Very pleasant experience. Honored the quote given weeks later as we were waiting for a claim approval. (We had to get a new garage door because someone ran into it and the colors did not match the house therefore we had to have the new door painted). They matched the colors perfectly. These guys are great! Very professional process to estimate and then paint the project. The painters were incredible! We have a very tall & difficult great room ceiling they helped us paint. Excellent group of folks. The painters worked hard, went above and beyond, and were incredibly nice to talk with. The pricing was incredibly competitive and came in far less expensive than a few other quotes I’d received. I’d recommend certapro to anyone that needs paint done. Unfortunately I don’t have any before photos, but the previous state was faded, peeling, and popped trim, that they repaired, sealed, and repainted to look brand new!

I recently needed all the trim to be repainted on our home and began the process of calling painting companies and asking for bids on proposed project. I called several painting companies and asked them to visit my home and give us an estimate and those I called were either too busy, would not call back and displayed little, or no interest in taking on the project. With the lack of response from companies I thought I would need to wait another year and somehow be placed on a priority list in order to get the trim painted. Fortunately, I saw a car with the name of CertaPro Painters on it so I decided to give them a call. Much to my surprise they responded in a couple of days, visited my home, calculated the cost for the paint job, and presented a contract that was professionally written and carefully spelled out the work to be done with specific timelines for the project. CertaPro was a pleasure with whom to work! All employees were extremely professional, kind, courteous and communicated with me during various stages of the project. I read the Customer Service Commitment of CertaPro Painters and could not be more pleased as they followed their written commitments perfectly and the paint job they did on our home was more than excellent. It has been several week since the CertaPro painters finished painting the outside of our home. I did not do a review right away as I wanted time to examine for any flaws or mistakes. So far I have found no reason to call CertaPro to have any items fixed or done over.They did a very good job at a reasonable price. The crew that did our house did very good work. The prep was done quickly and efficiently and the taping left no areas uncovered. The spray work was done very carefully and expertly with the strokes done in such a way that all of the areas received two coats. The trim was also done very efficiently and neatly. There was no areas that I can examine that was not covered with a sufficient amount of paint. Our house is one side of a paired home and the crew of four painters completed the project (both homes) in just two days. We have no complaints about the cleanup after the first day and after the project was completed. I anticipate that I will use CertaPro for future painting projects.

We had experience witth several painting companies in Denver and Castle Rock this past year, and CertaPrro in Castle Rock was by far the best. Their estimates are more detailed, with explanations and pictures that answer many questions. They were the low bidder, yet we had more detail and met more of the team befor we signed. The painters themselves were personable experts who really cleaned up. The office staff was friendly, relaxed, professional. We had a couple of challenges: matching the former paint on our unusual surface, and dealing with our insurance company, since hail damage was involved. Chris also had good ideas about painting our gutters that worked out very well. We identified a small handful of minor touch-up issues during the walk-around, and they were taken care of in minutes. The crew took good care in removing various items before painting and putting them back on the house when done. We got the exact results that we were told we would get within the expected time frame, and our old house now looks like new.

Web-based tools were very helpful when it came to color selection.The work crew did a great job... showed up on time, were professional, kind, courteous, respectful of our property, cleaned up the job site at the end of every day, and most importantly performed high-quality work. Work performed included prep work (power wash and minor carpentry fixes) and external painting of the house including the deck. Very happy with the entire experience from first phone call to some follow up items after the job was done. I have a rental property that has stucco, and have many odd angles and unusual features and they took the time to do a quality job as opposed to a previous painter that complained about hard to reach areas and used to say, close enough. My tenants also said that the crew was very considerate and respectful of the fact they were living there while it was getting painted. Would absolutely recommend these guys --especially if you cant be there to oversee the work since you can trust they will do a great job.

Certapro painted the exterior of our home and did a fantastic job. Alan met with us prior to the job to explain in detail everything that was going to happen during their painting process. They powerwashed the exterior, caulked and sealed any areas that needed it, and did a 4 color paint job on the exterior of the home. From the time I signed the contract it was only four days before the job was completed. The crew (I recommend Pedros crew) did an excellent job and worked very hard from start to finish.The price and discount promotions were disclosed up front. Other estimates we received had a very high price up front and only offered a discount as we were sending them out the door. We decided to upgrade the paint to Sherwin Williams Resilience, and were only charged the actual cost of the upgrade, not some inflated upgrade fee. Beware of other competitors trying to advertise the best warranty in the business. These competitors offer a 7 to 14 year warranty, but essentially charge you for two paint jobs up front. Certapro does not do this.I was very happy with the experience and our home looks great. Im already in the process of contracting an interior paint job with Certapro.

We just had our entire house painted by certapro and I have to say I was super impressed with everyone I dealt with. Zach came and gave us an estimate and he couldn’t have been nicer. I instantly felt comfortable working with him and confident that he would send us great painters. I have a newborn baby and an almost 2 year old and we would be at home the whole time and he reassured me that wouldn’t be a problem.Because we had a contract and spent over $1,000 we got a free hour with their paint consultant Nicki- OMG SHE WAS AMAZING! She helped with every color and she was spot on with everything!!The painters were a 3 person crew of brother led by Alfonso and they were fantastic! They were so quiet and respectful of our kids and their sleeping. Each morning we would go over what rooms to do that day and they would move all the furitnure, which was beyond helpful.The smell of paint was so faint and they never left our house a wreck. They were professional, friendly, fast and did excellent work!My husband and I were thrilled to support this local castle rock company and would use them again in a heartbeat! Everyone we dealt with were so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them, plus their pricing was GREAT!!

These guys are awesome from beginning to end. Our home has crazy arches and really tall ceilings, it is not a straightforward job. We also had them do the railings. There were changes after my initial plan when the painters arrived and started and then we all realized, oops...we can’t do an accent wall there with the arches or that the sheen I wanted for the railings would wear really quickly. Everything came out better than we expected. Took 10 years off of the house. Everyone was professional. 10/10 will use these guys again. This is how business should be done.

We couldnt have asked for better quality and service! The estimate was spot on with no additional or hidden costs. The designer was great to work with and had great ideas for color combinations. Our living and dinning areas are very open spaced with high ceilings so we were struggling to decide where to stop one color and start another. Nikki helped us a lot to make that decision! The painters were on time, neat and did a phenomenal job! They also made sure our (very curious) cat was succured and wouldnt try to help paint the walls. It was great leaving for the day and coming home to a well painted interior. We would definitely use these guys again!
