What a great experience with Bates Electrical. House was struck by lightning and had several outlets not work plus our under-cabinet lights went out.Called Bates Electrical and Barry was able to come out SAME DAY!!! He was on time, extremely professional, and explained everything that had happened.He fixed what he could, left detailed information on what we needed to fix the rest, and even fixed a couple of things that werent just right in our house. All for 1 reasonable fee.Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs an electrician.

Professional, friendly team that I highly recommend and will use going forward for any electrical needs. They were responsible for a whole house re-wire as part of a remodel project and they asked probing questions on what I wanted to accomplish, recommendations on setup, and honest feedback. Answered all my questions, explained various concepts, walked me through the layout and how they performed all of the work. They went the extra mile to ensure that I understood how everything went together, were reachable by phone when questions arose and when I had issues with permitting was able to conference in the team so they could explain how things were setup and met current code standards so permitting and connection to the power grid didnt require additional work, scheduling, or visits. Permitting and inspections were a breeze thanks to the quality of work they provide. Will only call Bates for my electrical needs going forward.
