    We are super happy with the work A&T Plumbing Inc.&Son did today replacing our hot water heater and toilet. Everything looks great 👍 Lee was very responsive when we called in and gave us a great price. Logan was very punctual, polite and meticulous and did a great job on the installs. We will definitely call A&T in the future for any plumbing needs and will definitely refer them to anyone looking for a great plumbing service!

    This is the only plumber we use! Knowledgeable and budget friendly! Beautiful work done and clean up was perfect. Amazing work and friendly staff. Highly recommend.     I just wanted to take a minute to detail the high end professionalism and excellent craftsmanship this particular company has displayed throughout my almost 20 year business dealings with them. First off this is a second generation establishment and credit due to the original OG Mr. Lee Pearson. He has taken his time transitioning this company to his son Leth as I understand it. Leth has been equally as professional and qualified. AT&T Plumbing is fair, detailed and straight forward. Leth has taken the qualities his father instilled in him and expanded upon them. His team is 1st rate. Shoes off at the door, I’ve personally seen them carry multiple water heaters up and down stairs while making sure first and foremost they do not damage my home. The installation was quick and precise. I’ve used them to install heaters in my personal garage which turned out perfect for Chicago winters. They have worked for my company when other plumbers were perplexed and confused what the issue was to backing up toilets. They came back 4 times finally breaking up concrete and finding an old antiquated piece of pipe that was leaking underground from the 70 year old building They fixed the pipe, hauled out all the insane amount of broken concrete from jackhammering. I have to take a second to compliment AT&T’s associates Logan and Scott. They hauled bucket after bucket of broken concrete for 8 hours up 2 flights of stairs then brought back pre mix concrete bags and finished with a concrete slab that looked perfect when finished. I would recommend this company to anyone who is sick of dealing with plumbers who don’t show up, don’t accurately quote jobs and can just generally not be counted on. The owner will always answer the phone once a quote is established and they are always willing to go the extra mile.     Logan came in today and did a great job. Bathroom tub was clogged and he fixed it. 2nd time these guys come around to fis my plumbing issues and have never failed me since day 1. Would highly recommend this guys any time, especially Logan.

    We hired A&T Plumbing to install a tank-less water heater and also a sump pit, pump and drain tile. They were a pleasure to deal with from our initial meeting through the entire project. While a lot of companies perform this type of work, I can speak to the quality of A&T’s install. As someone who is a perfectionist, I am very pleased with how the piping was laid out and installed. Everything straight, even spacing and looking neat and tidy. They were careful to clean up the considerable debris created by digging a large hole in the basement. I highly recommend A&T without reservation.

    My experience with this plumber was all favorable. I needed a new water heater installed and spoke with Lee. He was very helpful and patient. I sent him pictures of the job and he gave me a quote and said he could do it the next morning. The guys showed up exactly when they said and did a great job installing the unit. The unit they used is highly rated. It works great and I got what I thought was a fantastic price. A good deal from a plumber, awesome! If you want an honest plumber and a great value I highly recommend you look at A&T Plumbing Inc. & Son.

    Had to replace a faucet from Home depot that was only 15 months old. Scott from A&T installed a new one quite fast and l thought what A&T charged was Reasonable. Ill used them again for future plumbing issues.

    Had my sewer line back up yesterday morning and I called a different company to come out and look at the problem. They were here within a couple hours. After attempting to rod a couple times the problem was still not fixed. I have 4 kids who are home doing their school work so a working toilet is essential. I told them thanks and Im calling somebody else. So I called A&T Plumbing Inc. & Son. Let me tell you Leth arrived promptly and said We will get this fixed and he was right. He used a different machine to rod out the pipe and within a couple runs through the clog was gone. The toilets drain like a champ now. They are a local company and I will never call somebody else when it comes to a plumbing issue. They will get the problem fixed. Excellent customer service and couldnt ask for a quicker response from the time I called.

    Weve had plumbing services from A&T over the past several years. We have had consistently great service every single time. From faucet replacement to toilet seal replacement, A&T has done a variety of work, and each time we have been completely satisfied. It is reassuring to know who to call for reliable service.

    Im very pleased with A&T Plumbing. Had to have my hot and cold water valves for my washing machine replaced (probably original and totally rusted) and they gave me a great price and completed the job professionally. My home has had a lot of plumbing problems and Ive had my share of dealing with bad plumbing companies. This company will definitely get all my future business!

    I had a plumbing emergency at my house and I called A & T Plumbing for help. They sent someone over right away, completed the work quickly, fixed another problem I needed help with and charged me a reasonable rate. After working with a few different plumbers, I can say that A & T Plumbing will now be the first place I call when I have a plumbing issue at my house. Highly recommended!

    After a no-response from another plumber with a similar name, I called A&T first thing in the morning for a sewer back up. They showed up an hour after calling and proceeded to diagnose & fix the issue. Would definitely use A&T again and recommend for others.

    Even though he was too booked to come out and couldnt use him, Pierre is golden. He picked up his phone right away and Pierre and gave me outstanding advice/guidance to the DIY repair I was unsuccessfully trying to make...was even available for a follow up call at 9 pm. Although I would have loved Pierre to come out and fix it, he referred me to another plumber who ended up doing a phenomenal job (excellent, I might..EZ Flow Plumbers). Anyway...even though I wasnt able to use him, Id recommend anyone contact him if theyre looking for someone.

    I had other estimate from another company of $400 $600 and over $1000 Lee came out and all it needed was a packing nut being tightend i have found my plumbers for life.

    Our experience with A&T Plumbing has been entirely favorable. Most recently, they replaced a failing water heater with an energy star unit at a reasonable price. They are reliable and technically proficient. The plumbing inspector said the work was well done. Earlier they had replaced an ejector pump in the basement; this also was at a fair price and it is working well. I would recommend them highly.
