    Our furnace broke down a couple days before Christmas on a Sunday, -2 degrees outside. I called Spall & Son to leave a message hoping someone would contact me on Monday. I received a call back in minutes and a representative immediately came to our house to inspect our furnace, which ended up needing to be replaced. Various financing options were presented to assist with the expense. The day after Christmas, installation began and the furnace was up and running the next day. The crew were knowledgeable, respectful and professional. I highly recommend.

    Starting with Dylan and ending with Nick was very positive. They were both professional and courteous. They knew their jobs and executed them very well. The workers that came out to work under Nick also showed courtesy and professionalism.There was a scheduling issue that occurred with a gentleman named Shane. He was unprofessional and dishonest. However, Tom Spall himself came out to our home and met with us to get the details. He took responsibility and assured us that the issue would be handled. He also made it clear that this is not accepted within his company.Overall, I would highly recommend T.E. Spall and Son to anyone in need of their services and I wouldn’t hesitate to request their services again.Thank you to everyone that contributed to this being such a positive experience for us!

    Gordon was wonderful.     I have been using Spall since I moved into my home 2-1/2 years ago and have been very happy with them. This morning I called with a no heat emergency (Monday morning 7am) and they had someone at my house within an hour and a half. Dave is fantastic - he has been my service tech several times now and always explains things thoroughly and fixes the issue!

    So ecstatic to have my basement plumbing fixed! I had a 120 year old broken cast iron waste pipe and a clog. Technician John Sachetti came out, he was friendly and very knowledgeable. He looked it over and gave me a very reasonable estimate and a comprehensive plan. The clog was removed and sewer lateral inspected by camera leaving me completely operational on the first day. He then came back and did a whole basement waste pipe replacement by himself in a day. His expertise was exactly what I needed to end my nightmare scenario. Words cannot describe the relief he has provided to me and my family. I highly recommend TE Spall and particularly John for doing such an awesome job. Thank you

    I was looking to replace heat, hot water and add AC to my house. Gordon and Steve came and went over all my options. They were professional, friendly and treated me like a family member in making sure I got exactly what worked for us. Nick and Si installed my heater/hot water unit. Very knowledgeable guys. Tucker was one of the cleanest contractors I ever had in my house. He covered carpeting and furniture when he needed to make an access hole to the attic. James and Justin worked on the AC and duct work. They were incredibly friendly and didn’t mind the many questions I had. I highly recommend this company for any heating/cooling needs. This was an excellent experience with great people.

    Dave got to my house after 5pm today. He successfully diagnosed my problem and was able to fix my blower in my furnace which was making a horrible noise.     I had a huge leak flooding from my top floor unit down to my bottom floor unit. Mark came out and diagnosed quickly. Provided some good recommendations and fixed it 2 days later. Troy did a excellent job fixing a water leak in our exhaust system. I do recommend calling T.E. Spall and really recommend that they installs your new furnace. Our furnace is online now and running.

    Dispatch was very pleasant and kept us in the loop concerning our appointment. Our tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose our problems--which unfortunately for our old system were not able to addressed on the spot.     Excellent service by Ed from T.E.Spall & Son. We had a emergency with our boiler furnace it was leaking water all over the basement. We called T.E. Spall & Son and told them what was going on with the furnace and Ed came that same day. Come to find out the problem was the result of the furnace being cleaned by another company and not installing a part correctly. Needless to say T.E. Spall & Sons will take care of all furnace needs in the future. Way to go Edmund.

    I called TE Spall on a Sunday because of a leaking water heater. Their plumber was here within an hour and arranged for a new water heater to be installed the following Monday. Marc spent half that day removing the old unit and replacing it with a new unit. TE Spalls cost was reasonable, the service provided was exceptional, and their professionalism was outstanding! At a time when prices for products and services are so high, TE Spall offers the best product for me at the best price out there! Their plumbers are the best! I recommend this company over every plumbing company near me!

Spall has improved our total comfort!!!It was time for the old furnace to go. So we replaced our dinosaur with a state of the art Daikin system. Our compliments to our salesperson Dylan for recommending this amazing system! Now we will have heat and A/C!!!Our thanks to Tammy for working out all the paperwork with the USDA on our behalf, not an easy task for most.Right from day one, our installation team of Nick, Ken and Mike made sure our home was kept clean, while installing 4 indoor units. Instead of running the outside service lines on every wall of our home, the picture below shows 2 leader-like runs, going up a blind corner on the back of our house, that no one can see from the front or sides of our home. These systems are a higher level of difficult heating systems to work with, that an average plumber most likely could not handle. Dylans concerns were how to take of the customer first, not how much it would cost. Carefully inspecting our system, before any work was started.     I called them to replace my 20 year old central heat and AC system. Everyone was polite and professional from the estimate through the installation. I can absolutely recommend this company.On Saturday Jan 14 I came home from a week long trip at midnight to find that the heat wasnt working ( I later found out from the girl that was coming by to take care of my dog that she noticed that the heat wasnt keeping the thermostat temperature). I called them at 9 oclock on Sunday morning and spoke to their answering service. 10 minutes later I got a call from the company. 90 minutes after that they were at my house. Not sure I understand what was wrong, water blocking the exhaust or something, but it was quickly fixed. So I have to give them high marks on their warranty service also.

    Our tankless water heater (13 years old) started throwing error codes and eventually stopped heating water. We contacted Spall & Son and Marc responded same day and started to troubleshoot the issue.     T.E.Spall & sons is the best choice for all your plumbing needs! We’ve used them multiple times since moving into our home! We had some issues with our plumbing system which was not functioning correctly. That is until T.E. Spall and sons came out and reconfigured and improved our system. Keith also came out to install a spigot which our house came without originally. Keith was very engaged with us on how we wanted to place our new spigot! He was extremely friendly and polite! He was also very clean, always wearing his boot covers and keeping a clean work space! Keith’s work on the spigot was neat and looks professional! I assure anyone who needs an exceptional plumber to call T.E.Spall & sons! After all, peace of mind is priceless!

    Edit: The owner of the company did reach out to me to explain that the person I spoke to was new and what I was told was not accurate. They did do a good job when they were here, so I’m changing the stars. But I suggest clarifying what the charges will be when you call just to make sure there are no surprises. I do appreciate that the owner himself addressed this.I called this company to tune up my a/c because they have great reviews. I signed up for the service plan because they were nice and did good work. But then I called to have a hose bib replaced and they told me there was a service charge of $85 to come look at the job. With all the places that give free estimates, I just can’t justify paying $85 every time I need a plumber to first come and look. And it’s not deducted from the cost of the job if you have them do the work. They say you have to think of it like a co pay at the Dr. I don’t think I do. I found another plumber.
