    I have been in construction for 25 years and have had my share of below average Contractors. I must say that Erics Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. I mainly interacted with Amy and Brandon. They were both very professional, knowledgable and accommodating. Brandon showed up on time every time and did great work. Erics Plumbing providing a great service at a fair price. I will definitely use them again.

    We would like to give Brendan as much higher than 5 stars as we can. And for your company also. The time Brendan took to figure out our long term problem and the attention he took to work through it with 3 visits is so impressive and very much appreciated. He did everything he could to save us from having to break through our slab and, hopefully with his clearing the line now and weekly maintenance suggestions, we will have no more problems with minimal cost. And that your company responded immediately, sending Brendan out the same day twice is service not often given. Then when it came to pay for a follow-up, we were surprised--very pleasantly surprised--we were not charged for another service call. That is customer service we appreciate and will definitely recommend to all our neighbors.     We recently had a water heater begin leaking at our house. On a Saturday, I searched all over for someone to resolve our issue and no one answered their phone except Erics Plumbing. They immediately worked with us and found a way to get it taken care of. Their technician got straight to work and had us back up in running quickly! I highly recommend this company.

    We discovered that our water heater was not working as it should around 4pm on a Friday. A call to Ericā€™s Plumbing was all it took! By 7 that evening Nick had arrived and diagnosed the issue. He was able to get us fixed up and back in service in a short period of time. Nick was very professional and saw to it that the job was done right.     Brendan was the absolute best!! He did such a great job and everyone I talked to from the company was very helpful and kind. He added a loop for us not knowing exactly where the water might be coming in and he was just as relieved as we were that our manifold was somewhere accessible. Good people and could not recommend enough.

    I am so very happy that I contacted Erics Plumbing to install a new drain line from the laundry room to the city connection!! Ive never had such an attentive and concerned response from a plumber!! And their patience with me--listening to each and every issue of concern and then addressing them promptly--is only equaled by the excellence of their work ethic---superb beyond measure!! I want to specifically praise Nick McBride--his work ethic is beyond excellent. He is not only highly skilled, he is willing to go beyond what is called for. He resolves the problem at hand.     100% recommend (worth the read)If you want genuine people who dont just treat you like another pocket book, look no further.I have known Eric and Tara (buisness owners) for several years. Eric replaced my well booster pump within a couple hours after the hard freeze back in 2021. Theyve also come out a few times since then.More recently, they came out for troubleshooting. Come to find out, our system wasnt in the best shape. Nick, Brenden, Mark, and Kyle were really great. A couple of them even worked until 10:30 one night trying to complete the work (it was a huge project). Eric ended up offering to come out on the weekend to make sure it got done. He spent (pretty much) his entire Saturday trying to get the system perfect. By the time he left, we had a completely brand new working system. I cant thank these guys (and gal) enough for all of their help. We wont use anyone else. Theyre genuine people who treat you like a human being.

Was prompt & very polite.Came in and got right to the problem on our Rheem instant hot water heater .We have had it flushed but did not know that it needed to be taken apart & the gas ports cleaned!     Had a bath room plumbing problem and called Ericā€™s plumbing. To my surprise Cara was able to get service guys out to fix issues that day! Brendan and Wade were as nice as Cara was and were very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. We went ahead and signed up for a yearly service agreement that was a great benefit to us.     As the owner of a Service Company, my standards are exceedingly high. In this market most companies show up when they want.Not These guys! These guys have 1950ā€™s service, from the young lady that answered the phone to the techs that showed up. It matters that Chip and Zach showed up in a clean truck, it matters that they are in time, and it really matters that they were only here 13 minutes. I enjoy paying for true experts. Chip had every tool that he needed to repair my drain in Marble Falls.Chip demonstrated that it is always better to pay a fair rate for exceptionally fast repairs.     I had a very positive experience with Erics Plumbing. I called them the morning after my hot water heater stopped working, and they assured me theyd work me in. At 5:30 p.m., two technicians, Mark and Nick, arrived to diagnose the problem. The hot water heater needed to be replaced and, by 8:30, Mark and Nick had obtained and installed a new hot water heater. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

    Ericā€™s plumbing came to our rescue. The whole house was backed up Sunday night. Nick and crew arrived Monday and got to work immediately. We had the same issue a few weeks earlier and called another company. The other company came out, did the minimum amount of work possible, and said it was fixed. That is not what you get when you call Ericā€™s plumbing! Nick was professional and took the time to find the whole problem. He made the time to talk to me to make sure I understood what was wrong and how he could fix it right. He didnā€™t leave until we tested all the fixtures in the house multiple times.     SAME DAY SERVICE...GREAT ATTITUDE...WORKMANSHIP-LIKE INSTALL. Our water heater went out and we needed a quick replacement. One phone call was all it took to get us a very friendly technician named Blake to come to our home. He took the time to evaluate the existing water heater and gave us several service options. This being an older home and not really knowing the age of our existing unit we decided to go with a new install. We also signed up for the annual maintenance for our overall plumbing health. We highly recommend this firm for your plumbing needs.

    I canā€™t recommend these guys enough! Mark and Nick squeezed me in on a Friday, despite being doubled booked already, to reinstall toilets in my house!     The braided hose to kitchen sink sprung a leak at the water sprayer to faucet joint. The joint is pressurized when the water is turned on at the faucet, so it wasnt leaking when faucet was turned off, but needless to say I couldnt use the kitchen faucet. Nick came to the rescue by arriving earlier than the appointed time slot. I had a new faucet so he replaced the failed one with the new one. His work was very comprehensive, throuogh, and timely. He verified no leaks and cleaned up the worksite after the replacement. A professional attitude and very curtious.

    I have used Erics plumbing for all of the projects on my home renovation, a 1940s house I bought this spring. The house was 100% galvanized pipes, totally rusted and filled with lime. Jason with Erics plumbing was the plumber who worked with me on all of the projects, hes extremely accommodating to meeting to change schedules if the pipes we were trying to work on werent available due to construction etc and he communicated with me regularly so we could find the custom shower heads that I wanted. I am happy to report that all of the plumbing from the street into the house is completely new, I have a new water heater and shower, as well as a setup for a dishwasher and a water line for fridge. Jason is great and Amy in the office was always extremely prompt and getting back to me. I highly recommend Erics plumbing.
