    We have been using Amy Home Services for years. My A/C failed. It was very old as was my Furnace. We also replaced the Furnace too! The install team was fantastic. I also had them replace my Water Heater which they noticed had corrosion and water sitting on top. The team arrived timely and were respectful of my home, cleaning up afterwards. They did a great job in instructing me on options available and how the equipment works. I am extremely happy.

    Had a great experience with everyone we had the pleasuring of talking to! Even just the scheduling experience was seamless and friendly. We had Jake come out and help with a few plumbing issues we were experiencing- not only did he actually arrive within the timeframe we were given he was so friendly and competent. He was able to fix the issue we were having and also stayed and made sure the job was done well! My husband and I have gone through so many providers, and Amy Home Services has just done it the best so far. Highly recommend.

    Jake did a superior job of clearing our plugged floor drain. He had it flowing freely in no time! He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly!     My air conditioning failed, i called Amys Home Services, they were flexible in scheduling appointment, cause was diagnosed quickly. I was able to get a quote immediately, schedule installation (not too long of wait) . My technicians Zach and Cesar were great, they took time to explain things, they were courteous and left my home very clean. They did a great job and would highly recommend them!

    We had a plumbing emergency and Amy was out very quickly. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem within 3 hours. The quality was great, however I believe the charges were a little too high for the work completed. That said, I would call them again.

    My plumber has mastered tricks of the trade; my toilet collar/bracket was cracked and it could not be replaced without removing duct work underneath. FIXED- no warranty but best option. My main water turn off leaks slightly, outside Spicket and supply repair accomplished with solder-not shark bite. Plus now allows for more heat to the supply so no future problems. I believe it was well worth the money spent. Also communication between office/plumber and me was on spot.

    We love working with Amy Home Services for many reasons. We know they will do a good job at a fair price. I love that they do not have an up charge for weekend visits; they schedule their guys 7 days a week. On our most recent problem, we were able to make an appointment for the next morning after we discovered our problem, it was promptly diagnosed, and they came back the next day with a 2-person crew & the right tools for the more complicated than initially anticipated work.

I contacted Amy Services through the Text option on their website late at night, following morning Amy Services had a Professional Technician over to replace it.     In the midst of a new dishwasher install from a big box store the installer informed me I needed a shut off valve for the dishwasher only installed. I called Amy right away and got an appointment for the next day. They arrived right on time and removed the old corroded hookup and installed the new shut off—I have a VERY old house and I can always count on Amy to pull my plumbing into the 21st Century at a very fair price! I’m ready for the installer to come back and hook up my new dishwasher thanks to Amy!

    I definitely recommend joining the club. I was apprehensive but pleased with the experience, just knowing I have the name of the technician to search for his license on ILSOS was reassuring. They were on time and advised on future faucet installation- yes service fee is normal for this type of service but I joined the club because they offer one stop shop- heating cooling electric and plumbing. I signed up because my last provider raised their annual fees- stay tuned next year I will let you know how it goes.

We elected to replace it, and Amy Home Services brought and installed a very nice one, and even took into account the extra height of our floor to make sure everything was sealed correctly.     Zach and Jason were very professional and solved my sewer issue to my complete satisfaction. They went to great length to assess my issue, even digging through snow to find a city sewer. Amys website indicates that the owner will personally answer your call after hours, and that was indeed the case when I called after 11pm to set up my service call for the next day. Amy Plumbing did indeed put a smile on my face.     I somehow broke the faucet to my shower and water was running everywhere. I called several plumbing companies but none of them you come that day. I called Amy Plumbing and they came within the hour. The plumber was very courteous and explained everything as he went along.     The service was fast and professionally completed. My blower had gone out and was making loud noises. They came assessed the problem, and let me know that the parts were local and they would be back the next day to install it.While this is not very impressive what did impress me was they had been to my address before I owned it.     I had an issue with my A/C unit where it randomly began making a ton of noise, shook the whole side of the house. I have used Amy Home services in the past at my previous home and called them out to take a look. From making the appointment to letting me know when the tech would arrive the communication was awesome (front office is definitely on point). The tech that came out was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I know a little about a lot of things but when it comes to HVAC systems I know next to nothing. At no point did I ever feel like I was being upsold on anything, and I received great advice and recommendations on how to proceed. It is always great to feel like you have been given enough (and correct) info to make an informed choice especially if you are looking at spending several hundreds of dollars.

    Had an issue with our water heater, and got an appointment set up for the next day, which was good considering the holidays. Ended up replacing the water heater due to age and cost of repair.     I hav used Amy since moving here in 2013. They have installed new gas heater, new furnace and AC plus a water softener for me as we upgraded the house. I purchase a yearly contract from them which covers spring and fall maintenance for furnace and AC plus gets me priority on call out.I have a thermostat connected to WIFI and when heating gave problems while abroad and notified me early 2020 they came into house and fixed issue. I have no hesitation in recommending their quality and timely service particularly from Justin the tech that i use.

    We had a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom leaking into our master closet and into the ceiling of a basement bedroom. We didnt discover the problem until late Friday afternoon. The ceiling in the basement had partially fallen. It was quite a disaster. After calling another plumber and getting no answer, we were able to talk to someone at Amys and get a plumber out right away. He was able to find and fix the leak that evening and another couple of problems as well. Brad did a great job! Amys has always been reliable!

There ended up being a slight problem with the new water heater, but they had someone out the next day to fix it.     I have been using Amys Plumbing for a few years now. The technicians, that have been to my house, have all been friendly, on time (if not early) and explain everything to you. I am on one of Amys plans and had my furnace cleaned and checked today. The technician Scott, that came out today, was EXTREMELY helpful with some other issues, that he noticed that I am going to have down the road. He explained what could happen and the steps that I will need to take to correct the issues. Being a single mother of 3 boys, it was not in my budget to have these items taken care of today, or in the very near future, but will need to address them soon. He gave me some excellent suggestions, to use until I can afford the repairs that I will need and which ones to address first and what to watch out for.

    I found Amy Home Services thru my Mortgage broker. Another service wanted $2500.00 to dig up my sewer line. I called them and they sent out a technician name A. He put a camera down the line, saw a clog, released it, told me to quit using any toilet papet except Scotts bid roll, suggested for septics, but great for sewers...saved me thousands!
