Have been using this company for over 30 yrs . They take care of all my rental s just recently like today had to have them check my gas heater. Since tenants did not use . so cal gas company. In Palm Springs ca . They were using a electrical heater that they plug into wall since gas company charges a monthly fee . Whether you use the gas or not. Hoa pays for hot water and cold water . So since Iβm selling, I had to call Southern California Gas to turn the gas back on 11 days later was turned on tech turned furnace gas value on correctly.Now I have a warm condo for new owners.Thank you Allan . -
