    TAP electric did great. They ran the electric underground out to our garage. Our setup was older and needed brought up to code. They were friendly/kind, easy to get ahold of, were on time, responded in a timely manner, did clean work, cleaned up after themselves, and most importantly were fairly priced for quality work. They take all forms of payment and I got the invoice as well as receipt on the spot. As a female customer I found them easy to communicate with and I felt respected. My husband was busy working on updates on our home, so I was mainly the one in communication with the crew. Highly recommend these guys and would hire again in the future.

    Troy and Hunter were very professional, efficient, worked hard and answered all of our questions. They were honest and helped us find a way to get all of the electrical work that needed to be done in a way that saved us lots of money. We felt like they cared about doing a good job for us. It was a pleasure to work with them and we highly recommend their services.

    Called for an estimate to up grade from old 60 amp fuse to get a 200 amp installed. Troy came out looked at what I had going on. He gave me a quote for the 200 amp panel, The 200 amp panel upgrade in my opinion wasnt bad at all, after hearing a couple other quotes. Troy gave me a time line on when he was able to get the project done. He installed new meter base with service disconnect, ran new conduit to handle the new larger wires, and installed 2 grounding rods on the outside. Inside he disconnected the old service installed new 200 amp panel. Troy pulled the permits and had alliant come out and do the line drop. Troy took care of everything for me. I will be recommending T.A.P to others and plan on using him again.

    We had an extensive long term job that needed to be completed to upgrade our garage, update our upstairs in house wiring, and replacing and/or upgrading our outside electrical as well installing a generator.     Troy was our electrician for an addition on our home. I cant say enough about his professionalism and the quality of work. He had good ideas and gave us informed suggestions on how to efficiently run the wiring. He was there when he said he would be, and his staff were courteous as well.

    I hired T.A.P. after buying a house(site unseen) and realizing that it had been completely gutted. Troy came the same day I called for an estimate when every other electric company either never showed up or were 2 weeks out for an estimate and 2+ months out to even begin service! The price was VERY reasonable and they were very kind and professional. My first home buying experience has been a nightmare this far but my experience with T.A.P. was awesome and has made the experience a little better. Especially now that my house has electric running through it! I will most definitely call Troy again and will recommend him to anyone I can. Thanks again!!

    The recent storm took down the power to our house. Troy was very responsive when I called. He came over on Palm Sunday to replace the mast on our house and he and his assistant Hunter were both very professional as well as personable. He even called later to make sure that everything was good when the utility company came and reconnect our power. I would highly recommend him.

    I highly recommend TAP Electric! We gave them a call when we found some interesting wiring going on when we went to replace our ceiling fan. Im so glad that we did! Troy and Hunter did an excellent job of diagnosing what was going on, they were very professional and left the job site cleaner than when they arrived!I love to know all about what is going on and they were so good at explaining what they saw and how they were going to address the issue.I think the best feeling is knowing that the job was done right and I can sleep peacefully knowing that.Save yourself from having someone else talk your ear off while trying to accomplish the electrical task they have been asking you to do for months. Just give TAP a call. Well worth the value and saving that relationship with that person ;)!

    We had Troy come out to look at a list of changes we were looking to make. He talked us through each project and what could be done. He offered to tackle one of them right then and they got a new outlet relocated for our range.But what I appreciate even more is that Ive reached out to him since with a few additional questions on some minor electrical issues and hes taken the time to text right back and assist. Im definitely calling Troy for any future electrical needs.

    We had a vanity light panel that was beginning to short out completely. He responded quickly and had to struggle to get it out as it butted up against the ceiling tiles. He removed the panel and spent the time to see if he could replace it, which he couldn’t find. He totally rewired it as it should have been in the first place. We were in awe of his professionalism, honesty, excellent work and his prices are fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work of any kind.
