They refurbished and transformed it into something amazing! Had a busted water pipe under the ground? They precisely located the leak through the concrete and made a tiny hole instead of ripping up the pathway. Even simple kitchen taps were replaced swiftly! Most recently, they fixed a water pipe and instructed us on how to temporarily stop the leak so we could have water! (grab a dishwasher hose and a ring clamp, cut the hose to 1/2 , make a slit lengthwise covering the hole, place the clamp over the hole and tighten. no leak!) We adore Ross! And his team!     Review 1: Ross, my plumber, provided an exceptional service! He was polite, skilled, and took my budget into consideration. A big thank you to Ross! (5-star rating maintained) Review 2: Matthew visited today to replace a leaky cartridge in my shower fixture. He displayed great manners and by the end, he had everything functioning flawlessly. However, due to the fixture being of Delta brand instead of Moen which hes more familiar with, he didnt carry the specific parts needed. This extended his work time to three hours. The company has a set fee of $325 for such tasks, which felt a bit off to me as I had to pay the full amount despite a non-Delta cartridge being installed. Therefore, I suggest asking for a plumber who is experienced with Delta fixtures when you call this company. Alternatively, you could consider another plumbing service that has Delta parts readily available on their truck. (Rating adjusted to 4 stars)

    I really cant say enough positive things about our encounter with this plumbing company! our former plumber closed shop just when we were slated to get a new tank. however, these guys swooped in, assisting in locating an electrician, suggesting a top-notch individual for our furnace, and then expertly setting up our new hybrid water heater which we absolutely adore. plus, it was about a grand less expensive than the estimate we received from another firm. we plan on being loyal customers for as long as we reside here. id definitely suggest giving ross, matthew or herbert a shot at earning your trust too!

    A friend of mine recommended Arizona Best Plumbers and I couldnt be more satisfied. Brendan and his team offered expert and prompt services. We had a leak in our main water line leading into our Casa Grande home, which meant we had to shut off the water and deal with a major inconvenience. Arizona Best Plumbers promptly arrived to inspect the issue and suggested a few solutions. We decided to go with a trenchless installation of a new line. However, we faced a challenge due to hard rock under the surface of our yard, forcing us to change plans. Yet again, Brendan quickly came up with alternative solutions and by the end of the day, our water was up and running. They originally quoted for the trenchless work but adjusted the charge based on the actual work done. A couple of weeks later, we encountered a different issue and I didnt hesitate to call them. Once again, Brendan and his team came to our rescue, even though it was after normal working hours. His work is truly remarkable, hes extremely dependable, and I will definitely rely on them for any future plumbing needs.

    Matthew is an absolute master of his craft - a brilliant plumber! Hes like a hidden gem. This review is testament to his skills, so read on. Its worth noting that a significant portion of Matthews clientele are other plumbers who are stumped by a job. This speaks volumes about his expertise. Matthew refers to himself as a technician because he is adept at handling all kinds of plumbing equipment. He is an authority when it comes to pass-through water heaters, such as Takagi, Navien, and Rinnai. These are not very common yet and not all plumbers are comfortable dealing with them. Matthew, however, is qualified and skilled to work with these heaters. He was a factory rep for Takagi and is well-versed with other brands too. In one visit, Matthew was able to address and fix every minor and major plumbing issue we had. We had a sink faucet that was perpetually loose. It turned out to be a metric set screw, something I wasnt even aware of. We had a hot water issue that he meticulously examined and found not one, but two culprits, which he replaced. This issue had been persisting since 2008 and no one else could identify it. He also gave our Takagi a thorough inspection and a clean bill of health. Another problem we had was with constantly breaking toilet seats. Matthew bought us the best quality seat available, something we couldnt differentiate. There were other issues too, all of which he resolved. For 30 years, I had been let down by one plumber after another. But now, I no longer need to search. I have found my go-to master plumber. Brendan is my trusted car mechanic, Ross my reliable electrician, and I also have a dependable upholstery technician and heating/cooling team. If I ever need a new service contractor, I reach out to Brendan for a recommendation. Brendan referred me to Matthew. Having a master contractor at your service is an added bonus. Ever had issues with scheduling, punctuality, or administrative mistakes? Matthews operation is as professional as they come. This level of professionalism is hard to find, but we finally discovered it after decades of trial and error.

    Today, ross and herbert from arizona best plumbers did an excellent job. They took out my old, leaking hot water heater and put in a new one in less than two hours. These guys were polite, super skilled, and didnt waste any time. Moreover, they did a fantastic job tidying up the space after they finished. The whole experience was surprisingly smooth, so Id definitely suggest using their services for any plumbing needs.
