    We had a great experience from the beginning to the end. The consultants, Jonathan and Chris, worked really hard to find a way for us to be able to accept their services. The installers were very professional and kept the areas safe and clean. The lawn was installed within a week. We will definitely use them again for landscaping again.

    Tidal did a great job on our house. Eddie came by and looked over our house and let us know what we might need. It didnt feel like he was just trying to make a sale, and he let us know what they could and couldnt do for our house in addition to the painting. The biggest thing is to make sure what he says makes its way into the contract!In addition to the painting, Tidal replaced the back door to our garage and took out a termite damaged wooden atrium in our backyard. They guys who came did a great job sanding everything down, pressure washing, and painting.

    This company is amazing!!! Gave us an amazing new roof and beautiful new backyard with concrete for our pool and turf for our feet and pets. Crews are amazing and friendly. Our sales representative Leonardo Favero-Jackson is friendly and knowledgeable about the projects we wanted. Would hire them again for any jobs needed. We canā€™t wait for them to come back to replace our old windows as well. They also fixed our solar panels that had been done wrong by Vivant solar.     What a wonderful job, this company did at my house.From beginning to end I had only good experiences.     Tidal Remodeling removed the wood paneling on the front of my house and replaced with stucco. They also painted the entire house, fascia and trim. The Tidal team was great as they communicated daily about work to be done each day and addressing any concerns or questions we had.     Tidal just finished a major overhaul on the front of our home. They removed and replaced the old shake shingles with stucco and painted the back that already had existing stucco to match. They also replaced some termite damaged boards and patched some troubled areas.The house is quite large and it was a major job, so I really took my time in researching and deciding who to go with.Eric and Nick from the sales team were quite knowledgeable on their companys services and products offered. They really sold us on the job to be done!!I have peace of mind with the warranty they offer and we very pleased with the outcome!! Our home looks brand new, which says alot because nothing was done on it since it was built back in the 80s.Thank you!!

    My wife and I had our roof replaced as well as painting of our fascia and gables. Tidal customer care kept is informed each day with what to expect. The work was done on time and with good quality. The materials used were high quality and we expect trouble free experience for many years to come.     I recently had the pleasure of working with Tidal Remodeling for the exterior stucco, window box repairs, and coating/painting on my home. From the very beginning, the Tidal team was top-notch. Their open communication, friendliness, and honesty were evident from day one. I especially appreciated the daily calls explaining what was happening each day during the construction process.The on-site crew was meticulous with their work and attention to detail. They completed all the repairs, including checking all the fascia, awning, and trim to ensure everything was prepared for the whole house to be coated and painted. While the construction wasnā€™t without a few hiccups, the Tidal team was quick to address any issues without adding additional stress, making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.     In the mid 80s our concrete driveway had been cracked down the middle by the weight of a roofing contractors delivery truck. The space between our driveway and the neighbors yard was basically mud.We had watched as various neighbors contracted work on their homes and then waited weeks between construction stages and the finished job. We had an additional problem of what to do with the two vehicles we parked in our garage. One was an EV with a 220 V plugin. The thought of weeks or even months without access to our cars or parking on the street with no plug-in was just too stressful.After procrastinating for 25 years we were visited by Jonathon, a sales rep from Tidal Remodeling. After explaining the above and that we were in no hurry to start the job we explained that it was important that once the job was started it should be finished in a few days. Jonathan insisted that he understood and that Tidal could do the job. We signed a contract.In a couple of weeks we were informed that the teams were ready and they would show up on a Thursday morning. Sure enough at 7:30 AM the demo team arrived with all of the proper equipment. They broke up and removed the drive and walkways and excavated to a depth of 12.By Friday AM materials and workers arrived and the prep was finished. The Pavers were delivered and Groupo Barrera as I called them, arrived and began measuring and staking out the exact layout and design of the border, etc. They consulted with me on how to layout the pavers where they contacted the existing garage floor and concrete borders.Watching the Groupo Barrera teamwork was amazing. One team member bringing different sized and colored pavers to each of the other members as they chose and laid out all of the varied pieces. They never stood or looked up as they worked through the day.By Friday it was looking so good that we easily accepted Jonathans offer of a special discount to pave beyond the front gate and another 56 ft. to the back yard. The Demo Team showed up and hauled away 43 years worth of backyard junk and excavated and prepared the 5ft wide walkway including a French Drain with a Popup at the sidewalk.By the following Tuesday the job was complete and beautiful!I highly recommend Tidal Remodeling .

