Glen Wyscaver was an absolute pleasure to work with. A new roof was a must for our 88 yr. old mothers home where my sister and I reside to care for her full time. As you can imagine this was not in the budget. Not only did Glen help us feel calm and at ease in navigating the financials of a new roof but also was in contact with our home insurance company in looking for areas that would qualify for insurance to cover. He was there every step of the way Glen was very honest and empathetic with our situation. I felt I could trust him and that was a big deal. Now we have a new quality roof that fit our budget. This was a huge weight off our shoulders and were extremely grateful for Glen and Northgate team they did a phenomenol and meticulous job on our new roof and gutters, including a lot of little extras other companies would charge for Northgate already includes in the job without additional charges. We had wind and storm damage to our roof. Logan from Northgate gave us a through inspection, helped us go through our insurance company and was available to answer questions throughout the entire process. Mario and his install crew worked quickly and were able to complete the tearoff, install and cleanup in ONE DAY!!! Our yard, garden, patio, etc. were all next to spotless when they completed the job, you would never even know if they were there. I would highly recommend Northgate if you need any roof repairs to replacement. These guys were timely, professional, and the entire process from inspection to full roof completion in just over one month. Highly Recommend!!!!

Had hail damage from a storm. Mike W. Came out and inspected my roof for me. He showed up on time and was extremely detailed with his report. We went over the photos and observations. From there the entire process was seamless. They handled every step of the way except for the actual insurance claim. Once it was time to schedule everything went very fast and exactly like it was explained.Mike was there day of install to check on everything to make sure I was comfortable and happy.Everything is high quality and neat. My lawn was left clean with nothing damaged. Waste trailer was picked up the next morning and BAM just like that it was finished.I highly recommend reaching out and asking for Mike W. He will take care of everything you need and more!!

The provide white-glove service through the entire project... assistance with insurance claims (helping file, meeting inspector, prepping roof, etc.), working with mortgage companies, explaining options, installation and clean up. We were extremely impressed with Mike (our sales rep) who went above and beyond by being at our home to oversee every step of the process. The final project (full roof, gutters and downspouts) looks amazing and exceeded our expectations. Would recommend NGC to anyone in need of construction/roofing services.

Brandon Frazier completed a roof inspection on my home and submitted a claim to my insurance company towards the end of 2021. Even though my insurance company only approved half of my roof to be replaced at first, Brandon came back to my home several times, completed multiple inspections and resubmitted the claim. After months of going back and forth with my insurance company, Brandon successfully got my ENTIRE roof replacement approved and was able to schedule the installation soon after! Brandon went above and beyond to advocate for me, he made sure we had an open line of communication, answered any and all questions I had during the process, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. His professionalism, dedication, and genuinely bright spirit definitely made this long process well worth it in the end. Would highly recommend Brandon and the NorthGate Team!

I would tell anyone who needs a roof replacement or repair to make their first and only call to Northgate Construction! I would also like to thank Ryoji Patton he is a complete professional. He handled everything with my insurance company from filing my claim to being there to answer any questions when the adjuster came to assess the damage to my roof. He was always available if I needed any information. When it was time to pick out the shingles his recommendations made my final decision easy.When the crew arrived they got to work right away. They made sure everything was protected. I also have a metal gazebo my backyard. They were very careful to make sure a tarp was securely fastened. The crew also made sure that during the removal of the of old roof they took the time to made sure the did not let any of the shingles hit the gazebo.The crew was very professional and courteous. They went through my yard at least 4 times to make sure there were no remaining nails left on my property. The clean up was very thorough.The weather on my original installation date was going to be rainy and windy, they were able to move me up a day to accommodate my needs!!I would highly recommend Northgate Construction for all of your roofing needs.

