It isnt possible for me to be any happier with their (Ben and Jeremy) work. I knew we were going to have to repair the drywall, but my God they did a fabulous job putting it back together.     This is a two-part review...Part 1:Recently I had the electrical system of my house brought up to code including adding a surge protector to the house.. The Happy Outlet was referred to me by a trusted friend. The first task was to upgrade the panel on the side of the house. Serviceman, Cade, was assigned that task. It took much of the day to do the job and as I monitored the progress I was impressed with the quality of work.In the end, all of the breakers were clearly labeled and when the job was complete and all was cleaned up, Cade instructed me on what to do if one of the breakers tripped.Last night we had a power outage and I discovered a section of the house without power. This morning I was able to go to the box and recognize which breaker needed to be reset. I followed the instructions Cade had given me and now the power to that section is restored. Not bad for a budding octogenarian!!!Needless to say, I give my experience with The Happy Outlet and Cade an A+++!!!Thank you!!!Part 2:A couple of weeks after replacing the electrical panel on my house the team, Cade and Jacob, returned to replace all outlets and switches and install wired smoke detectors which brought the house up to 2023 code. This job took a little under two days.They worked methodically through each room, working together to move furniture when needed. After the installation, the furniture was moved back into place.In the afternoon, Kenneth joined them to work on the garage and outside of the house. There was an outside outlet that had not worked for years and they discovered a hidden GFI outlet inside the garage that proved to be the culprit. We decided to cap that one off and now the outside outlet is operational.The next day was the installation of the wired smoke detectors. There were a couple of pictures that had to be relocated to accommodate the location of a detector. Cade graciously rehung the pictures in their new locations.Since the completion of the jobs, I have had several questions and Cade has kindly returned my calls with answers.Again, I give my experience with The Happy Outlet electricians and office staff an A+++!!!Thank you!!!Part 3. Today (8/21/24) was the annual inspection / check. The electricians were courteous, thorough and efficient. Thank you Happy Outlet for continued good service! 😊

    Superb performance Emmett, Anthony & Shane were superb with customer service & going above & beyond just competent service. emmet & Anthony helped me diagnose an unrelated problem with my garage door& Shane detected & reported a problem with a gear nix installed too close to a water drainage site& fixed it for me.Cade was the initial technician who came out & I had full confidence that he was competent. He explained what he found infill detail & gave me options, when he realized my concern over costs.You have a great company right to your company contact, Caitlin, who is pure gold!Thank you, all.Shane talked me through a problem with outlets in garage.     Cade was punctual and polite. Very thorough inspection of my electrical system with step wise plan for remediation.I was very happy with the service.Cole arrived punctually and did a great job replacing my old fuse box, and the whole home restoration, making sure everything was wired correctly. I am happy with the work that he did. He is very thorough and glad to answer questions. I feel confident that the electrical restoration of my home has been done professionally and with care.Brett did a great job with hooking up the electrics to my stove fans and checking that everything was ok.

    Anthony G., our electrician today from The Happy Outlet, was an absolute superstar! He was polite, professional, efficient and a pleasure to talk with.     Had an arching light switch, Anthony came out to assess the situation. After the home evaluation there was some other concerns found and fixed. Anthony was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining the issues, resolutions and details of the new products installed. Our dog loved him and he was very respectful to the animals.     John, Jeff, and Brett replaced a ceiling fan, missing electrical box, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, etc. Excellent work and very friendly and responsive. John and Shane also replaced my aging electrical panel and added whole-house surge protection. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. The quality of work and the professionalism of the entire staff is top-tier. Educated me along the way. Highly recommended. Would use again.Did use again.     I had a safety issue involving a cut wire . I chose The Happy Outlet to call for repair. They arrived promptly (technician- Cade Collin’s) he analyzed the issue and did a complete electrical safety inspection of my home. Providing the results and recommendations I chose option to update the aged and obviously hazardous electrical panel and replacement of all home electrical outlets and switches. Cade did the emergency repair of cut wire and scheduled service to complete the replacement work. Cade was extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise, patient, courteous and I felt comfortable in doing business with the company he was representing. Technicians Shane Siebers (lead) and Jeremey are definitely an asset to their company. I definitely give them 5⭐️ratingThis is a Part II review… Nov 7, 2024….When installing the switches and outlets in my home I asked Shane about replacing the fluorescent tubes in my kitchen with dimmable LED tubes, the first set (snap and go) proved to be non dimmable; however that did not stop Shane from doing more research and due to his and the company comittment to “make customer happy “ located the product that would provide my wish to have them dimmable!! They have been installed and as of this writing work beautifully!!! (Initiated by Shane, installed by Jeremey & Dan…. I give all I have worked with starting with Katlyn who answers the phone and all the electricians involved in my projects a 5⭐️+ rating…. Thank you … a Very Happy customer!!😊

