    By far our favorite vendor to work with in our kitchen remodel. We couldn’t love the light over our new island more. Literary quote on the desk as you walk in AND a dog? These are my kind of people!! Friendly and knowledgeable service. I wish we had more lighting needs at the moment. When we do, we will definitely be back!

    Visited this store for the first time this past weekend and was very pleased with the selections and the level of service provided. I needed to get some lighting basically same day and they were extra helpful in assisting me to find the perfect solution to my lighting needs. I was fortunate to have visited when they had sale pricing on many of the display lights and were super in taking down the lights I wanted same day and boxed them up for me so that I could take them with me right away. Great selection and great customer service and I highly recommend them!

    I have seen Lumen Nation before but never had a real need to buy new lighting/lamps until recently. While helping with my mom’s remodel we came here to look at lights. I found some amazing lamps by chance from hubbardton forge and Tom gave me a great deal on them. He was very friendly and helped put them in the car. What boss gets down to it with the employees instead of just watching. Working with Megan has also been an absolute breeze. she has visited my mother’s house about 35 minutes away from their showroom where they are (until the Montrose/Fairlawn design showroom reopens) twice to help with measuring in order to make amendments to the order. Her communication both in phone and email has been great and has made the process seamless and easy. She also seems to have a keen sense of design and definitely takes into account the space when choosing the proper style and size of light. I definitely highly recommend Lumen Nation for your lighting needs.

    They fixed a lamp for me that is about 50 years old after I tried to find the parts and do it myself. They were able to do it quickly and it looks beautiful and works well.I couldn’t be happier. Would recommend them for sure!

    Most wonderful salesperson Megan .... she was so patient and explored a multitude of options for me to get the exact lighting fixture for my purposes. I was still a bit unclear (or forgot) a facet of the lighting I chose, and stopped by the store the next for clarification. The gentleman that explained further ( and I did then remember she had told me the same.....I had just forgot) he too, was so gracious. Love this store....huge selection and great service.

    We found ourselves in a fix while installing 3 light fixtures, which were not purchased at the store. There was a missing decorative nut on the one fixture. We had purchased the lights more than a year agos. I stopped in the store on Portage, and the gentleman was so helpful, he went to lengths to find one for me. They are the best!! Very professional!

    Shannon was very helpful to me when I came into the store in taking care of my lighting needs. They have a very large selection of lighting for one’s home. Much better experience than a big box store and we need to shop local when we can.

    Wow! This is how you do it. The staff at Lumen Nation got it right and Megan from the North Canton store is an absolute pro.She made choosing the lighting for our new build easy and fun. We had a sit-down meeting where she carefullywent over our plans. We talked about style, sizes, placement, and quality of light. So many things we never knew about lighting!Together we viewed their products on a large screen with many of them available in store to see as well.There are no pushy sales or tacky gimmicks.     After an 8-year search for a new light fixture for our dining room my husband and I finally got couple’s therapy with Shannon who was able to suggest the perfect light fixture for the space in a style my husband and I agreed on.     In the past, Tom has helped us with our lighting choices. Most recently, Dennis helped us. I must admit that we were treated with such kindness, patience and both Tom and Dennis were just fun to work with. It could have been overwhelming, but they helped so much with it all! Lumen Nation has helped our son, out of State, with lighting purchases and now our daughter too. I wouldn’t have thought to go anywhere else for lighting. After a few minutes he showed us something and it was exactly what I wanted.     Weve been on a leisurely search for some outdoor ceiling lights for the last couple of years. No place ever had what we liked.At the Lumen Nation shop, I found a good option, and when we went to their website we found lots that we liked and even loved!Out of more than a dozen visits to different lighting shops and hours upon hours online were so glad we found the best one!They are not the cheapest, but when you divide the cost of their items by the number of years youre going to have it, the difference is piece of mind, and feeling good for many years.

    I stopped in to the store with a larger than usual 3 way light bulb from an old lamp stand. I was called when they got it in and picked it up today. It works great! Customer service here is top notch and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you Lumen Nation. (BTW- catchy name!)

    We worked with Lumen Nation to provide lighting for our new house and we can honestly say it was one of the least stressful parts of the entire build process. From the minute we walked in, both Tom and Eric really took care of us. The customer service, selection, and prices were exceptional. Not only did they have an outstanding collection (both in-store and catalogue), we sent Eric photos of lights that we liked and SOMEHOW he was able to find them, and again, at a much lower price than online sites like Amazon -- which blew our minds. If youre in the market for new lighting, you have to go and check them out. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    Ten thousand times better than trying to pick out lights online! They looked at blueprints and even visited my home under construction to help make good recommendations on size and style. They provided high quality lightbulbs for every light not to mention even fixed a few things the builder messed up. We love every light in our home and Lumination has exceeded all my expectations.

    Staff is friendly, super helpful, and experienced with lighting. They have a nice variety of lights in their store to give ideas of things you may not have even thought of. Prices are relatively reasonable and like most lighting vendors, offer a package discount for contractors. Lighting designer on staff.