Our best decision was to contract Northgate Construction and roof inspector, Tim Snyder, for our new roof. The price was much fairer than other local roof companies. Tim gathered all the pertinent information needed for the insurance claim. Additionally, Tim advocated for us when the insurance company attempted to approve insufficient repairs that we protested. Tim aggressively advocated for us and we were awarded a full roof replacement.Northgate executed a full staff of experienced workers that worked with pride and professionalism. They completed the work in one day including cleanup of our property. Tim Snyder was present during all phases of the operation; It was a pleasure working with Tim. He was there whenever we called and needed some clarity on the process. Tim is the best! While getting quotes for replacing my roof (because it was >30 years old), I had Northgate construction come out to give me an estimate. They were the only company that mentioned my roof had wind and hail damage and the replacement could be paid for by my insurance. Devin Labombarbe worked with the insurance adjuster to show the damage and get a fair settlement from the insurance company that paid for the new roof (minus my deductible). The whole process was very easy and quick. Northgate was able to schedule the replacement fairly quickly and easily and they did my house, detached garage, and shed in less than one day. Their crew worked very hard, were very careful not to damage the house and landscaping, did a great job, and cleaned up very thoroughly. I highly recommend Northgate Construction for roof work!

We had the back of our house roof done several years ago and it was a terrible experience with another company. To our surprise this year we needed to have our whole roof repaired. We knew that the front was going to need repair because of a storm last year but was shocked that the back as well was also in need of repair. We are so excited and happy that we had Northgate Construction and Consultant/ Inspector Jordan handling this repair. Jordan gives you personalized attention, he answered every question that we had and kept us reassured throughout the process that Northgate Construction is not like other companies. We were so worried about our roof and the damage after seeing pictures and because of the bad weather that we were having this summer in Michigan we wondered if it would get done before more damage would be done, but the whole process was super quick. This companys does not waste time!! All materials were delivered on time. The installation day had to be delayed by 2 days because of the terrible weather but it was nice to get a call from Ricky who was looking out for the safety of his crew. The Roofing Crew arrived early and went to work. Our house and landscaping was protected. The crew did a fabulous job. My Neighbors loved that the crew did not place equipment, debris on their lawns or block driveways like other Construction companies. They did a fabulous cleanup and at the end of the day we had a beautiful new roof. This company uses quality materials and has a quality team! We highly recommend Northgate Construction

Although they made a cold-call, they were the only company willing to climb on the roof, take pictures and demonstrate to me that the damage was bad enough to need replacement. Derricks team followed up with color options for the new roof, explained the different shingle types and showed pictures representative of my houses coloring.The 9 person crew that repaired my roof was clean, efficient and took a single day to complete the job.I was very impressed and would recommend Northgate Construction for your roofing needs.

After our neighbor’s tree fell on our roof, we were having trouble finding a contractor willing to work with us. The ice storm had caused so much damage in the area and everyone was booked.A personal friend recommended Northgate Construction and specifically Amanda. I called North gate, and Amanda immediately returned my call. We were able to get her out the next day to assess the situation and she took over communicating with the insurance and making sure we received the money we needed for the repairs.While insurance wouldn’t cover the full roof, we were able to come to an agreement to make sure we got a full brand new roof.Amanda was responsive and patient in explaining to me how things would work when I didn’t understand them. She helped us save money on our deductible, and also make sure we got the full amount for depreciation from the insurance. We also got a better roof than what we had previously, as well as a 50 year warranty.The roofers deserve a bonus for working as long and hard as they did on our steep roof!!

My experience with Northgate construction was they installed a new roof for my home. We had several hail storms during the summer which caused some damage to our roof. We talked to other roofing companies and they set up appointments but never even got up on our roof before quoting a repair cost. We were recommended by a friend to contact Northgate construction. We contacted Northgate construction and spoke to one of their representatives Anthony who immediately made an appointment to come out the next day. Anthony came out talked to us and actually went on the roof to inspect for damage. He was absolutely professional and worked with us and our insurance adjuster and the insurance company itself. The roof was completed on the same day in the time frame they provided. After the job was completed their workers completely cleared and cleaned the entire work area and replaced everything that had been moved. Great experience with Logan and the rest of the Northgate team! I had a tricky section of flat roof that joined an addition to the rest of my house and I was getting a leak whenever it rained. A few of the support boards underneath the flat roof and around the windows were rotted and needed replacing. I got an immediate inspection and estimate and the work was completed within a week. The team showed up first thing in the morning and were cheerful and professional. Shortly after they were done, it rained hard and the same leak happened. I called them and they came out within an hour but by then it had stopped raining and there was no leak. The guys used a garden hose to spray different sections but no leak. Finally, they sprayed around the windows and we discovered the rain was coming through the edge of the window and had nothing to do with the roof. But, the guys caulked my window anyway, and there was no extra charge! If you are looking for a helpful, friendly company that goes above and beyond normal good service, this is it! Thanks guys!!

