    For years we resisted getting our “Builder Grade” bathroom remodeled because we feared the expense, the time and, frankly, we just couldn’t decide what we really needed to do. When we got a recommendation for The Bath Pros from a friend and called Rick and Cole, we immediately felt a sense of family and a team effort to help us get the bathroom we imagined. We wanted to remove a large corner tub and small dated shower, then go back with the largest shower we could, put in a wall to wall double vanity and new storage. Basically we changed everything we could in the room and Rick and Cole helped provided their experience in the final design ideas. Through their input and flexibility, we ended up with a room we have fallen in love with. Throughout the entire process, the Bath Pros team and subs were timely and respectful of our house and so friendly as well. Thank you, Bath Pros, for our dream spa retreat!

    My wife and I plan to live in our home for many years, so we needed to remodel our master bathroom. We wanted to replace the garden tub with a walk-in shower and convert our existing shower into a linen closet. I’m a retired Aerospace Engineer but she vetoed the idea of doing it myself. I remodeled two bathrooms at our previous home, and we had lots of headaches and spent over twice our budget. This time we were smarter. We were also lucky because we found a premier bathroom remodeler with our very first estimate. Rick and Cole Harris helped us create a plan and shop for everything we needed. They finished on time and under budget. The quality of their work has exceeded our expectations. Cole’s Master Craftsmanship is evident in every detail of our new bathroom. They finished on time and within budget. They covered our floors and furniture each morning and cleaned up their workspace each afternoon. This helped a lot with my wife’s asthma.     The Bath Pros were highly recommended by a close friend of ours. I contacted, Owner, Rick Harris and told him we were located in Livingston TX, which is about a 4 hour commute, but we really were interested in a quote for our master bath remodel. With no hesitation, Rick drove out to give us a quote and we hired The Bath Pros on the spot! Rick Harris and Cole Harris are very professional and they both communicated throughout the job. They were trustworthy and dependable. They worked with us and helped us select the tile and fixtures and the quality of their workmanship is amazing! Super happy and excited to show off our new bathroom! We would highly recommend The Bath Pros!

    I cannot thank Rick and his crew enough for remodeling my bathroom. They removed a builder grade bathtub and walls in a brand new home with a gorgeous walk-in shower with handicap bars. I live with my grown daughter and her family. They bought a new home and did this remodel to make taking a shower safe for me. The job was done quickly and professionally. We met Rick at a tile retailer and I picked out my shower wall and floor tile with Ricks expert advice. It turned out gorgeous! I have been enjoying my walk-in shower for a couple of months now. Its so nice to enjoy being able to safely shower in such a beautiful environment! Bath Pros truly cares about customer service and making sure their clients are happy with the final outcome.

    My husband and I live in McKinney. After my husband got out of the hospital in late October, we needed badly to turn our downstairs half-bathroom into a full bathroom with easy access and grab bars due to his health conditions. I contacted Rick; he was nice and persuaded his two clients who already scheduled for projects to let him remodel our bathroom first to meet our urgent needs. Rick designed and started the remodeling quickly. Rick and his contractors were polite, patient, and professional throughout the project. Especially Rick, he was very thoughtful and easy to work with. The remodeling was done well. Now my husband enjoys the new bathroom every day. We would highly recommend The Bath Pros without reservation!

    The Bath Pros recently remodeled our master bathroom, and it turned out beautifully. Rick and Cole, owner and son were amazing to work with, and their subcontractors were top notch. Their attention to detail was remarkable, as well as the excellent craftsmanship shown in all areas.There were several areas of this renovation that impressed us. First, Rick came within the day to give us ideas and to work up an estimate. Secondly, they were extremely timely with the project. They had all of their materials when they started and stayed on the job until they finished. They were also extremely protective of our floors and carpets, and had large air filters to keep the dust under control as much as possible. Additionally, their prices were moderate compared to several other contractors we had bid on the job.Finally, we would say that besides the excellent work, the cost, etc. they were great communicators. They were constantly updating us on what came next, and they always answered their phones if we had a question. Working with Rick and Cole was more like working with friends rather than just your average contractor. Of course they wanted us to be happy, but even more than that, they wanted to be satisfied with themselves and their quality of workmanship. It was a true pleasure to work with them, and we would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

    Bath Pros designed and built an exactly what we wanted beautiful new Master Bathroom with a super big sparkling low curb, no door, walk-in shower with a “WOW” factor of a 5 Star rating!     Excellent family business and meticulous work! From the beginning the owner Rick promptly communicated with me and quickly gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable considering I live a little ways from their business. Cole and Michael performed the work in two days (bathroom tile install) and they paid attention to details, ensured that I was satisfied every step of the way and explained everything clearly! I am impressed with the business and the people and will definitely be looking to use their service again in the future!

    We had been thinking about our Bathroom remodel project for over a year—with 2 full baths badly in need, it seemed like a major undertaking. We got 3 bids, and Rick & The Bathpros were quite competitive. There were a number of things that REALLY impressed us during the process:1. Daily Communication—Rick or Cole let us know each day what to expect for the following day2. CLEAN-the Team took great care of our house during the process, and the daily cleanup each day before leaving was FANTASTIC!3. Process—as the remodeling was underway, Rick and Cole communicated ideas & concept changes that took our final product from excellent to OMG. There was no “upselling” or pressure selling. They have a great “eye for design”, and it shows.4. TEAM-the team that came to our house every day were awesome—they were ultra clean, took great care of our house, and were friendly—no to mention the quality of the work exceeded our expectations.Our new bathrooms are just spectacular. I needed my bathroom and shower remodeled and The Bath Pros took care of it promptly and for a fair price.     We used the bath pros for a bath to shower conversion and they were much more reasonably priced than other quotes we got. We picked out our own materials and Rick was always easy to get ahold of. The shower looks beautiful.

    I had The Bath Pros do a complete remodel on my master bath. Rick and Cole are extremely professional and personable in their work. They are quick to suggest things that may not have been thought of and then quick to carry out the outlined scope of work. I am a building contractor and watched their work from that perspective.     I’m very happy with the work The Bath Pros have done for us. The Bath Pros came in to help us redo a shower that we had unfortunately just had done with someone else who didn’t do a quality job. The first remodel had left us with a massive leak onto our first floor. They took the entire project back to the frame and did it right.They reused as much as they could to help us save money (which was such a blessing) and asked us questions along the way to make sure we were ok with the plan.Rick and his crew are super nice, very knowledgeable, and pay attention to the details to make sure that you are not only getting a beautiful end product, but a QUALITY result. If you look at some of my before pictures, you might think they look very similar. The difference is in the quality. It stinks that we had to do our same shower twice, but I really got a chance to see the difference hiring The Bath Pros makes.I would recommend them to everyone I know! If you want a job done beautifully and done well, and want to be able to trust that the people doing your job are good at their craft, the Bath Pros are for you!
