    We took several bids for siding our home. AW was very responsive to our ideas (we wanted 2 colors). AW gave us a fair price. They showed up with a fairly large crew and knocked out the job quickly. Their work was excellent. They cleaned up after they were done. We are very pleased with the results. We highly recommend this company.

    Absolutely great! Very responsive and professional. There was an issue and a miscommunication during the process but Adam apologized and rectified the situation immediately. Took awhile for work to get started, but that was due to things being ordered. It was in no way Adams fault. My only complaint was the subcontractors did not seal around either door they installed and I had to do it myself. But not shabby considering the amount of work I needed done, something getting missed was bound to happen.

    Adam and his team did a great job with our garage. He replies fast and is always available to help. We had a little miscommunication when the job was done and he was easy to talk to and he made sure we were satisfied with his job. Highly recommended.

    After the ’20 derecho, when it was difficult to get repair work done at a reasonable price (if you got someone to respond at all), AW Home Improvement was a breath of fresh air. Adam was quick to respond, worked with us on our needs, communicated clearly, and charged a fair price. His crews were prompt, efficient, and paid attention to details for both our roof and siding. If there were ever any questions Adam was ready to answer and wanted to make sure the job was done right. We’ll definitely be using him for any additional home improvement needs we have in the future.

    Adam was always quick to respond and communicated well throughout the whole project. Him and his team tore down and replaced our garage, as well as redoing the siding and roof of house and garage. We are very happy with the result!

    Excellent work!! They did my house, garage, and shed all within one day. Clean up was efficient and effective. There were 12 people working and nobody was standing around watching. I would highly recommend AW Home Improvement to anyone who wants something down fast and correctly. Cody was always keeping me in the loop on when they were going to start work and what to expect. Very happy with the job they did.

    I had Adam come out and look at my gutters after the derecho. Was able to install new ones at a reasonable price. Then decided to replace my twenty one windows and knew exactly who I was going to call. Came out within the week and was able to give me a price and start the process. No more leaky gutters and no more drafty windows. Thank you AW Home Improvement!

    Sometimes dumb luck is a really good thing. Through dumb luck I got hooked with Adam, his brother Ryan and their guys. Having worked in the construction trades myself, I know the way things SHOULD BE!!! They did not disappoint!!! I am grateful to them for the work they have done and for the work they will in the future for me.

    AW Home Improvement did our residing of our house after the Derecho. Last weekend the winds caused some damage. We sent Adam photos and he assured us he would be out as soon as he could to repair the damage. Yes, like many we suffer from Derecho PTSD when the winds starting roaring. Having Adam Wagner and AW Home Improvement on our side makes the anxiety much less! Adam and his team are always responsive, stay in communication and follow up their word. Highly reccomend them for any home needs.

    I had Aw shingle my roof shortly after derecho and Im glad I went with them because after 3 1/2 years and alot of high winds and even some hail my roof is still leak free and unscathed.

    Overall did a nice job. Fast and courteous. Watch out for concrete contractors as I almost made a $5000 mistake. The one we ended up with made it happen. Do your homework. Concrete is where you can get screwed.

    Very impressed with both the work and service. Adam came out right away for a small shingle issue I had from some recent high winds and was very prompt in completing the job at a fair price. I own rental properties and working with contractors can be a challenge at times, especially on small jobs that many dont want to mess with, but that wasnt the case here. Highly recommend Adam and his team at AW Home Improvement!

    Adam was a pleasure to work with. He was able to provide me with a quote quickly and was the most reasonably priced out of all the quotes I received for my roof. He was able to squeeze me in on short notice which was also an added bonus. His crew worked quickly and did a great job of cleaning up after the job was finished.     We had both roofing and siding done. We are very pleased. Our siding had to be special ordered and Adam communicated with us regarding the delay.     After almost two years of opportunistic (e.g. gonna have to replace everything instead of fixing just the damaged parts) salesmen or getting ghosted by contractors to fix derecho damage in Cedar Rapids, IA, Adam at AW Home Improvement was awesome to work with!We talked on the phone on October 4th, reviewed the repairs needed on the 5th (with an on site estimate), and Im writing this on October 13th with the work DONE! Gutter replacements, soffit repairs, siding fixed (with matching color - no ITEL test needed after he easily saw the printed product code on the seam), and fascia fixes all look excellent. Great communication, friendly crews, and all at a fair price.

    It is truly such a pleasure to write this review for AW Home Improvements wonderful work & delivery. We were in a messy fix of sorts...early October, when we had a most unprecedented collapse of our 3 seasons sun room and damage to our roof & screened-in porch. No one stepped up to the challenge to consider taking it on, to minimize damage to the exposed parts of the house, until we discovered Adam & AW Home Improvement!  Adam & his Super Team got started...new sun room, screened in porch, roof work & siding for the entire back of the house...it seemed like a long 3 months given it is wintertime. An absolute pleasure to work with Adam and enjoy an occasional chat-discuss progress over a good cuppa tea! AW guarantees a complete & very satisfactory job...we are absolutely thrilled with our new sun room, porch and the finish...highly recommend AWHI for honesty, cost, performance and a most compatible working relationship.
