I had a great experience with CPH, and look forward to having them back soon, they have replaced a water pressure tank, water filter, and fixed crucial problems. I value their consultation and recommendations. They arrive very quickly when I call for a service, the office keeps you informed on details, and everybody is so pleasant to deal with. -

These folks charged me nearly $1,800 to disconnect my kitchen sink when I was replacing my countertops and to reconnect it afterward - 4 to five times what I have ever paid for like service AND there was no hot water in the kitchen sink when they were finished. Although the technician agreed the price was “way too high” and said I could appeal it, they came at me both barrels blazing to say it was a fair price & were hostile & nasty about it within five minutes on the phone. They are crooks who should be out of business -

If I could give this company a million stars I would. Our AC has not functioned properly the last two summers. We had another company come to our home several times over the past two years and after many attempts to fix it and thousands of dollars later it was still not working. Joey from Cornwall Plumbing came to our home yesterday and within a short period of time diagnosed the issue and fixed it. They are hands down the most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable company I have ever worked with. Keep up the great work !!!! -

Last winter, faced with soaring electric bills, I purchased a NEST thermostat to better regulate my heating and had Cornwall Plumbing and Heating do the installation. Their representative took a look at my old wiring and gave me an honest estimate of the cost upfront, which was most appreciated. They did the work promptly and well. I definitely plan to use them again for my electric and plumbing needs. -

We needed an LG certified company to work on our system.Cornwall drove from Ct to the Hill country in the Berkshires of Massachusetts . Joey was very professional competent and kind. We had plumbing problems at our Sharon house for many years, despite countless efforts to get the plumbing fixed and the installation of a completely new septic system. We decided to finally get these issues truly resolved and contacted Cornwall Plumbing & Heating. They sent a team out and did a thorough and careful diagnosis of the problem. We were immediately reassured that this time we would get the plumbing system truly fixed--and we did. The team from Cornwall Plumbing & Heating showed up on schedule. As they progressed on the job, they showed us what needed to be done and why. We are deeply relieved to have our plumbing problems solved and now can enjoy our house without anxiety. We are very pleased with the work done by Cornwall Plumbing and Heating. -

I want to give these guys a shoutout for an amazing responsive. On Thanksgiving night at 10PM I had a massive leak in the basement. I called their emergency response line, and within 15 minutes got a call back. I talked through the problem with the plumber and he offered to come out then in the middle of the night, but the leak had stopped. He came out the next morning at 9AM and dug up the septic tank to find the source of the clog, saving the basement and Thanksgiving weekend. Im very appreciative of their fast response and hard work fixing the plumbing -