    Anthony was great! He called to advise his approx arrival time to do the annual complimentary inspection of my electrical panel installed in 2022.He is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. He answered questions readily and was attentive in checking a ceiling fixture and changing out an outlet face plate in the garage which had been stained years ago from a tool charger. Even though there were no issues he thoroughly checked and adjusted the current wiring before replacing w the new face plate.From phone call for scheduling to getting the job done. The best.     Brett came to my house due to my outlets in my kitchen werent working. He assessed the issue and determined that my GFC needed to be replaced since the one I had was quite old. During the time that he was here he went over the issues with my breaker box. He explained that the breakers that I have are old and not up to code, he gave me the option to leave the existing breakers or have new ones installed. The new ones will be installed later this month. I highly recommend Brett for any service calls, he was very thorough, friendly and professional.

    Straight up awesome! Bought a house a year ago and over time have found some sketchy stuff previous owner had done. Have had Happy Outlet out twice and they are amazing! Not only are David, Brett, and the rest of the crew great at what they do and charge a fair price but they are awesome people. They are nice, friendly, and respectful people coming in your home. Just over all great people! Out of a 5 star rating system Id give them 10. P.S. Im not some friend leave a good review for a buddy of mine. Ive never met any of them before this.     Had my homes electrical panel catch fire on January 1st durning snow storms and outages. Happy outlet set me up with an appointment as soon as they could, on the 10th. They had an electrician be able to stop by earlier than that on the 3rd and had the panel evaluated and quoted. They turned it into an emergency repair and it was done on the next day by Brett. Thank you!!! Brett was very professional, explained everything and more. He got along with our two dogs, lab and pitbull, with no worries.

    What a wonderful experience! I almost cancelled because I had got the outlet working that had prompted my call, but figured I could use the inspection. I’m so glad I kept the appointment. Kenneth was wonderful, he inspected everything, listened to my concerns, gave me quotes for the things I was wanting, and was so prompt and thorough. I wish I had hired him for the past work I had done with other companies. I wish they could all be like Kenneth. I’m so happy with the work he did and the team will be coming back in a week to finish the second half of the job (as I needed quite a few things). A++1/14/23 Addition: My project required a second visit (as there was a lot to do) and Evan was my second technician. He was just as wonderful as Kenneth. So polite, so patient (especially when my ADHD brain couldn’t focus), and explained everything. He was thorough and showed me everything he did and explained how the installed items worked. He was very friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. I’m very grateful for the Happy Outlet and their prompt, courteous, and friendly technicians.5/31/24 Update: Cole was so helpful and polite. My whole house surge protector was indeed working but there was a loose connection. Cole was so nice and tightened everything and cleaned it up. Highly recommended The Happy Outlet.6/17/24 Update: Anthony came out to do my annual maintenance exam and panel cleanup. He was so kind and polite and helpful. I loved that he was a dog person so I didn’t feel judged with some parts of my house showing wear from dogs. My dogs loved the attention from him. He took his time and reviewed everything and I got the “all good.” That was so reassuring after the last 18mo of headaches I’ve had to hear something didn’t have issues. lol. The crew at The Happy Outlet have all been wonderful and I’m so glad I signed up for their membership plan. Anthony listened to my quote request and generated it promptly. Will keep using them.

