Donovan is a trustworthy professional who masters his craft. I had a problem with the main pipe under my finished basement floor that was blocked, and it was very near to my septic tank. At first, a notable plumbing company with shiny new trucks came over. Instead of resolving the issue, they unintentionally pushed the blockage further out, causing the entire main pipe to be blocked as originally, only 2 out of 4 toilets were affected. They examined my pipe but didnt bother to show me the live footage, nor did they record it. They concluded that I had a collapsed pipe and quoted me over $5k to break the basement concrete floor for a pipe repair. This led to a significant sewage backup as the blockage was exacerbated (total clog). After reaching out to several other plumbers, Fast Home Plumbing was suggested due to their specialization in drain cleaning. Armed with the right tools, a 60-foot snake, and a 3-inch cutter, they managed to clear the blockage in less than 15 minutes. For my reassurance, they showed me the live video scope, confirming that my pipe hadnt collapsed. The previous plumbing business that had charged me $500 for a service that only worsened the situation refunded my money. I cant express enough how much I appreciate Donovans service. Yes, I had a mess to clean up, but thanks to him, I was saved from the massive nightmare of tearing up my basement. -

I CANT RECOMMEND THIS CREW ENOUGH!! I have been a loyal customer of Fast Home Plumbing for nearly a decade. I have had them fix various mishaps that Ive unfortunately caused. Its such a breath of fresh air to deal with an honest tradesman who doesnt try to overcharge you. When other plumbing services suggested I needed a new water heater, Donovan advised me that I only needed a minor part. This advice ended up extending the lifespan of my heater by a few more years. A few weeks back, our toilet overflowed due to improper installation by a plumber associated with the floor installation contractor we used years ago. After having the floors repaired, we contacted Fast Home Plumbing to correctly reinstall the toilet according to code. I wouldnt consider using any other service! -

Whenever I need plumbing services, I always reach out to Frederick. He delivers outstanding service at a reasonable price. Frederick is a good listener, maintains a calm demeanor, and never comes off as patronizing. The first time I contacted him, it was to rectify a mistake made by a local contractor, who had not followed my instructions regarding the installation of a specific type of valve - a brass or stainless lever type for my underground main house shut-off valve. Several months later, a water puddle formed in my yard, and I immediately knew what had gone wrong. The inferior PVC butterfly shut-off valve that the contractor had installed against my wishes had failed. Frustrated, I started contacting different plumbers. Frederick was the one who responded. He promptly replaced the faulty valve with a superior one that I initially wanted. While he was at it, I also had him replace an outdoor faucet. His work was neat and tidy, which impressed me. Ive been reaching out to him for all my plumbing needs ever since, about five times now. Most recently, he replaced the regulator for my propane tanks that had a leak. Frederick has done everything from installing a new gas line for my dryer to setting up a utility sink in the garage. Hes also replaced and installed new fixtures in the sinks, tubs, and showers, due to my wifes decision to redecorate after purchasing the house. Over the years, Frederick has also promptly and professionally addressed both a toilet leak and a shower leak. Even when he sent one of his employees, Jordan, the service was still prompt and professional. Ive always been impressed by the job done. Recently, when a leak developed in the ceiling of the family room, the prompt and professional service continued. Fast Home Plumbing will remain my first choice for all my plumbing needs. -

Im extremely appreciative and impressed with this plumbing service. Donovan and Tristan came out today to inspect my crawlspace and try to determine why I was experiencing a loss in water pressure. As it turns out, my water pressure tank was deteriorating and some wiring required adjustment. They openly acknowledged that a well-specialist would be better suited to handle these issues. They suggested a reliable company and didnt even charge me a service fee for their visit! I took their advice and hired the recommended company, and was very satisfied! My problem was completely resolved on the same day, something I highly doubt wouldve occurred if it wasnt for the honest and friendly team from this plumbing service. I admire their readiness to admit that this problem was beyond their expertise, and Im grateful for their integrity in recommending someone dependable. Even though they werent the ones to fix this particular problem, Ill definitely be reaching out to them for any future plumbing needs. Kudos to you guys! -

They do an outstanding job at a price that is much lower than what some of the big-name companies charge. I initially contacted them for assistance with my shower, but they went above and beyond. They tightened some pipes in my basement and addressed a leak in my washing machine, all without any additional charges. They also serviced my shower, which hadnt seen any maintenance in many years, and now its functioning like its brand new. Dont bother with anyone else. Others may overcharge and not deliver as expected. Clinton expertly handled 2 bathrooms, 4 sinks, a dishwasher, laundry, water heater, and an outside hose bib in roughly 6 hours. He would have finished sooner but had to repair some damaged drain pipes and replace a sink drain that another plumber incorrectly installed in the shower. Unlike some, Clinton doesnt have to pause his work to answer phone calls. He utilizes a headset, enabling him to communicate with clients even when hes in the crawl space with tools in both hands. Seriously. Clinton is the only person you want for a replumb from polybutylene to PEX. Fast Home Plumbing is simply the best in Casselberry. -

Our sewer pipe was blocked, made worse by a different company that left a broken snake head in the line. this other company incorrectly attributed their mistake to a damaged pipe and quoted us an exorbitant price for repair. we sought a second opinion from fast home plumbing. jacob proposed more cost-effective solutions before resorting to digging up the concrete slab. tristan was the one who performed the work and he did a top-notch job. he promptly unclogged the line and even managed to remove the broken snake head. turns out, we didnt have a damaged pipe at all. our cast iron pipe was just heavily rusted inside, which was causing the blockages. tristan meticulously polished the pipe and removed the rust in less time than expected. his professionalism, thoroughness, honesty, and straightforwardness were commendable. we were extremely satisfied with the service provided. -
