In fact , I realized that my original pipes were set to high to allow my new sink to fit. Although, pardo just put my supply lines back to its original spot. They (Nathan ) came back to to lower water lines as to allow my sink to fit. Im 48 years old and Ive only left (2) reviews in my entire Life. Amazing! Unfortunately finding workers that truly know their craft has become difficult. However, as soon as Scott walked in and looked at my pipes and garbage disposal he knew exactly what the issue was and assured me that he would do his best to fix it. I knew I had an underground leak, because when my utility company did an energy audit, we knew somewhere between the curbstop and the water softener shut off, the meter was still running. Scott from Pardo & Son Plumbing came out, took about 5 minutes to find the leak, and within the hour, my leak was fixed. It was very reasonably priced as well. I couldnt be more pleased!

They were able to make it out on the scheduled day. Mr. Pardo diagnosed my disposal as the culprit for the leak and replaced it. At the time, I would have said the job was thorough. He worked fast and even referred a restoration company to come assess the damage that came out the same day. I was pleased with everything until I noticed that there is still a leak. I have to call them back out.

I was a little concerned reading the reviews for Pardo & Sons, but they were recommended by one of our neighbors. We took a chance and I am so glad we did. John Pardo III was the one that replaced our water heater. He was very professional. He gave us a great price for the installation and unit (Rheem). He was able to come to our house within hours of talking to him. He cleaned up the area in our garage he was working in. Overall, I would highly recommend them for future hot water heater installs.

They were professional and explained each step and why it was necessary. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is because the new drain stop that was put in my bathtub doesnt seem to work properly. Its supposed to be the toe touch kind that closes when you press down on it with your foot and opens when you press it again but it doesnt and it only stays open if you kind of tilt it to the side. So, Im thinking maybe it wasnt installed correctly or maybe the hardware just doesnt fix the tub, but if that were the case shouldnt they have told me. Anyway, all in all I was pleased with the work done.

Pardo and Sons came to me through my Home Warranty Plan. After reading the reviews I almost called my Home Warranty to change providers. Half of the reviews with 5 stars the other half were 1 star. They called promptly to make an appointment. They came on the appointed day and within the set time frame. They called when they were on the way. They were professional, kind and did excellent work. They were great with my elderly mother as she there for the initial assessment. The unit (hot water heater) I asked for Rheem they didnt believe they had in stock. When they came to install they brought a Rheem. (Happiness) They did a great job installing! I have had no issues with the new unit and it been a few weeks now. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had a plumbing leak in the bathroom wall at a rental condo from a handyman who installed connectors wrong. Pardo and Sons came out when they said they would, and replaced not only the bad connector, but all the faulty connectors the handyman installed before they popped too. It was very clear that they know what they are doing, the plumber we got was Nick.Im posting this review because Nick explained that Pardo and Son is now owned by the son, John, who was nothing if not helpful and polite on the phone. Their pricing was very fair, and lower than the other quotes I got by phone.I was hesitant to call them at first, because they do not have the best reviews, and I tend to check reviews myself before hiring. In this case, they were the only plumber available at very short notice, and Im glad I called them. I asked Nick about the prior reviews I had seen, and he explained that under the old management, Pardo was elderly, and managing the company became difficult for him. The situation today is different under son Johns management, and I think someone needs to note that in a review. I am very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to call them again for a plumbing repair.

Very happy with their repipe service. They not only did a great job, but also went extra mile to accommodate some special need requests. John was great for overall project delivery. Scott and Nathan did an excellent job. Finally, the other tile expert guy (forgot his name), did an excellent patch up work in our vintage bathroom tiles after another company messed up. Lastly, all the effort they had to put for a repipe in the house, their price seemed very justified.

My home was built in 1956 and it was now my turn...Pardo and Son John III was on the project from start to finish with his partner Scott and they really did a great job having to tear into multiple walls as the house has very little attic space. I give them a huge thumbs up as they left and everything is back to normal in just a couple days! Very impressed!

I am a property manager in the Central Florida area and have used John Pardo on many occasions. On two occasions he has saved me quite a bit of money. The first was over $500 after Casselberry broke a pipe under a driveway while working on the road. His solution seemed much simpler than what the other company proposed. The second saved nearly $1500 for my client. He was able to fix a pipe that two other companies said I needed to replace.
