Ramos Builders built our dream home in Cape Coral, and we couldnt have had a better experience. Ed, Nancy, and Evan are very experienced and capable, and they have high ethical and quality standards. As a customer, they are exactly what you would hope for in a builder. The Ramoses are all excellent communicators, and it is a pleasure interacting with them. They are great people.Ramos Builders has a variety of ready-to-go floorplans that you can choose from. We chose to draw up our own plans, and Ed worked with us to turn them into permittable plans with his preferred draftsman. Nancy then coordinated the materials selection process with us, giving us the freedom to locate items from virtually any vendor. Then Nancy managed all of the purchasing and installation of our custom selections. Evan managed the job site and coordinated the subcontractors, and he was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We couldnt be happier with the beautiful home that the Ramoses built for us.If you are considering building a home in Cape Coral, dont hesitate to choose Ramos Builders - youll be very happy that you did.

We cannot express how happy we are with our new home. From our very first meeting it was clear Ramos would be building our new home. We want to personally thank Ed for helping us through the design and pricing stage, Nancy for assisting us with our selections and especially Evan who guided the entire project. Evan was personally invested and made sure the entire building process was smooth and seamless. Evan put us at ease at every stage through his communications and constant involvement. When I think of our experience I think of character and quality. Thats what youll experience if you select Ramos Builders.

From the very first meeting with Ed Ramos - he picked us up exactly where we were and started to shape our vision and ideas about building a customized home in Cape Coral. To materializing the details with Nancy - she gave perfect guidance and was highly responsive during the conceptional planning with great patience and empathy, also at the building phase. To final implementation with Evan - he had a clear eye on all the bits and pieces during building, acting with sound and instant responsiveness to our notes from remote Germany. We bought a house, a new construction, which was built by the Ramos Builders. It is a beautiful house with solid construction and attention to detail. My husband who has extensive experience in construction has been up the attic recently and was pleasantly surprised by the workmanship, which is often not considered when purchasing a house. Evan Ramos, the Field Superintendent, has been tremendously helpful even after the purchase of the house with various questions that we have had. He is approachable, responsive, and honest.They take great pride in their work. After all, it is a family-owned business with their name on it. We highly recommend Ramos Builders.

When we were looking to build our house in the cape we met with a few builders and no one came close to the hospitality we received from Ed. He wasn’t just interested in building a house , he built our home . Nancy was great to work with and very accommodating while we were thousands of miles away designing our new home. It turned out to be the beautiful Mediterranean style we were looking for , they truly our vision come to life . A great family run business with good people.

Our faith in Floridian contractors has been restored. We were in the market for professional help in a redesign of our master suite. We also as part of this project were looking to correct a water leak that was the result of a previous renovation project. Our renovation is beautiful!!! Our leak is now a memory. Nancy Ramos has been a Godsend. She has always been a step in front of the project. She demands things be done to her specifications and doesnt settle for less when other trades were involved. She always had our best interests in mind. I cannot put into words how much she has meant to us other than to say without reservation I would recommend her, and her company to family and friends.
