Great company to work with! Everyone is so friendly and on top of their job. They installed 10 lights for me on the front of my house and they did a thorough and professional job. In fact, the work they did was worth every penny! It seemed like a very extensive job and they worked very hard in the sun and heat. But they were still very friendly!! After being cooped up in the house for much of 2020, we ventured on a journey to update to our home’s exterior rather than move into a newer home and picking up ANOTHER mortgage. They installed the lights exactly where they needed to be and cleaned up the areas. They also explained the operation and show me how to operate the automated lights. Excellent mix of quality, value, and customer service. We have used Georgia Lightscapes for exterior lighting on our last two homes. In our first home, we had existing path spotlights that needed to be relocated due to landscape changes. We did some research and found Georgia Lightscapes and contacted them to evaluate the work. They repositioned existing lights and added new path lights. In our current home, there was no exterior lighting. Because of our previous experience with Georgia Lightscapes, we contacted them to install new lighting in the front and back yards. They have been extremely pleasant to work with; they recommended modifications to the existing system to maximize what we had and helped design the new lighting pattern. Let me start by saying that this is by far the best lighting company I have ever used in my 30 years of owning property. Their customer service and detailed workmanship are unparalleled in the industry. They are not looking to cut corners or do the install and abdicate. Not at all, they stay engaged, even after years of installation to make sure your lighting stays functional. Case in point, I called after 3 years of installation when one of the lights went out, and they came right the next day and fixed it. They are also big on aesthetics, so I will recommend this for anyone who wants beautiful lighting PLUS excellent customer relations. Just remember, it is not just about the installation, it is also what happens afterward. You will be in good hands!

The most impressive thing is that I am literally 2 months away from the warranty expiring and they stood by their word and took care of me. Incredible customer service and honesty! I called Georgia Lightscapes and I was blown away at the knowledge of their sales rep Aaron who patiently answered all my questions and took time to explain how the system worked, pros and cons with upward vs downward lights, etc. The crew sent out to do the work Leo and Jose where just as amazing! Leo reviewed all the work prior to starting any work and had a complete walkthrough on the work done and found unrelated issues with my home that others never motioned.Overall the integrity, workmanship, and start to finish on my small project with them has been the best experience I have ever had with any contractor. My experience with Kelsey and Mark was easy. They helped to ideate and design within our budget, and it was painless to volley back and forth with different ideas or modifications to find the best fit for our needs and a design that we liked.
