    Josh and Courtney are AMAZING! After having some pretty traumatic experiences with other companies, they were a breath of fresh air. They were responsive and professional. I told them about my previous experiences and Josh assured me they would deliver and he kept his word. They were honest about what was needed and gave a fair price. I would recommend Superior Roofing & Gutters to everyone! So much so that I’m going to ask them to do my parents gutters!

    Josh and Courtney were quick to fit me in for a small job on my gutters and some minor roof repairs. They even made a second stop out to answer some of my questions about a gutter guard and while they were here, they blew leaves off my roof without even being asked at no charge. Their pricing was excellent, and their customer service is fantastic. I will definitely use them again!

    To say I am pleased with this company is an understatement.... Josh and Courtney were absolutely FANTASTIC to work with! I live 4 hours from my elderly parents in Burlington, and was so worried about finding an honest roofing company to replace their roof. Not only were their prices reasonable, but they went above and beyond to ensure my parents were well taken care of. Courtney is an absolute sweetheart! She kept me in the loop the whole time and had the job completed in just a couple of days. It was such a pleasure doing business with Superior! If I could give 10 stars I would!     Josh and his team provided exceptional service. I initially requested for my gutters to be cleaned; however when Josh came out to complete the service he recommended a more sustainable solution. After doing some researching about the solution offered I was able to confirm that the suggested work would indeed be more cost effective in the long term and add value to my property.     Josh and his crew are amazing!!! My wife and I rent but we have taken pride in our place and have spent a lot of money on landscaping and these guys took every precaution possible to protect them. When they left after the job they left our yard looking just like it did before they showed up. The work they performed (removing the old shingles, repairing the damaged wood and installing new shingles) is absolutely amazing. If you are needing a new roof I highly recommend SUPERIOR ROOFING AND GUTTERS!!!! 😁😁😁😁

    Josh was very nice, got the job done very quickly and within the quote. He was flexible with my schedule around the holidays and installed our new guards quickly. Not only that but he blew our roof off and cleaned our existing gutters before installing the new guards.He could easily have tried to upsell me into a whole new gutter system but saw that my current guards were not doing their job and installed new aluminum micro-mesh guards that come with a 40-year manufacturers warranty. We are grateful for his honesty and quick, quality work. Wholeheartedly recommend.

    If you are looking for quality work and great customer service, Superior Roofing is it! I got several quotes for new gutters and Superior gave me a professional quote and was able to install the same week. Josh and his team knocked out my new gutters in a few hours.     Absolutely blown away with this company! Our builders did a far from perfect job on our roof when we built almost 2 years ago and Josh and the crew came out to inspect a suspected leak. Sure enough they found things that were done so poorly by our builders and the roofing contractor they used. Josh showed me the issues and they were able to repair it the same day AND for a great price! They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more pleased. Next project is gutter guards! We absolutely cannot wait to give this awesome company all of our business for many many years to come! Professional and so super nice! Recommending them to anyone and everyone!

    Josh and Superior Roofing did an outstanding job of installing gutter guards and snow guards on our home. They also realigned a section of gutter and fixed a few other small shingle problem areas. They were very professional, prompt and courteous. Josh even came back to blow debris off my roof. I called 5+ local roofers for the job but they either did not return my calls or follow up with quotes after visiting our home. Apparently they didnt want to work which is the norm these days. Not Josh and his crew. Theyre a hard working group who want to work and serve their customers regardless of the size of the job. I highly recommend Superior Roofing and Gutters.

    My insurance company sent me a cancelation letter due to my roofs condition. Although there wasnt really much wrong with it and the roof still has life in it, I contacted Superior Roofing & Gutters as recommended by a friend. They came out the next morning and inspected my roof, and even provided pictures of everything that needed to be fixed! They quoted me a more than fair price and fixed what needed to be fixed extremely quick! They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to send to my insurance.     If I could give ten stars I honestly would as five is not high enough for me :). In the world that we live in today there are way too many crooks and people who do not know what they are doing & will take your money & not complete the job. Josh is not one of them at all. He is very honest, very professional, & takes pride in his work. He has been there to complete work for me regarding my roof that the previous “roofer” did not complete. He is prompt, affordable, & very knowledgeable and reliable! I highly recommend this company as you will not regret it and will have a peace of mind knowing that if Josh works on it that it is done Correctly!

