David was very nice and explained everything. When I first got the quote, I agreed to the work but never heard anything back. A few months later, he called out of the blue and was ready to do my job. Businesses are super busy right now, so I understand. My husband had a few more questions and he came out again to address our concerns. Overall, he was great at addressing our concerns and he crew was also very good and cleaned up. My porch looks ok, I guess I would have liked it to be smoother. But maybe that will happen over time. Overall, I am hopeful that it wont leak in the future since he reinforced it and added a waterproof liner. He even came back after and gave us a mug. That was nice!

Work Description: Foundation repairComments: Leaktight LLC repaired my rebuilt my foundation wall which was in dire need of repair. I had four contractors look at and estimate the job. David Coleman of Leaktight gave me the most confidence and the best cost estimate to be given the job. Although the cost estimate is always a large factor with me I was impressed with way more. He spoke in terms I could understand, he explained a timeline for beginning and ending the job, he was very respectful and down to earth relating to customers. And he did everything I asked him to do in adding small requests as the job unfolded. Additionally when the work was done he was hands on working with his crew, all of which were diligent and worked well without direct supervision. Mark me totally satisfied!

We recently had a nightmare with our front steps and sidewalk. Leaktight was extremely professional and handled the issue without hesitation and in a timely fashion. Everyone that comes to our home always compliments us on the sidewalk and stoop area. The stamp concrete and color really stands out. We can’t thank them enough. If you are looking for someone to get the job done right definitely contact Leaktight. You won’t regret it!!!

My wife and I wanted to get our basement remodeled. We got an estimate from Leaktight for installing an interior basement water proofing system. They also gave us an estimate for the entire remodel. We decided to go with Leaktight for the remodel and it was absolutely the best decision. They installed a new bathroom, custom tile shower, walk in closet, custom lighting, great paint job, flooring, electric fireplace with stone built around it including a stone mantle. Our basement looks phenomenal!!! David kept us informed along the way. The crew was professional, respectful, and personable. Other companies were significantly higher priced and also a 3-4 month timeline for completion. Leaktight started and finished this extensive job at a lower price and within 2 months. Thanks for a great experience and a beautiful basement! I’d recommend Leaktight for sure. I’ll be using their services again for future projects.

I hired Leaktight on 9/7 and was told that they were out 4-6 weeks. I received a call from Dave after 3 weeks asking if they could start tomorrow (umm, yes). They came out and were very professional and got their work done. Dave is a great guy to boot. I would definitely hire them again!
