I had a very good experience with Brad Meyer and with my on site project crew Carlos and Roberto. My attic had serious issues from squirrels, mice and racoons. Carlos and Roberto cleaned out my entire attic and replaced all the insulation. Carlos kept my house clean and the outside of my house clean.Like others I also had communication issues with Bill on schedule and equipment failures. I would recommend Thermaseal so long as you work closely with Brad and Bill on schedule. I would also ask for Carlos to perform my work.

Crew was very good and job appears to be excellent. Yardsticks were placed in various areas of the attic to ensure even coverage and foam Durovents (eve) vents were provided to ensure proper circulation. No fuss, no mess. They covered the floors to keep them clean.

Wow! The two man crew that installed vents and more insulation in my attic did a great job. Plus the cost was very reasonable for the amount of time spent, the blow in insulation, and the vents that were installed. I should also mention that the sales rep. that represented TSLS was very professional and highly experienced. He gave me good advice and a fair price. I couldnt be more pleased. John was amazing. Addressed all of our concerns, made recommendations I never thought of and even explained why something I wanted wasnt worth the money even though what I asked about wouldve cost us so much more. John was very honest and if he didnt answer calls he called back in a prompt manner. Very fast work, very thorough work as well. And it was a lot less than I anticipated. We had a spray foam coating on our main walls, sprayed heavy in the sill, and batted the rest. From our previous to the remodel we can tell how much better our home is insulated and how much quieter it is with even the thin spray foam.
