    The team at Armex was amazing!!! Jericho and Brayam and team remodeled our hurricane damaged home and were in top of everything. Very responsive and patient with us. They would not stop until everything was perfect. The costs were reasonable and straight forward and was less than other companies we interviewed.

    Had renovation remodel from Armex Construction do 2 Bedrooms and Master Bath,. Tile Wood Floors and all Trim, Paint and ceiling raised in shower. New Modern Tile with Barn Door for Shower. This part of house is all 2025 Modern. Also they did Kitchen in 2019 floors main bath. So easy to work with Great Job and the Owner backs his work.

    We used Armex for several major projects and were quite pleased. Largest project was a new in-ground pool, lanai and patio. They did a great job and kept the project moving along. We also remodeled a bathroom, and a kitchen. Our project manager, Jose, did a fantastic job of keeping us informed and coordinating all of the subcontractors. In less than a day, Jericho talked with us about our kitchen and bath needs, created a layout, and helped us select cabinetry and counters.     Armex helped bring our vision to life. Our home was destroyed by hurricane flood. Armex calmed our nerves and guided us on making our home work better for us. We get so many compliments on it now. This house was a total remodel. Our favorite parts are the waterfall Cambria quartz counters and plank tile floors throughout. There were times the Armex supervisors could have communicated better to their workers and us…but that seems to happen with many contractors. Also small errors happened, but were promptly corrected. Overall we are happy customers. Photos speak for themselves.

    Recently completed lanai encapsulation, guest bath shower, kitchen backsplash, and new kitchen work space. Everyone form Armex were professional and the tradesmen/women (cabinet installers, dry waller, painters, counter top installers, flooring, and tile)did outstanding work! Projects were completed on schedule with no delays. Would not hesitate to recommend them for your project, large or small.

    As the single woman having work done on your home can be intimidating and sometimes overwhelming.I just had a great experience with Armex construction company.     Contacted Armex for estimate to replace lanai ceiling price was good. The service was Excellent & the staff was easy to work with. Contractors arrived on time very professional, knowledgeable & cleaned up after each step of the project. Jose, Pepe, Marco, Maryann & Nick top shelf. Constant communication with Jose & Gary kept me in the loop. Follow up text & emails a week after completion to ensure customer satisfaction & all final paperwork received.     I highly recommend the Armex Team for your next remodel or project. Their team is highly professional and communicative on scheduling or any changes that might come up. Our remodel was completed on time and even when the unexpected happened (in our case one kitchen cabinet was delayed by the manufacturer) they worked around it and did not let it slow the progress or overall completion time of the project. Our project manager, Jose S. was excellent and with a keener and more detailed eye than I have previously experienced with a variety of contractors!     Had railings installed by Jose and the team at Armex and the process was excellent from start to finish. Getting a quote was quick and fair, the team answered any questions I had about the product to be installed, and the installation went well. Great communication throughout the entire process and the project completed in a timely manner. Its rare to find a construction company this in Florida (one that is easy to work with, shows up, and does good work) and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Jose and the team at Armex to anyone needing construction work completed in SWFL.

    The Armex team was amazing. We interviewed many contractors to rebuild our lanai which included a tedious custom cedar ceiling and are beyond certain that we made the right choice. Armex brought our vision to life beautifully. So much so, that we ultimately contracted them to help design and build our outdoor kitchen, install a new 3 panel sliding glass door which replaced a window, paint the entire exterior of the house including repairing a damaged wall and design and install custom shades. All of the above involved Armex electricians, plumbers, carpenters, roofers, an interior designer and an outdoor kitchen designer all of which took much pride in their work. Jose was onsite almost every day making sure everything was progressing smoothly and that we were happy with the progress. It was a pleasure working with every member of the Armex team. They were all very professional and friendly.

