I needed a plumber to fix my kitchen sink. These young guys came and knocked it out! They Went about their work in a very professional banner and cleaned up nicely when they were done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done. When I left, I gave me two great coupons to use if I need them again the guys that were on the truck and the Office staff, they were all very professional.

My service was phenomenal! I called on a Tuesday, they came the next day to check out the unit and magically got it running. They were very transparent about what needed to be fixed and my options for fixing the problem and they came the next day and installed the new motor. Prestige has worked with my home warranty company several times with favorable results! They are great at explaining what needs to be done, and giving me options. One time they had a cancelation and showed up within hours of my request!Once I tried a different plumbing company to fix my leaky toilet at the recommendation of a friend. I gave very detailed observations about why the leak was coming from a certain area, and they didnt even address that place. I paid 150ish for the wrong thing, it still leaked, and when they came back, they fixed the original problem and still charged me another 150. At that point they had unnecessarily replaced every possible part! I couldve just bought a new toilet for less than $300! But Prestige never does stuff like that. They really listen to me the first time. I especially appreciate that!!!
