What an outstanding company to have in your home. The work area was never a mess, and he cleaned up every step of the way. I expected to have challenges with cutting into the drywall but it was seamless.Mike ran the connection for our portable generator and it was perfectly done, couldnt be happier. From the initial quote to the final installation, their service was impeccable.Daniel, the lead technician assigned to my project, truly impressed me. He arrived punctually to provide a quote for installing an additional electrical outlet in our master bathroom. His professionalism stood out immediately - he even brought shoe covers to protect our carpets, a thoughtful detail that another company quoting at the same time hadnt considered.What set Service Wise apart was their combination of rates, transparent communication, and Daniels evident expertise and confidence. Dino was very professional, efficient & knowledgeable. Also good with our dogs and courteous about keeping our house clean. He clearly laid out how the diagnosis process works, then quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended solutions for that specific issue as well as other items that were not up to code. Then he fixed the problem. Prices in line with other licensed electricians we have used in the past. Overall great experience.

Having a plumbing problem on a Saturday morning, preceding a holiday adds a lot of stress. I reached out to Servicewise Electric & Plumbing who told me theyd have someone at our home Monday morning. The plumber arrived at 8:30am and promptly diagnosed the problem and began the repair. It ended up being more complicated than we thought, but I was glad the plumber stuck with our problem until it was resolved. Well have a better holiday because of his determination.Ive used Servicewise Electric a number of times in the past and was always satisfied which is why I reached out to their new plumbing division.When done I can say he left our home as clean as when he arrived, for such a complicated problem he made sure it was completely fixed prior to leaving, and at the holidays no one wants to spend more money but when this problem happened I felt the price charged was fair for all the work done.

Kyle and Riley were amazing! They were so kind to my children who tried to tell them how to do their jobEasy way to schedule an estimate. Estimate was given without any hint of pressure. They were able to install both a fan and foyer chandelier in the two story ceilings, quickly, efficiently, and killed a wasp while they were at it! Loved the military discount too. Most definitely recommend!

I had a sewer back up, contacted Servicewise and they were out there the next morning. Corey was awesome, he called and texted to make sure we knew he was on the way. He cleared it and explained to my wife that AT&T had cut my pipe and there was a fiber cable in the middle of my sewer line. He went above and beyond to clear it and scope it fast and made sure he got us pictures of the line so we could contact AT&T and got us an estimate to repair the same day. Don’t call the other guys, call Servicewise.

We had two faulty circuit breakers and a blown outside outlet. Kyle also checked our two additional outside outlets since they were installed at the same time and they were fine. Once the situation was assessed, he gave us a price up front before beginning work. Kyle was polite, professional and made us feel like valued customers. This is the second time we have used Servicewise Electric. We will definitely call them back if we have electric issues in the future.

I had ServiceWise install couple of infrared heaters on our back porch. They required dedicated circuit breakers and lines run through the attic. The guys did a meticulous job placing the outlets and mounting the heaters to the ceiling. The outlets and heaters look like they were meant to be there. The guys were very polite and cleaned up after they left. I look forward to using them again for my next electrical project.

Hiring the best u get things done right the first time. I had a person wire an electrical plug for a new TV that he hung. The wiring was sloppy and it blew out the GFI plug outside of the house. Without being long winded with the details, Arnie was absolutely wonderful! He took the time to troubleshoot the issue with my newly purchased Samsung dryer. He explained in detail what needed to be fixed. He replaced the power cord and the electrical outlet. Arnie also made me aware of a dent on the side of the dryer. After repeated calls to BrandsMart and Samsung, they finally replaced the dryer.

He even did additional research into multiple filter options to help me find the best one. On the day of installation, he showed up on time and kept his work space and my garage tidy. The work was top notch. Very clean, pipes were leveled, and clearly showed Corey has tons of experience and craftsmanship. I’d highly recommend Corey and service wise for future plumbing and filtration projects.

Around 12:50, I received a text saying Kyle was on his way - with his picture. Kyle arrived - looking just like his picture - in a clean uniform, clean hat, clean shies, a pleasant smile, & a solid handshake. He was very knowledgeable about my electricity needs. I had a quote with a military discount, and had authorized the work, by 1:10PM. The work was done very well and efficiently. Kyle and his apprentice were done by 2:45. Super impressive! Definitely recommend this company!!!

Weve used ServiceWise Electric 2 or 3 times and each time I give them high marks including this trip. I signed-up to have a Technician come-out to inspect our circuit breaker panel (at no charge). At the same time, I had a few exterior lights I wanted replaced. I had timely messages that Anthony was on his way in our agreed-to time window. When I got home, he was already looking at the panel in the garage (my daughter let him in). He stopped to introduce himself and we reviewed the agenda for his visit. He then asked if thats everything I wanted to cover during his visit. I said yes. I liked the no-pressure pitch with a relatively simple explanation on options to improve electrical service (Good/Better/Best). After finishing in the garage, Anthony then proceeded to replace 3 exterior lights. After he was done, we walked around to each light to test the motion sensors and made a few setting adjustments. All went well. We are considering a service plan.

He was not only a very good electrician, but also very professional. Anthony Wilson is the electrician who came to my house the first time I called Servicewise Electric for help with renovating my new house. He did such a good job, I have always requested him since. He has come out several times now, always professional, knowledgeable, kind and I couldn’t be more pleased. In his most recent visit, he brought another electrician, Riley. While Anthony and I went through my large house making a plan for all the lighting installations and changes I want to make , Riley went right to work installing the light fixtures I had ready.Anthony was great and came up with lots of ideas and new lighting which I didn’t know about and will be so much better than what I would have come up with on my own. Because this is going to be a really large job - nearly every light and all the ceiling fans in this 25-year-old house are going to be changed - I thought all he would be able to accomplish was a planning session. But no, Anthony spent hours helping me make a lighting plan, while Riley worked on installations. Then they worked together. I not only have a plan but 6 new lights / ceiling fans installed! These men are great and I so look forward to working with them again in the future!

He installed recessed lighting in my kitchen and master bathroom - it looks beautiful! Andrew was patient and informative every step of the way. He was extremely helpful in deciding where to place the lighting and left the place spotless after installation. I will be calling Service Wise for my future electrical needs.
