My wife & I are Senior Citizens and very skeptical about service calls. The technician arrive right on time & was clean & courteous He performed a simple service and charged a basic fee which I thought was much too expensive. I protested the charge to his office manager & she agreed and reduced the charge. I am very pleased with the service and the concern of this company and they will get my future business.

GMaps showed a local place but the number redirected to these folks. No complaints here, quality of work top notch. Needed a ceiling fan installed, and a light fixture troubleshoot. Both taken care of quickly and good quality workmanship. Where they really shined was working with me on price. All above taken care of for $400 after some fair negotiation. In this economy, for a skilled tradesman, seems reasonable to me. Would recommend.

I called Mr Electric in the morning. The company sent Warren and Rhett who arrived the same day early in the afternoon. The men quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly received the parts needed. They were completely done by 1300. I was amazed that it only took 6 hours from the time I called to a completely fixed electrical system. I am very pleased with the professionalism and competency of this company. I will use them again in the future with future projects and any other problems.

Kirk was amazing. I always use mr. Electric. Highly recommended. I have been without my 220 outlet for quite a while. He repaired it and did a quick inspection of my breaker box. The electrician, Robert, was on time, polite, and efficient. He walked me through exactly what needed to happen (I was getting an outlet installed for a microwave, but it needed to go on its own circuit). The final cost ended up being less than he originally quoted--I always appreciate knowing they were willing to charge an actual cost instead of just sticking with the higher, original quote. He also let me know about some other things that could use improvements, but didnt pressure me into trying to do anything additional. Overall, Im happy!

I would definitely both use this company again and highly recommend. I was kept up to date, with courtesy phone calls, regarding my appointment and any delays. The technician that performed my service was very pleasant and professional. He clearly explained the issue and what needed to be done to resolve it. And he also pointed out another issue I wasnt even aware of. It was something that could have possibly caused more costly problems if not done. And he also fixed that the same day/same appointment. He ran out to get the needed materials/parts and came right back. Overall, it was a great customer service experience.

We were without heat most of December. At 5:30 AM on the coldest day of the year, I called Mr. Electric expecting to get an answering machine. Sandy answered. She listened. She understood. She cared!By 11:30 the very same day, Jeremiah had our heater pumping out much needed warmth! It took him about an hour to do the work, pretty amazing considering his hands had to be near frozen working in our frigid, open garage. He never complained about the cold or made us feel guilty. Totally professional.I cannot express how grateful my husband and I are for such a quick response. The company who mis-wired our panel is still giving us the runaround. He carefully evaluated 5 separate electrical jobs that we asked to be done, then told us in detail what it would take to do each, and the costs involved. After we decided on the jobs, he went right to work and stayed until the jobs were done; then he walked us through them to make sure we were satisfied. We could not have asked for better service - Clint is a true professional.Id also like to commend your company: I called Mr. Electric Monday morning thinking it might be weeks to get any service, instead: 1. Tyler and David did a great job of fixing what was needing to be fixed, doing it quickly, while also being friendly and educational. The only reason this is a 4 star and not a 5 star is because the time frame in which I requested the appointment kept being push back/delayed. I understand things happen that can’t be planned for, so I’m assuming it’s something that doesn’t happen often. The service and quality once the technicians were here was fantastic.

David came out after I had been over 100 hours without power during the blizzard, and my house suddenly flooded. He came on a day when few were able to even start their cars and drive. He arrived fast, and was incredibly thorough. He inspected my home carefully and found water in places I wouldn’t have even thought to look. Justin Witte and Brent were absolutely awesome. No complaints, Justin went above and beyond. I know Ive thanked them about 10 times before they left, ( it was like a 8 to 9 hour job). But Im thanking them again. I would definitely recommend them. Justin is a asset to the company. They have taken like 100 lbs of stress off my shoulders . I have a old house, outdated breakers and its a miracle my house didnt catch fire a long time ago. The breakers were burnt and one melted. But Justin was professional and handled it. Your doing a great job Justin and Brent was just as nice and professional. Mr. Electric has 2 of the best in my book.Very satisfied customer!!! 😊

Have used hem for both major and minor projects over the past 5 years -most recently 9/14/2022. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The office sends confirmation emails and let’s you know which technicians will be working on your project. The technicians let you know when they are on the way to your address. Never have to wonder if/when they are arriving. They provide a quote and are ready to do the job if you approve. NOTE: Their pricing is starting to become unreasonable. Was quoted $1200 and settled for $750.

We needed quick service and we got it! Our electrician, Cody, was great! The scheduler on the phone was great also. However, she was unable to give me a ballpark charge, and I feel the charge was higher than I might have been able to find. $1300 for 3 hours to install a new outside breaker box with new 200 amp breaker. It did not require running any wires. I know it is a profession involving danger and requiring expertise, but that seemed a little high for my geographical area.

Steven came out and gave me a quote on an electrical problem that I have been living with for some time. He was timely, professional and courteous. He fixed the problem and explained the issues related to original wiring limitation clearly and plainly. Steven wore shoe covers in the house and cleaned up all debris after completing his work. Work spaces were left in better shape than he found them. I asked Steven to give me a quote on some additional work. He examined the problems and gave me some options to accomplish my goals. After a quote he gave me time to consider my options and didnt pressure me regarding the additional work. (no high pressure for sales, just honest straightforward options and costs) I decided to go forward with part of the additional projects. I changed my mind and asked Steven to change the quote and work scope and he obliged cheerfully. Steven returned the next day to complete the second project for me and again performed the work with explanations and no pressure to do additional work. I was very pleased with Steven’s professional behavior and the work he performed. I would be confident recommending Mr. Electric and Steven Laliberte to my friend and neighbors.

Called at 11am repairman was here by 3. Fixed my outlet problem in 45 minutes so great service. Only down side it was $398 to replace a 220 outlet. Seems high but haven’t had any other electrical work done to compare it to. That said they did fix my problem within hours after I called. So 5 stars all the way.

I began a do-it-yourself project and quickly realized I didnt have the ability to finish it (or even to put it back the way it started). I requested an appointment via Mr. Electrics website; they responded promptly; an appointment was available that same day. The team arrived near the beginning of the appointment window; they completed the job quickly and successfully; they were friendly and professional. They asked if I needed anything else, but they never tried to upsell me -- in fact, when I said that Id read online that I needed a certain additional service, they told me it was not required (in other words, I asked to be upsold but they didnt do it). I got myself into a mess and they got me out of it. I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone needing service.

Very tech savy company! They are totally paperless and they have a great text-alert system that lets you know when your master electrician is coming AND who he is with a picture. Very professional and quick getting the problem figured out and fixed. I think he was here for less than thirty minutes. I also really appreciated that when he was done fixing my outlets, he explained the process and made sure to check out the fuse box in the garage - even though the issue wasnt out there. I love the communication!Dylan arrived right on time. From his arrival to his departure, he was the very model of what I expect from someone dealing with a customer. I want to thank Mr. Electric and their service tech, Junior. The communication from the business via text, reminders, and phone was excellent. Junior is a pleasure to work with and answered my questions clearly and honestly.I am a senior and this house has been remodeled many times since built in 1950. The cover for an outdoor outlet was left open. It had filled with water from the sprinkler about a month ago. The GFCI plug was charred. We assumed the breaker had tripped but nothing in our electrical panel looked tripped and it was not labeled.Junior quickly resolved a dangerous situation. This plug was hot and still sparking. His estimate for replacing and actually upgrading the GFCI plug was very reasonable--less than I expected. Im so glad I placed the call and I definitely will call Mr. Electric again.
