    After extensive damage to our cedar siding and sheeting from weather/woodpeckers was found, we vowed to never have cedar siding on our house again. Elio and his crew did a phenomenal job of making repairs and installing LP Smart siding that will never even need a coat of paint! They were professional, fast and precise. Jeremy did a phenomenal job managing every aspect of the project. I would highly recommend Robison to anyone that needed siding!

    Brad did a great job of helping us design and build our indoor sports facility. He listened to our vision and made it a reality. He was thoughtful in the design and helped guide us throughout the project. Brad and his team was ALWAYS there when they said they would be and they seem to care as much about this project as we did. His subs were all professional and were really easy to work with. The finished product turned out better than we could have ever imagined and so happy we chose Robison Construction.

    We had an excellent experience with Robison Construction. Timely, accurate estimate, and work completed within the time frame. Evaluation and minor repairs on a concrete tile roof---hard to find!     Reliable, honest and quality work! The top notch service started with the 1st phone call I made to the office requesting help. I needed so much direction on what to do and when to do it... but the best part is, I didnt have to! Frank took the load off my back and did it most of it for me! They helped made all my decisions easy.When the crew(s) showed up to shingle and side, they were quick and efficient.     It was amazing how quickly and professionally the job was done, the roof was built in 1965 with what appeared to be substandard Sheathing and not only came apart when they started pulling the shingles but one worker came through into my living room, not hurt thank God, So All the Sheathing on the house needed replacing some on the garage and all new gutters with leaf guard house is about 2200 sq ft done in a tad over 2 days hole in the ceiling took longer but you have to know where to look to see the mark that it has been repaired. Their sign is still up in the corner of my yard but I have desire to remove it, Highly recommend, Oh did I mentioned that considering all of the Sheathing had to be replaced I found the final total very good

    Brian was very patient and helpful while we were trying to decide what color siding we wanted to go with, also very responsive whenever we called, though I know he was busy dealing with other jobs. The crew that came out to do the work, did a GREAT Job, and worked until it was dark, even worked in between rain storms one day. We love the new siding and again can’t thank Brian enough for his suggestions and patience with our indecisiveness.     Robison Construction was hired as our roofing contractor for our historic Burlington Fire Dept re-roofing project. Robison crews showed up on day # 1 and went right to work. The entire crew, led by Jeremy Steward, was professional, courteous, and showed a great work ethic. The project exposed challenges that needed to be addressed quickly and correctly. After dealing with a persistent leak in my house, since my roof was re-shingled by another roofing company (after the derecho), I turned to them for help.From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism stood out. Matt was the first to assess the situation and Justin and Jeremy arrived for the inspection and took the time to thoroughly assess the roof and identify the source of the leak (and there happened to be two causes). They explained everything in detail, highlighting the mistakes made by the previous company and what needed to be done to fix them.The repair process was smooth and efficient. They used high-quality materials and paid attention to every detail, ensuring that the root of the problem was addressed.     Living in Iowa, we never know what weather is heading our way?? We have a beautiful home in a great neighborhood in Hiawatha and we had the Iowa Weather hit us twice in less than 3 years. Once with an isolated hail storm and the famous Derecho , So we have had to replace the entire roof due to the hail damage and the entire house needed resided. Brian Jeffords was a contact, given to me by friends in the neighborhood that had already used Robison Construction. Brian was over when he said he would be, he accessed our damage and then started working with the insurance companies. He was there for suggestions, questions and attention, if needed. The roof that they installed from the first hail storm was not affected at all by the Derecho winds, those shingles held up to the100mph wind that came that famous Iowa date 8/10/2020. One less item to worry about, the roof stood the test. For both jobs, if I had questions or concerns, Brian listened and had answers or found a solution to my concerns. So for two very expensive occasions, we called Brian and Robison Construction and we were very pleased with the finished projects. Our roof is sturdy and tested and our siding and gutters are all new, beautiful and working very well. Remember Iowa Weather strikes, call Brian and Robison Construction. We Did!!! Thank You Todd

    I was in need of a quick roof replacement for my seller client, to be completed prior to closing. I called Robison and less than 12 hours later, Jeremy called me back and we got things set up. He first gave me a reasonable estimate and then he and his crew quickly got to work, once my client approved the bid. The worked very quickly and efficiently and got the roof done in one day and this was on a very large home. Jeremy was amazing with his communication throughout the job and he also followed up with fixing a broken pipe that was accidentally hit by the gutter crew.     Robison Construction did great work when replacing our roof back in 2021! They showed up when they said they would be here. Work was done fast and there was no mess left when they were done.     We worked with Matt Ross at Robison Construction to replace our siding and add stone to our home. Matt was absolutely incredible from the moment he met with us to talk about options to the final walk around of our home. He worked with our insurance well! When we started this journey he walked us through lots of options and listened. I never felt like I was being sold something. When I was indecisive about colors he gave me places to drive by and ultimately that helped us choose. While the siding was going up he came to our home and checked in multiple times.     After a hail storm ripped through my neighborhood in West Des Moines, I was referred to Robison by a co-worker to look at my roof, siding and gutters. Frank and team came out later that week and they were phenomenal to work with. I received an estimate via email from Matt about half an hour after he left my house and he had the crew at my house within days doing my repair.     Had our new roof installed a week ago. Everything about the process was seamless and professional. From the bid to install we were very happy with the process. The work was completed promptly and looks great. Workers were very respectful of our home and landscaping. The clean up was amazing, you would never know they were here after they left. Upon completion the company owner and foreman stopped by our house to inspect the same day and took the time to visit with us to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend this company. Cost was exactly what was bid, no hidden fees. Great experience.

    Robison put a new roof on my house in 2017. I had one minor issue with a piece of decorative stone loose after the crew was done. Robison took care of it ASAP without questioning it and even took the time to match the grout perfectly. Fast forward a few years when the derecho hit, I had about 10 roof caps that needed replaced...even tho they were swamped they sent a couple guys out within a week of my call in the spring to fix my shotty patch job!

    We discovered a wet area in a bathroom ceiling after a heavy rain. I texted Matt on a Sunday evening because of the weather forecast of storms for the next two days. Matt came over the following morning and crawled around in our attic and inspected the roof. Yet that same day, less than 24 hours after my text, Jeremy and Justin arrived with new matching shingles, underpayment, caulking and lots of tools and ladders. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Jeremy and Justin were extremely polite, professional and hardworking. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. 👍

    This was an absolute awesome experience! From the moment project manager Jeremy Steward contacted me at the beginning, to after the roof project was finished. They had an army show up to work and they worked extremely well as a team. All was completed in a couple hours and the craftmanship is bar none. They all went around at the end and made sure there was no extra debris left over, nails, etc.. Jeremy came back after the project was over and he and I went around and couldnt find a single nail or debris left, they are fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone! I am an extremely happy customer.

    Had Robison in to replace a skylight, they were fast and responsive and did great work. Mitch was great to work with from start to finish and the guys who came in and did the window replacement knew what they were doing, did it well, and cleaned up after themselves.     Jeremy did an awesome job of communicating with us about all the steps in the process leading up, during and after our roof, garage door wraps and gutter replacement. The crew that installed the roof did a top notch job through every detail until they completed the job. Thanks again!Jeremy and Justin came through for us again. Justin did a great job of replacing our garage door wraps and went above and beyond by replacing the header board that had started to decay from water damage. Justin was called back to our home to fix a minor issue on the roof. He did a good job of explaining what happened, why it happened and that he would be returning in the Spring to ensure quality once the snow is melted and weather warms up.