    Kenneth was awesome, great installer and very easy to work with. Recommended a whole home surge protector which we decided to get. He wired up a sauna for us as well and it works great. However, there are some things on the customer side that were a little frustrating. The service fee isnt rolled into the cost of the work, while I understand the need to pay for the system evaluation I feel that it wasnt necessary as I knew the work I wanted done. That being said, he did recommend a home surge protector based on the assessment. Its also important to note that this was addressed before Kenneth came out and I knew it wouldnt roll into the cost of the work I wanted done, so it wasnt a surprise. The only issue I actually had and was a surprise was the 3% credit card fee. This wasnt brought up to me until the installation was done and in my case was close to 50 bucks added onto the bill. I understand transaction fees can build up for the company but I think that should be discussed before the technician comes out to the job (this may be on the website, I didnt look to be honest). Overall, I had a great experience and would 100% recommend them to anyone, prices were great, communication was great, and I am absolutely satisfied with the job.

    Services: Rewire of whole houseCole was very knowledgeable even for as young as he is. I noticed how patient he was with his apprentice, who wanted and was willing to learn the trade. The whole crew Cole, Kenneth, Jeremy and Im sorry I forgot the other persons name were very professional, walked us through the whole job, explaining what was going on. Even hung new light fixtures, and great with our dogs making sure they didnt get outof the gate. Im going to recommend them to friends and family!Very honest and helpful!!!

    We had all new smoke detectors installed three years ago. One of them has been alarming even when there is no smoke, and often just when were using our stove with no real fumes or smoke. David explained that the one that was going off was a combination smoke/Carbonmonoxide detector and that perhaps the unit was no longer working as it should.     Squeezed me in on a stand by appointment. Showed up early and ready to tackle a huge mess another company had left. Spent the day making sure immediate needs were addressed and that we were 100% on the same page before beginning work. As the job was so in depth they couldn’t complete everything in one shift, they did make sure that any safety concerns were eliminated before leaving the site. They also did a complete restoration, panel upgrade, and sub-panel addition in our 1970’s home. We initially planned to move the fence to allow room for the extra panel. They found a solution so we didn’t have to. Honest and up front, friendly and professional. I truly wish more businesses conducted themselves the way The Happy Outlet does!! Will definitely use them for future electrical needs!

    Michael, Jesse & Carlos were amazing! They were quick but thorough, troubleshot everything and even though they were fast, they paid attention to every detail. They were friendly and polite.     Updated 1/20/2020Had the priviledge of meeting David today. He arrived on time and ready to tackle my to do list with a smile, along with some additional items not on the original order. He was friendly, professional and took the time to trouble shoot an issue we had with some funky wiring and then proceeded to correct the problem. We are very happy with his service and demeanor and will be happy to have him back to do some additional work this Spring.Shaun arrived this morning on time and sporting a happy, can-do attitude. I initially had just requested a quote to hard wire 3 wall sconces and discuss some possible future projects we had been putting off. After discussing the laundry list of items and identifying some safety issues our much older homes wiring posed we decided to go ahead with all of it and were thrilled that Shaun could accomodate us today rather than having to schedule us over several appointments. Many questions and what if situations were posed to him as he worked throughout the day and he addressed every one of them without ever making me feel I was bothering him or being silly. I felt that he genuinely was concerned about making sure we were happy with the service and more importantly felt safe about the work being done. I can honestly say we are 1000% (yep, 3 zeros) satisfied with the quality of his work and the manner in which he interacted with us throughout the day and I will be sleeping more soundly. We will definitely be scheduling a future appointment for a whole home analysis and would be happy to have Shaun return to our home. Thank you for your stellar service and workmanship!

    Kev and Robert from The Happy Outlet work wonderfully as a team. They both have their expertise and each took time to listen to what I needed, to advise and teach me about the plan and possibilities, and to creatively and professionally complete the job at hand. They left my house clean and even put all the furniture back. I already got estimates on three more projects and cannot wait to see the results of those. If you know what you need done or only have the beginning of an idea, these are the folks who can make it happen. Especially, because they seem to have wonderful support from the staff at their office who worked with my truly limited schedule to make my project happen.