    My next door neighbor had Eddie & John presenting and asked to stop by my house. My man was not home at the time and they came back the next day. Showed us a design on an iPad to visualize the end product. We got on schedule and a couple weeks later, it was done. The crews were very polite and accommodating. Thank you Tidal!     Iā€™m super happy with my house project w Tidal Remodeling!! We had our exterior painted with Cool Wall by Texcote and love it! They were a pleasure to work with, communicated daily, were fast and efficient. My 1999 house looks brand new!     Tidal Remodeling was really good. When Chris Kauler came over we had done concrete and concrete paint in the past but were unsure how we wanted to do the driveway.     I am very pleased with all the work Tidal remodeling just did for me. They put in a new roof for me just in the nick of time before the big rainstorm hit by working on a Sunday no less! So far I have not had a single leak, and the roof looks great.When I decided to go ahead with re stuccoing the whole house too, they worked tirelessly while they could between the rain showers, this time also showing up on Sundays!     My experience with Tidal Remodeling started with Chris Paz, the sales representative. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product and gave me a really good demonstration of the windows capability to reject outside heat. He also presented samples of the product styles and function so that I could see exactly what it would look like installed and know what to expect using them. He offered a better price than two other quotes I received so I selected Tidal Remodeling to replace every door and window in my house. The installation crew were craftsmen who installed 10 windows and 3 large sliding doors in only two days. I was amazed at the precision fit of all of them and how the crew finished off the cosmetics to look as if they were original windows and doors. You should for sure give Chris the opportunity to quote your job.

    The Tidal team did an amazing paint job painting our home. Our house looks brand new and we couldnā€™t be more pleased with their work. Our sales rep Jonathan was really easy to work with from the beginning and I found him to be very knowledgeable, honest and passionate about home remodeling.Give him a chance, and heā€™ll give you an awesome vision of what he can do for you. He has a great portfolio of before and after projects that he managed. Youā€™re in good hands if he is your rep.Tidal was very thorough when assessing the job. They do an inspection of the home for existing cracks and damage and advise options of what can be done. I was lucky not to have much damage to begin with. Tidal recommends using the TexCote Coolwall system. Which I can best describe as a superpaint. Itā€™s warrantied to not chip, flake or peel as long as you own your home. Its resistant to fading, mold and mildew. But best of all, it reduces the temperature of your home. Iā€™d recommend to do your own research if youā€™re interested by watching Youtube videos or reading articles. Yes, youā€™ll you pay a little more but the paint is designed to last and protect your home.Iā€™d like to give some credit to the painting team as well. They showed up every day on-time and were very respectful to my home. They prepared the house well, taping off areas as you would normally expect. They always reached out to me if there were any decisions about painting over fixtures or around them. They also did a very good job cleaning up after the job. Really great crew to work with.I would definitely recommend Tidal as a trusted contractor for your home remodeling needs. Give them a shot to bid on your next project. I donā€™t think youā€™ll be disappointed.

    What started as an initial apprehension with stucco/exterior paint with cool wall/ tex-cote, turned into a massive overhaul of my Home and with growing trust and confidence/comfort, it lead to a paver project, then new roof project, then fence project, then attic insulation project.Reflecting on it, now that everything is completed, can share that I am experiencing satisfaction with the whole process and glad I went for it.Special kudos to Hunter Whitfield, who engaged in education, was not over the top sales pitch kinda guy and presented information that was easy to understand and explained most details clearly and was presented a reasonable quote. He was a major factor in my consideration of projects. Very skilled in his communication & closing deals.Austin was consistent in his communication, which I was very much appreciative. Was happy with stucco/ paint project and then that led to other projects.     From the get go the customer service has been outstanding. Gustav was easy to talk to, knows his product, and most importantly, has integrity. We had our roof and insulation replaced and with a 70 year old house this can be quite the undertaking. The crew was fast and efficient and cleaned up very well. Gustav actually went on our roof and into our attic space and took the time to take pictures and show us the damage. Tidal did a great job, gave us what we wanted and we are very pleased. We have a couple more projects pending and will be using them again.

    We are very happy with the stucco and patio door upgrades we received from Tidal. Our consultant, Chris, was phenomenal to work with and went into detail in explaining everything we needed to know about CoolWall and Anlin sliding doors. We had a few delays during the project due to imperfections we found with the first sliding door we received, but management was willing to replace the door with a new one that was installed by Marty. Marty knocked it out of the park with the installation and everything about the second sliding door was perfect. As for the exterior, Javier and Luis were able to flawlessly prep and apply CoolWall onto the stucco, trim, and siding around the entire house. We are looking forward to all the benefits of this high quality protective coating, which also comes with a lifetime warranty. Thankful for the beautiful upgrades and refreshing look to our home!