    We moved to the Cape two years ago. When we were trying to find a home we couldnt find a house with enough space for an air conditioned shop for my husband to have his man cave in. So we ended up buying a home with enough space to add one. Then came the task of choosing a construction company to do the work. After scouring the internet and reading reviews we chose Armex and Im so glad we did! We couldnt be happier with the end result!Bernard came out several times to give us estimates as we changed our mind between detached and attached for our structure. He was professional and courteous and did a great job. He explained what some of the issues could be so there were no surprises. We kept adding to the scope as we went requiring multiple trips out to estimate! Our job consisted of adding an attached 3 car garage, conversion of an existing 3 car garage to an airconditioned workshop, adding interior pantry cabinets and a laundry sink, adding solar shades on the lanai, tiling our lanai bar and adding a vent hood to our grill.Connie the designer was great and helped in choosing the interior finishes. Really appreciated her expertise and assistance in making those decisions!Once we got through permitting process, Brian was our Project Manager and we interfaced with him on a regular basis. He was responsive and went above and beyond to help us. Great guy! Jose the owner stopped out on a couple of occasions to check on things as well. With the pandemic the project took longer than we expected due to delays getting materials. That was understandable and we were just happy that we had a great company that stands behind their work completing the job!Now that everything is finished we are so happy with the quality of the work. The new addition looks like it was original to the house. I would highly recommend Armex if you are looking for a company that stands behind their work and does a super job!

    We have had numerous projects done by armex. They have always done fantastic work. The people have always been polite, clean and extremely efficient. Our latest project was for hurricane windows. They were very competitive with the price, timely on the install, and overall did a great job. They worked clean, were on time every day, and the job looks great. We couldnt be happier. The other jobs completed were enlarging the pool cage and Lanai, putting in driveway, putting stamped concrete for Lanai. Always great work from start to finish.

    We have hired numerous contractors over the years. Brian and his crew are simply the best. I cannot say enough about just how good they are. We did the Kitchen and adjacent guest bathroom concurrently. Under Brians leadership both jobs were executed flawlessly. They arrived on time, did the job perfectly and cleaned up every day. Clearly they take pride in their work and it shows. We have a couple additional jobs we are planning, and Armex / Brain will be doing those jobs as well. I need to do a special shout out to the guys, Ignacio, Pepe, and Charlie for the care and attention to details in the completion of the Kitchen and guest bathroom renovations.     We have used Armex Construction for a couple of projects and have been very happy with the quality of their work. They installed new windows and repaired a fence that was damage in Ian. They were on time and were easy to deal with. If they said they would be there on Thursday they were there. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing construction work done.

    We were half way through our renovations from damages due to Ian and frustrated with our current contractor. I met Jose (owner) from Armex and I have to say that we were impressed from the first meeting we had with him and his team at his Design Studio.My overall experience was fantastic from day one. He renovated our kitchen and bathroom to finish the work we had pending and his team was responsive, courteous, and very skilled! One of his supervisors assigned to my project (Jose) was just on it all the time. I loved his attention to detail and responsiveness to any questions I had.We were very happy to have crossed paths with Jose and his talented team, and would recommend him for just about anything needed in any home renovation project!     Through personal referrals we chose Armex Construction for our project involving enlarging a guest bedroom and adding a laundry room.     I have used Armex not once but twice for two separate projects!! They are neat, precise and just really good in what they do!! They were on time, and once the contract was signed there were no surprises. They are very reasonable too. Jose and Brian took care of all the permits and engineering requirements. Their team was working on both interior and exterior of the house and on both projects they made sure to protect everything: the pavers, windows, floors and furniture, etc. Armex will for sure be our to go to company for any future remodeling needs.     I recently used Armex construction to repair all the water damage to my home from Ian. With a damaged roof I had water damage to most of my ceilings and several walls. Armex came in with a lower quote than others and appeared very professional. I elected to use Armex for all my repairs. They were very easy to work with and did a quality job. I would not have any issue recommending them for how repairs.

    We had an amazing experience with Armex. We hired them to fix some of our hurricane damage and ended up hiring them for 2 different contracts. One to fix our Lanai (Structure and Screen) and the other to fix a massive hole in our kitchen ceiling, and repair the ceiling in other areas.Jose came to our house and right away I felt very confident in their ability to take care of our damage. He often was very honest with me telling me I would not need to repair certain things, which I truly appreciated as he was not just trying to make quick $ off of us. I really appreciated his expertise and honesty.Shortly after we were introduced to our Project Manager (also Jose) and he was also great. Him and one other removed and reinstalled insulation in our living room and kitchen in a few hours. He also found issues that the builder had cut corners on and fixed them for us without charging extra. We really had a great experience with them.Lastly, we had a gentlemen and his wife as a 2 person crew to do all of our drywall and painting, and they were outstanding. They were here for 3 days and were completely respectful of our property, and allowed me to work from home with little interruption and almost no noise. The finished product was better than we expected.One other thing Id like to say is the very few issues we had, Jose has addressed almost instantly. We had 1 small complaint with one of the lanai doors and he came out and inspected it same day, and had the crew back out the next day to take care of it no questions asked.We have a few more repairs/projects on the horizon and I am positive Jose and Armex will be our first call.     Armex is a great company and we r so glad we found them, having much damage to our house from Ian, they were exactly what we needed in every way. Jose is truly great to work with. Love that he runs a professional family company. He is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of construction and remodel, punctual, courteous, very communicative, and runs great crews. He went out of his way to get us on his schedule quickly and his projects were efficiently managed in detail. And we saw him every day throughout our projects as he stays on top of everything. My only regret is not using his design services...didnt know he offered that also! I stopped in his office to make pmt....His showroom is beautiful and products are gorgeous and high quality. We look forward to working with him again on our future kitchen remodel..