    Ryan did an outstanding job explaining what the process would be to install a transfer switch on my house for a generator. He also pointed out a few items that should be corrected to make the home safer electrically. It was a true pleasure working with Ryan and his knowledge is second to none.The day (days) of installation were amazing. Ryan and all of the others from Happy Outlet explained everything that was going on. It was a substantial job getting the generator transfer switch put in but they did an outstanding job (having to relocate several circuits from one panel in the house to another).     Weve had The Happy Outlet come out numerous times to do upgrades or repairs on our 45 year old house. Weve had David, John, and other electricians on most of these jobs. Every electrician from The Happy Outlet has been friendly, efficient, professional, and did excellent work. They are very courteous and easy to work with, answer all of our questions and always complete the job to our great satisfaction. Weve most recently used The Happy Outlet electricians for installing a generator transfer switch. Other jobs they have done for us include: annual electrical system inspection, installation of bedroom ceiling fans, bathroom fans, replacement of the electrical panel, installation of a sub panel and two new circuits, installation of a whole house surge protector, installation of outside weather protectors, replacement of several GFCI sockets, installation of an RV outlet, and restoration of power after an outage in one of our circuits. We have always been extremely happy with their work and highly recommend The Happy Outlet.

    I called the Happy Outlet to replace my dryer outlet. I was overwhelmed by the friendliness and professionalism from start to finish. I was given an afternoon appointment and told Jennifer that I would be happy to take an early morning appointment if one came up. I was contacted by Jennifer a couple of days later. She said an early appointment came up and wanted to offer it to me. On the day of the appointment, Ben showed up on time and was very friendly. He did an inspection of my homes electrical system and showed me things that I did not know about my house. He went above and beyond what he was there to do. The service prices are very reasonable and I feel confident in what they do. I would highly recommend them.     The exterior lighting on the house had not worked in a decade and the electrical system had not been looked at in 30 years. I had no knowledge of the workings of the systems.The Happy Outlet was recommended by a contractor I was very impressed with so I called them to correct and update the electrical systems.Ryan was the lead electrician who spent almost an entire day evaluating and determining how the electrical systems worked. He also discovered exposed wires which were a hazard. Not only did he identify the issues with the systems he also quickly fixed the exposed wires.A recommendation for work needed was completed and explained by Ryan. Upon agreeing on the work to be completed a appointment for two days of work was scheduled.The work was done in the time frame established and when completed everything worked! Ryan was accompanied by apprentice electricians Benjamin and Scott who were enthusiastic and knowledgeable assistants.The interaction I had with Ryan, Benjamin and Scott were very positive and I was very impressed with their knowledge and the quality of their work.

    Cade and his crew are doing an awesome job. We had a garage shop put up this year and needed electrical installed. It is a big job, with county inspections and major trenching to bring the power to the garage from a new electrical box. This company knows its stuff.     Jesse and Adrian were fantastic! They came out to finish the wiring for an electrical spa cover. They arrived and completed the task quickly. At the end of installation, we all learned that the actual switch for the cover was on a long cable and was left loose by the cover installers. That didnt go well with me. Jesse and Adrian identified a solution for securing the switch by mounting it to the house and it was perfect. They were outstanding and I am very grateful.

    I recently contacted The Happy Outlet to help my Mother and Father-in-law. Ryan and his apprentice, Jaydan, showed up on time with a friendly and professional attitude. They listened to our description of the issues we were experiencing and provided a summary of what we could expect, before they started. At the end, Ryan explained what he found and provided a series of options to consider along with financing options. While no one likes unexpected expenses, Ryan left us with his information and no pressure. He and Jaydan were true professional men. Jaydan made an extra effort to shake hands and say good bye to my Father-in-law. It was refreshing to see a young man give respect to an Man who can no longer do the things he could do his prime.
