I was able to find to be extremely accommodating when the hot water tank was not working correctly. They sent out a plumber the next day. They were professional and was able to explain the problem. -

They installed shut-off valves, changed the kitchen faucet, gave us a fix for some outdated plumbing in our laundry room and bathroom, covered the pipes so we could reconstruct the bathroom, and even assisted us in taking out the vanity.
