Our Sales Representative and Project Manager was Eddie Donovan. He walked us through in meticulous detail what to expect from the insurance, length of project, recommended roofing materials and more. Eddie was present to entire length of the roof replacement ensuring the contracted crew performed to expectation. My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome and much thanks to the intuitive software used to visually interpret what our home will look like before a single.shingle goes on.Sorry for the long review, however there are many posetives to share.

Contacted 10/10 to help when selling my house. The buyers inspector noticed a roof vent that wasn’t properly sealed. I called 10/10 who stopped by after hours to see what was going on. Had all the gear with him to fix it and handled it on the spot in a matter of minutes. Explained what was going on and exactly why and what he did to fix the issue. 1010 Contracting did a great job for me on a 23-year old deck that had begun to pull away from the house. Eddie and the team evaluated the situation and once we decided on replacement, they went to work quickly to build the new, safe, deck. The key for us is that all through the process, Eddie kept us informed of when each stage of the work would begin and walked us through each step along the way. We love the new deck and will be calling 1010 on the next project… this was already the second after replacing our roof a couple of years ago.

This was the absolute best experience I have had using a contractor! From the initial call to inquire if they could help me (tree fell on our house), to working through the nuances of insurance, to working inside and outside our home in completing the work…the process was flawless. Eddie and his team were professional, punctual, courteous and super efficient. I noticed water damage on our sealing. I called 10.10 and they came right out and inspected. They found Wind damage from a bad storm. He helped through the whole process. He even got the insurance sompany to repair my skylights. They had also been damaged. They did a great job.
