From quoting, to review of systems, to installation J&J out performed the competition. Stacy is wonderful to work with; very professional and knowledgeable about complete HVAC systems. 10 year Warranty on HVAC and 5 year Warranty on thermostat. The installation crew arrived on time, completed install same day, cleaned up work area. Stacy returned to inspect workmanship and program smart thermostat. My 15.5 SEER heat pump is quiet and the variable speed air handler controls humidity. I love my system.

I could not be more pleased with J&J Heating and Air Conditioning. I had requested an estimate from another company; but kept being put off after their initial site visit and my calls were not returned. After a week of being put off, I called J&J. Stacy came out that morning, worked up a proposal while in his truck, and presented it to us within a couple of hours after our initial call. After we accepted, we had a completely new system up and running at the end of the next business day! The day of the installation I got a call saying they would be there at 8:30 - they arrived at precisely 8:30! I am not an HVAC expert but I have worked as a residential electrician and I know quality when I see it. J&J also made me aware of building code requirements that were overlooked by the other company, I have had a couple of occasion to call the office and Lisa and Jenny are both very friendly and professional. Twice now Stacy has checked back with us to follow up on questions we had. Im 74 and have never dealt with a company that was more prompt, professional, and gave such excellent customer support. I would give anyone my very highest recommendation for J&J!!! They are certainly well recognized by Bryant based on their numerous awards service medallions.

Wow!! I cannot speak highly enough about this company. We had an emergency situation here at my house. And I spoke with 6 different people and no one even cared to call back. I called J&J and Stacey called me back within minutes and was at my house within 30 minutes. He was honest efficient and had me up in running within the hour. I will never use any one else

We used J and J to do some major plumbing for our house and we were very satisfied with our experience. They kept us under budget, were timely and all of their workers were professional. From start to finish the process was great. Later, we had a minor AC issue and they were prompt in getting to our home and the service agent was quick to get the issue resolved. The pricing was fair and even better than I expected. We will continue to use JandJ for any of our needs maintaining our home!

Very satisfied with the response time to my house. They are very friendly and work with you to get what you want. I had no central heat or air and the came out quoted me a price and within a week they were at my house and installing the duct work and unit and got it done in 2 days. Water Heater Line RepairThis is the first time I’ve had to use a plumber for my own home. My water heater line decided it wanted to be be Old Faithful from Geyser National Park for Halloween. Needless to say I woke up to a not so nice water show happening in my laundry room. I called right at 8am and was greeted with a very friendly and professional voice who got me the answers I was looking for right away. (A couple other places I called were not very friendly or gave me “I’ll have someone call you back”).I called around some more but the friendliness and helpfulness of Lisa sold me. She was even able to get me in same day! The plumber, Austin, was extremely helpful and professional. He explained everything I needed to know, fixed the problem, and gave me some solutions to help me in the event I was every faced with the same problem (water spewing everywhere even with the main shut off and line open). Needless to say it was an eventful day. What started as total chaos and frustration ended with peace of mind and gratitude for such a wonderful business. J and J was truly the answered prayer of a single mom struggling to stay afloat.

Joel and Jody are terrific. They worked with me for over a year, Helping me decide when I should change out my air-conditioner. When the time came, they installed the new unit, cleaned up everything and left. All within a short period of time. They came back when I called them to explain the thermostat to me. They are two of the nicest young men I have known and their work is impeccable. They are outstanding on every level. You need to give them a try for all your heating and cooling needs. I did and Im HAPPY. They are my go-to for my small business and my families personal use.

After receiving five heat pump HVAC system estimates, it was an easy choice to pick J & J. Joey and Joel are very nice, knowledgeable, and professional HVAC contractors. They provided quotes based on my desire to have Consumer Reports most reliable system installed (unlike other contractors who stuck to their system brands). They checked in on their installation crew three times during the day to ensure my system was installed properly. Ryan and Rome completed their work and set up my air handler and compressor exactly as I requested. Both are personable and took the time to explain different aspects of their work. Josh completed the electrical follow-up perfectly based on my system requirements. I am very pleased with my new thermostat as well. My heat pump does not kick on the expensive heat strips immediately like my previous heat thermostat. I highly recommend J & J for your HVAC needs.

We moved into a 1950s home this summer that had a functioning 13 year old hvac system, a gas furnace, two rooms without HVAC connection, and old, leaky ductwork. We had three companies give us quotes and J&J came back with comparable rates, but also the best solutions to the issues we had. They began work on Wednesday morning and had the whole system installed, running and the house swept by the end of Thursday afternoon :) Since then weve seen our power bill decrease by 55%! Were enjoying our cool, less humid house and would recommend them to anyone :) Thank you, J&J team!

Experience was great from the time I talked to Lisa until the installation was done. J&J Installed a Tankless water heater, Chuck and company were both friendly and informative, work was done in accordance with all codes and within the time frame they promised. When the inspector was very late, Chuck stayed and answered any questions needed. None were asked because the installation was done very well.
