I used Shannon Wilson with Highland Lakes Plumbing Services and could not have been more happy with the professional way he handles his business and the quality of his work. Remodeling our bathroom, removing our toilet, ship lapping the walls, and replacing the toilet. He is honest and trustworthy. We had no problem leaving while he was working and trusting him in our home. We will definitely hire this Master plumber again. Thank you Shannnon Wilson.

We’ve used Shannon a few times and he’s courteous and punctual (he calls if something is up). He worked a big project replacing all of plumbing. He also has fixed a clogged dish disposal and a slow-running toilet. So friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommended him.

I contacted Shannon after having an unfavorable experience with a different plumber that services the Burnet area. Shannon promptly responded to my call, patiently listened to the plumbing challenge I was having and methodically stepped through several diagnostic steps in order to identify and resolve the cause of the problem.In addition to patiently resolving my plumbing issue where the previous plumber had failed, Shannon also gave me a courtesy call after the appointment, just to ensure the fix he had put in place was still functioning properly.In the world of hit or miss contractors, I could not have been more happy to have found Shannon. I hope he stays in business for many years to come, as I now consider him my forever plumber.

94 year old mom had pipes freeze and break during ice/snow storm. Shannon Wilson worked late night and 6 hours next day to repair old outdoor plumbing so that she could have water returned to her house. He was Always pleasant, professional, and timely. His work was very good. He left everything very clean when done. And he did all this in the snow and cold. Thank you!

I had a HUGE issue with a water leak beneath my slab. My home is 18 yrs old with copper pipes. The hard water took its toll. I decided on getting a re-pipe done with PEX Pipe. So I researched the project, and companies in my area who could perform such a large job.I talked with companies who were just too busy to even give a quote. Others telling me the new pipe must go through the attic, and its just too hot right now, call back in the Fall.Finally I called Highlands Lakes Plumbing, owner Shannon Willson. (Yes two Ls,) Easy to remember , just think double the value. OH MY GOODNESS !!!!While other companies were calling me back to apologize for delays coming out to bid, Shannon gave me his WORD he would show up within an hour. Then he texted me to confirm his arrival time. He has earned my trust by showing up as promised. He continued to perform above and beyond the level of Master Plumber! His work is fast, exact, and neat/orderly. The lines in my attic were neat, flat, and secure. When pressured up, did not leak. Quality work from a true professional.

We are elderly and to our surprise late one Saturday evening had no hot water. Called Shannon and he showed up early Sunday morning. He took care of everything! He found the water heater in Marble Falls, picked it up(we live in Burnet)installed it, carried away the old one. All at a price we could afford. Reassuring us all the while that we should not worry. He would that care of it all!! So true to his word. We are lucky we found him. The Culps
