hours later and our new hot water heater came early so they came out 30 minutes later and installed it!! In a matter of 4 days, we went from having just warm water to having hot water again. Thank you Riesen for your responsiveness and getting us back on track in less than 5 days!! We will definitely be using you all again!

They did awesome. I called first thing in the morning for an emergency situation and they came out immediately. The technician who came, Gage, was very respectful and great to work with. Very reasonable pricing. Will definitely be calling Riesens back for future needs. Thank you guys very much

I called around 9:00AM with a kitchen sink issue and in less than two hours a kind and courteous plumber/serviceman named Derek called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly to my whole family, and went above and beyond the initial request as there were several other issues with the sink than the pipe I had initially called about. He got what he needed and did an exceptional job! He even took the time to advise us on the purchase of a needed water filter. I could not be more pleased with the professional experience and service we received and will most definitely be calling Riesen Plumbing and Heating, Inc. for an estimate for a needed furnace this year and other future needs. I highly recommend this company and the expertise of their staff!

Used this business for the first time to de-winterize cabin. Receptionist very friendly, tech was knowledgeable and worked quickly. Cabin was opened within 30 minutes which included replacement of O rings in kitchen faucet. Bill was half of what we paid last year with another local company.