    Great experience using Tidal Remodeling from initial contact to completion. Initial contact was professional and not pressured. We were kept informed throughout the entire process. The worker(s) were exceptionally professional arriving on time and working throughout the day. One in particular, worked on a Saturday, Sunday and a national holiday during a week of 100 degree temperatures all by himself. We really appreciated his efforts. Project completed ahead of schedule.     Good working with them, they did a nice job with all the project, from beginning to end.From the sellers to the workers, I had a great experience with them, no issues so far, would recommend.I did a roof renovation, long overdue on my house, so I decided to plan my options, TIDAL was a great option from the very beginning, for the work they did on my roof, the amount of people involved, it was a nice deal. My roof even has solar panels and that was not an issue, good removal and installation of the panels, the roof has been holding great as well, and I love the new color.As mentioned before, I would recommend them if you are trying to do some roof work done, they offer other things too, while I have not done a second work yet, I am really interested in what they offer, would check that out in the future.

    We were very impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise in getting our home paint project completed with a team of individuals at Tidal Remodeling. Hunter, Caesar, Austin, Hope, along with David Sr. and David Jr. who actually worked on the house. We were always kept informed by Austin, our project manager, as to the status of the project and scheduling when workers would come based on the weather.They got straight to the process of power washing, repairing and replacing any wood rotted fascia and trim and replacing the crawl space vents. We live in North Clairemont where our home was originally built in 1958, then remodeled in the 1980s when a second-story addition was built. Some of the walls required some stucco repair and caulking which David Sr and David Jr were meticulous and conscientious about, as they worked on our home.Once our project was completed and we did our final walk-thru with Hunter, I cant get over the fact that our home looks incredible!     I had been calling different companies all over San Diego to help me with water damage on my front patio for weeks. Funny enough, two gentleman came to me! It was almost a sign. Our house and backyard has been transformed into a beautiful oasis.Throughout the project we were informed daily about the work that was to be done.     Wow the reps of Tidal Remodeling were Eric and Jaxon. I had asked Tidal Remodeling for a possible roof replacement and attic insulation consult. Eric and Jaxon went into action like a Dynamic Duo. First, they did an inspection on top of the roof and then later the attic with tape measure and clipboard in hand. After the inspection the two went into a very professional presentation utilizing their laptop as to show what to expect, materials used, and prior examples/jobs. I went with the attic insulation first and a roof replacement for the future, their suggestion.A few days later a crew of 3 led by Alex came out and installed my insulation up in our attic. I went up into the attic and was glad someone other than me completed it. There were crawl spaces I did not want to deal with, but they did. Alex did a fine job all around the edges of the attic with a deep 14ā€ to 16ā€ deep of additional insulation.Our next job will be with TIDAL REMODELING!!!

    TL;DR Go with Tidal if you plan on getting any contract work done under the umbrella they offer. Their work is impeccable.And if you like to read:We live in a 1-star/5-star world. What I mean by that, is reviews tend toward 5-star if youre anything above satisfactory, or 1-star for anything below.However, this is not the case for Tidal Remodeling. They have earned their 5 stars. I recently got their Texcote CoolWall coating for my entire house and if there is anything for me to be upset about, I certainly havent found it.The sales teams; in my case Jaxon and Chris, are friendly and understanding toward economic situations. They will work tirelessly with you to come to a price point and payment plan that will work for you; you have *options*. However, you will need to schedule a significant block of time as the pitch can be quite long. I would say figure on 2-4 hours because unless youre just yes yes yes its gonna take a while. Remember, this is big contracting work, it costs a lot of money and its a major agreement. They do have to go over their credentials and such after all.The work team was highly professional and efficient.The product we got (CoolWall) is state-of-the-art premium. If I were to compare it to something, its a lot like truck bedliner, but sprayed on your house. Its not going anywhere for a very long time. The claim is it can last up to 50 years, and if thats true then I just got what is probably the last paint job my house will ever need while Im living in it! Buy it for lifers, consider it if youre on the fence about what to paint your house with.Out of curiosity, I went and placed my hand on the wall in the midday sun to see if it lives up to the product name. That wall of the house used to get hot to the touch even in winter. Now that it has coolwall on it, it is merely warm, and we even got a darker color than before.Up the chain, everyone at Tidal seems to deeply care about your project. The founders call you to ask how your project is going. They check in with you to make sure youre satisfied at every step of the process. There is never a we didnt discuss this part of the project moment, since youre discussing it from day 1 to completion.We have had several contractors do work on our house at this point (yikes...built in the 70s and not maintained), and if I could go back in time, Id have done every project with Tidal. Theyre not going to ghost you like so many pop-up contractors are wont to do.I hope theyre in business a very long time. Theyll have my business as long as I live here.

    My grandpas house had several cracks on the back of the house, a tidal rep Aaron came by and gave him all the info he needed to get the house back in good standing! He told us a lot about the special coating that tidal has to offer and now my grandpaā€™s house is on the way to being back to where it needs to be! Thank you Tidal!