I was unsure if my roof had storm damage, but decided to give Northgate a try. Derrick came out within a couple days of calling Northgate Construction and was very thorough in evaluating our roof. He was very professional right from the beginning and walked us through the process to get our roof replaced. If I had any questions during the replacement, he was always quick to respond and address my concerns.The crew of 10 that came out were amazing. They also very quickly came out to do the job. I decided to give them a call myself - I needed some repairs (small leak, a few missing shingles) so I wanted to get a quote.Amanda came out that week and took a look, found some flapping shingles (I dont know what else to call them but that) and also found evidence of wind/storm damage. Well, Northgate Construction signs were all over our neighborhood so they were our first choice for a quote which ended up being the best decision. Ricky was very fast reaching out after I inquired about an estimate on their website. We were able to set up a same day meeting for what we thought was going to be a quote, come to find out, Northgate construction was going to replace our roof for FREE! Ricky helped us file a claim due to wind damage with our insurance company, helped us navigate the claim process, and within a month we had our new roof put on! I got my roof inspected by Jordan Zundel of Northgate Construction. As per his recommendation, I made a insurance claim for the storm damage of my roof, mainly in the east and west sides. I was very happy to find out that the Insurance company agreed to cover full replacement cost except my deductible.Got the roof replacement done by Northgate team. Mostly happy with their work. Jordan inspected the roof work done by his team and agreed to rework a little area for bay window flushing. He was also willing to cover any damage done to my properties during the roof work done by his team; love his professionalism.My only recommendation to Jordan is to have some supervision to the work done by his team to avoid rework even if it was little.Very happy to get the work done by Northgate Construction.

All I can say is KADE!!!! He is THE BEST sales representative and goes out of his way to get your roof approved and get it done. I was so impressed I sent him to my best friend and her Husband. Previous to Northgate I had gotten 3 estimates and wasnt really excited about them. It wasnt the pricing, but the lack of confidence I had in their presentation. I was referred to David from a friend and what a difference! Within 5 minutes I knew no matter what the cost he was doing my roof. He was able to address all of my questions and offer other suggestions I hadnt even thought of. It was his knowledge and attention to detail that inspired my confidence in him. For me, I wasnt just buying a service to replace my roof, I can get that anywhere. It was also his knowledge as a professional which had huge value to me. Turns out I had wind damage that the others didnt catch. He was a huge help assisting me with filing a claim with my insurance company. On the day of installation the crew showed up as I was leaving for work and when I returned home the roof was done. It not only looked great but workmanship was spot on! As for the clean up, it was like no one was ever there to replace the roof.... no debris anywhere. Jordan was inspecting my neighbor’s house and I called him to come over and check my roof. At the spot after inspection, he called my insurance company and I was approved within a couple days. My whole roof was replaced in less than a month. Jordan is a topnotch professional and very responsive to texts and calls. Even when I called the main office, Ricky the manager answered all my questions and it turns out we live in the same neighborhood. The due diligence and rigorous approach of customer service at this Company is unquestionable. This suggests to me that the leadership at Northgate is in sync with every rep on the field. Life has been pretty crazy for most people lately so when we noticed water damage on our ceiling it felt like a punch in the stomach. We werent sure if we could even afford a new roof honestly. We are so thankful for Ryoji coming out and inspecting the roof. He showed us pictures of all the wind damage that lead to the leak and tarped up the area it was leaking from. Ryo and his team fought for us to get a new roof covered by our insurance and they succeeded! The entire roof is fixed and the crew that came out to tear off the old roof and install the new one was so fast I didnt even get to snap a pic while they were here. Im so impressed by this company and Ryo. He was willing to break down any and all the information about the roof and the company to ensure you understood what he was telling you completely.
