It was the first week in January, temperatures were sub zero and my furnace stopped running. I didnt realize until I attempted to take a hot shower and there was no warm water. The plumbers from Perottis were immediately available to come and troubleshoot the problem. They have been reliable, considerate, professional, and quite capable. As a first time homeowner that doesnt have any experience with heaters or plumbing, I am relieved to have a relationship with this family owned company knowing that I can get any plumbing issues handled quickly and masterfully.

I am writing to commend Perottis staff for the very fine job done sizing and installing a Mitsubishi Heat Pump in our house.Your staff, Shawn and Carlos, did fine work. Shawn was very attentive and precise in his sizing and deciding upon the correct equipment and the proper location for our new heat pump. And Carlos was not only verry friendly and thoughtful, he was also very efficient and did a wonderful job with the installation. We are very happy and satisfied customers.

During a large renovation of our 1910 home, William Perotti & Sons removed all our radiators and installed an HVAC duct and ventilation system, along with a rather complicated wine cooling unit. They also handled all the plumbing for a complete gut of three bathrooms, a kitchen and a pantry. They could not have been more responsive and professional and a pleasure to deal with -- even when small problems arose, as they always do in any major renovation. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
