I emailed about needing a service call and within an hour Earnie called me saying he was between calls and could come right out. Wow, I never used them before and I was getting service!! He came out and was VERY helpful with my irrigation system both with the wiring and also took the time to talk about my plumbing set up. I could not say enough about the company and son Earnie Hinson, I will not call anyone else.

We had a sudden backup of sewer in our home this morning and knew it had been too long since our tank had been pumped. After calling several companies & finding the soonest they could come was 2 weeks, I received a call back from Carolyn at Hinsons. They were able to get to us this afternoon and the technician who showed up was friendly, professional and helpful. Even though he was working alone and our tank isnt easily accessible, he was finished within about an hour and a half. He discovered roots around the inlet, which was the major cause of our problem, but pumped the tank out completely as well. He gave me some information about easy ways to prevent roots in the future, recommendations for how often to have it pumped going forward, and the cost was surprisingly fair (especially given that I certainly felt it was an emergency and probably wouldve been willing to pay twice as much, lol). I would recommend this local, small business to anyone needing septic tank service.

They were fast, professional, and personable. They assessed the problem within minutes, told me they could not do a permanent fix that day, told me how to fix it (and, in the least pushy way possible, said they could come back to install the new parts), and provided a temporary solution with full disclosure that it was temporary.

I have to say this company goes beyond their services to help a family out I called six other places this was only one that cared bout my family situation and worked with me on they help me and my parents the Coopers on Friday work after 7 to make sure our septic was working thank you Eric Hinson...best customer service all around from the ones to pick up the phone to the ones that came out in pitch black area