With all the horror stories we have heard about co tractors, we were a bit nervous but when we met Bryum and his team we knew we made the right decision. We are so happy we choose them.     I contracted with Armex for my kitchen upgrade project. Connie helped me with the design and matching my budget with her wonderful ideas. She was always supportive in getting answers to my questions throughout the project. The implementation went along very smoothly.     We hired Armex Construction to remove a wall in our kitchen, remove the old tile floor, and frame in an opening. Also, remodel our master bath by installing a new window, removing a garden tub, installing a beautiful tiled shower where the tub was, and remove the old shower. We were so impressed with their quality and service we then had them install new luxury vinyl flooring and tall baseboard throughout the main part of the house. Their design center made selections very easy. I would highly recommend Armex Construction and will use them for future needs.

    Contracted with Armex to expand the entrance to my home and do a general exterior remodel including new roof, hurricane protection, soffits, gutters, stucco and painting. Armex did an excellent job and worked with me to support work done by myself . A very positive experience. They are not the cheapest contractor around but you do get what you pay for. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality finished product done the right way.

    My name is Ed Anderson. We live in Boston and own a second home in Cape Coral, FL. Recently, ARMEX Construction renovated our master bathroom. Connie and Bernard were extremely helpful when I initially contacted then from Boston. Connie and Bernard coordinated times to meet with my neighbor to gain access for initial measurements and estimates. Connie stayed in constant touch and assisted me with tile selection.We scheduled the renovation and arrived in Cape Coral to oversee the project. We were impressed with the renovation team. Brian and Dale explained the renovation process in detail. Brian, who served as the project foreman, was phenomenal. Brian coordinated the initial demolition, plumbing, tile install, shower door installment, countertop installment, painting, and mirror installment. Brian was on site every day and stayed in constant telephone contact updating us on the daily schedule and progress. We were thoroughly impressed with Brian’s professionalism.I cannot say enough about the members on work crews. They were prompt, polite and courteous. At the end of each day, a member of the work crew invited us in to inspect the progress of the project to ensure that we were satisfied. We were extremely happy with the quality of work put into our new master bathroom.We were so happy with the outcome that I reached out to Connie and Brian to inform them that we plan on contacting ARMEX to discuss the renovation of our half bathroom.     Im a little late in posting my review. ARMEX Construction was awesome; first rate company. they removed an old wooden fence and installed a new wooden fence with gate in November 2017 (the price included the removal of the old fence). The entire team was great and responsive to all of our needs, especially Marlin, Jose and Bernard. We cant say enough about their professionalism and customer service and overall quality of work. The team that installed the fence was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, great quality of work, and ensured all debris was removed and the yard cleaned before they left. Recently, a 4x4 post warped, so I called ARMEX and talked to Bernard. Within a week I had a new 4x4 post installed. Great response and customer service. We will definitely call ARMEX in the future. Great job!!!!

    I couldnt have asked for more professional contractors, my roof repair was done in less than a day. Instead of touching up the stain on the bath ceiling, they painted the whole ceiling! I was impressed as there were no signs of paint drops anywhere! Im having them replace two windows...I highly recommend this company! And the owner came by today to see if everything was good with me!

    Just watched one of your drivers go straight in a right turn lane then pump over 2 lanes in a no pass section to cut in front of others. Its one thing doing it legally but this driver acted recklessly and almost caused a wreck. Plates ending in 4svUpdate: changed to 5 star for proper response in a timely manner :)

    Needed a pool enclosure, called 3 contractors, 2 showed and only 1 (Armex Construction) presented a quote. we were so impressed with their promptness and professionalism we contracted the pool enclosure, 2 tile shower enclosures, a complete kitchen remodel, and a new roof. we would highly recommend this class act company.
