Owner under promised and over delivered. He would not commit to something he knew he couldn’t do that afternoon but was present the following day sooner than he promised. He takes great pride in his work and goes even further to ensure you are satisfied and your expectations have been met. He communicated well with me what it was going to take and what it would cost. Thankfully I don’t need a plumber often but when I do, again, 1st Choice Plumbing will be my first call.

I have been having problems with my toilet always loosening yUp about 6-12 months after I had it fixed by three different plumbing companies, it still came loose. 1st Plumbing I believe addressed that problem. They explained everything they did to address that problem. Very friendly, courteous and punctual.

We needed to have new turn off valves installed on our washer and dryer and new valve on icemaker. He made an appointment for a couple of days later. He checked with me the day before the appointment to make sure everything was on schedule. He arrived promptly, had alresdy purchased materials, fixed problems quickly., and cleaned area before leaving. We have had Robby before and he has always been professional and tries to make sure you are satisfied with his workWill continue to call him for plumbing problems!!

I called 1st choice plumbing on SUNDAY around 1:00 pm they had been referred to me by a friend.They showed up within the hour. Everything was very professional (yes sir & no sir).After digging up my water meter and finding out it was the problem, they gave me the # to MWA whom still hasn’t showed up to fix meter.No charge sir is what the owner of 1st choice plumbing said and good luck.I highly recommend them on customer service alone.

Had a water leak under my house, called 1st Choice, they responded quickly, diagnosed where the leak was coming from and fixed it. Was a bad relief valve on The water heater. They did a great job in minimal time at a reasonable price. Would recommend them when in need.

As I was getting ready to head out for work, I heard water rushing under my house. After I crawled into my crawlspace, I could hear it but couldnt see it. After calling 3 other companies that couldnt come out until the weekend, I contacted 1st Choice. Which should have been my 1st Choice to begin with! They were at my home in less than an hour & had fixed my leak and done within an hour. I definitely have their number stored in my phone for any other issues that may come my way. 5 stars for sure!

Excellent service! Robby Watson and his team came out and found my leak while I wasnt at home. He provided a detailed summary of what was fixed and provided a video of the service. He also reported an additional leak to the city and offered to stay at my home to show city workers the leak that wasnt coming from my property.