    Josh and his crew were absolutely amazing and did a wonderful job! Had gotten previous estimates that were much too unaffordable and they sold different “tiers” of gutter guards but always suggested the highest. Josh was completely professional but much more personable than the other estimates and he came by to even give me a sample of what was going up before hand which I greatly appreciated and no other company did. His product was far superior and I’m so glad I got them installed. He also fixed a rotten area and corrected a water flow issue I was having that was causing flooding in the garage and for water to flow against the foundation. I have been extremely pleased with his product and only regret not being able to it do sooner. Highly highly recommend this company and will use again with next updates.

    Had Josh do an evaluation on our roof after a particularly bad wind storm. He didn’t try to upsell me anything that wasn’t needed which was greatly appreciated. So we had him put up gutters for our barn. His prices were reasonable and the job was done quickly without any problems. It resolved our water problems. I will be using his company again in the future when we have roofing needs.

    Had a gutter that was leaking and Josh and his crew promptly returned my call and scheduled the repair as well as caulked all other gutters to prevent any additional leaks. Did full inspection of all gutters and roof as well. The cost was more than fair.     I strongly recommend this company, Joshua and his staff were more than reliable. I called him at the last minute because the house we were working on needed gutters and downspouts asap. They answered the call and did a phenomenal job and his prices are very reasonable. We will definitely use his company again and again. They will NOT disappoint!!!

    I contacted Josh about a leak in my roof midday, and his team came over to provide an estimate that same day. After inspecting my roof, he explained that they could do a quick repair of the leaky area and reinforce a few other spots right then for a very fair price. He noted that the roof was pretty old and that many of the shingles had worn thin, so it was likely I would have more leaks in the future. (An inspector had told me the same thing when I purchased the house a little over a year ago.) He said that if other shingles blew off in the future, he could document it for me so that I would be able to make a better argument for my insurance company to cover the costs of replacing the entire roof. Two big storms later, I havent noticed any more leaking. I will definitely call Superior Roofing when I need repairs and when Im ready to spring for a new roof. They are fair, friendly, and efficient.

    Had some damage to my roof from life, and Josh was very quick to reach out to see what he could do to help me out. He came out to see what work I need to have done at 5pm on a Friday! What other company do you know that would do that? Now lets top that, he came back out on a Saturday to do do the repairs!!!!! With out charging an arm and a leg for doing the work on a weekend! They helped us through all steps of the insurance claims (even showing up to help reinforce to the insurance adjuster the extent of damage). They went out of their way to make sure we got our roof put on and installed properly. The Crew knocked it out of the park on the installation and were very friendly.     I contacted SUPERIOR ROOFING & GUTTERSand spoke with owner Josh Stout concerningmy severely clogged gutters.He said he would come and do an inspection which he did a short time later on the same day. We both agreed that this wasgoing to be an ongoing problem with all of thetrees around and over my home.Long story short, Josh came back and cleaned my gutters, caulked the end caps,added another downspout for better flow, andinstalled the leaf blaster micro mesh screenover the gutters.I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER ! It has rainedwith wind and thunderstorms twice and thedownspouts have NEVER gushed water likethis before.Checking out my roof after these two storms I found quite a lot of leaves and sticksbut NOTHING on the leaf blaster screen overthe gutters so they obviously work very well.Joshs inspection, his work, and his attention to detail is outstanding and Illguarantee his relationship with his customerscant be passed..........plus being friendly,knowledgeable, professional, and havinga SUPERIOR product doesnt hurt either !Anthony Locketz 5/20 2022
