A former co-worker and good friend referred us to Blessed. Every time we have called to use them, they are very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. On one occasion, our home warranty service sent a HVAC technician who succeeded in making our AC unit even worse and also made our thermostat stop working. We called Blessed and they had a technician come out the next day and fixed everything easily.The latest work they did for us was to install a generator plug for our electrical panel. There was a delay and miscommunication with the parts but it was worked out. We are already planning more work for them in the near future. Im happy to say Blessed is our electricians and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Blessed Electric and Air did an ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL job at my home! The house I purchased had a garage conversion with insufficient airflow from the air conditioning unit (only one 6-inch air duct). As a result, the room was always hot. The walls and ceiling could not support a larger air duct because the room was not originally built as a living space. Chris designed a creative solution that ran 2 new, smaller air ducts in an adjacent wall. He also helped me find contractors to remove and rebuild the sheetrock in the wall. Every step of the way, he explained my options and answered my questions. My room is now cool and comfortable! Working with a contractor you can TRUST is important when making repairs to your home. If you are looking for a company with affordable prices and EXCEPTIONAL service, you won’t find a company better than Blessed Electric and Air!

I’m a repeat customer of Blessed Electric and have never been disappointed in their work or price. Just recently Mat and Mat repaired my under cabinet lightning which proved a little tricky but Mat diagnosed the problem right away, got the parts and in no time it was repaired. . Originally the quoted price by another electrician was $650 but Mat did the completed the job for $209. Really appreciated his expertise and fair price. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

My wife and I have used Blessed Electric numerous times throughout the years. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We just had them out the other day, Matt and Matt #2. We were having continuous problems with our pool lights and a GFI switch. After some troubleshooting they diagnosed the problem and repaired it. They found an issue that was not found before. Great work by both. I have recommended Blessed to my family members and friends and all have complementary towards Blessed. I highly recommend them for your needs. Recently, my old HVAC finally gave away and I made the decision to replace both my units. I was surprised and pleased that Blessed Electric & Air were willing to come all the way out to Garland to do an inspection for me at a really good rate. I knew that my new property had numerous problems and code violations from the sellers shoddy contractor, and Jeff was really patient and thorough helping me find the most cost-effective way to fix their work. He is a really great communicator too, and I appreciated our very detailed text conversations over a few days working things out to my satisfaction. Hes one of the few contractors out there who did not talk down to me even though I dont know anything about electrical work, and when I brought up stuff I found in my research, he was willing to work with me. He got me on the schedule promptly, and Willy and his assistant installed a new breaker box and ground for me; they were great with communicating and I was happy with their work. Everyone with Blessed was really kind. Jeff even helped me lift up a recycling bin and empty it into the garbage (those previous shoddy contractors had loaded it with trash) which was obviously not in his job description. I highly recommend this company: professional, responsive, and a good price.

I read some of the reviews before I hired this company and I never saw a rating of 5. A lot of 4.8 4.9 and I am very surprised. I did have estimates done and I hired this company due to price and some reviews. They did quite a bit of work inside and outside of my home. There was a crew of four they were there at nine and left at six. Everything I asked for was done And when I got up this morning I found two glitches. I called and within an hour day their Worker was here and in less than 30 minutes had both problems fixed. I am extremely pleased with this company especially the professionalism and value. One of the companies estimate was four times The amount which was beyond me. Even if I could pay that why would I? I definitely 100% recommend this company. I cannot thank Blessed Air and Electric enough for their quick response and excellent after-hours service at my business yesterday! A cement truck backed into our overhead wire and ripped it from the connection to the pole, leaving us without any power in the facility. They came out late in the evening and worked in darkness to complete the repairs so that we could resume work today. Very professional and polite. I highly recommend these guys!

Update! My A/C decided to give up now that Texas is in the false fall. I called Blessed Electric and Air and the next day I’m cool again. Chris arrived within my scheduled window of time and called to let me know when he was on his way. He was very polite and professional. After his assessment he walked me to the unit and explained the problem and recommended steps for repair. I appreciate him educating me in how my HVAC system works. The process was fast, easy, and budget friendly. I’ll be calling soon for a generator consult.I’ve used Blessed Electric and Air on many occasions and highly recommend them to friends. My first service experience was for a plug and an electrical panel in my new home. Jeff was very professional and explained the process to me. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I’m a lady on a budget and after he completed the project I requested a bid for additional projects around the house. Jeff was more than willing to give estimates and said when I’m ready to move forward to give a them a call. I appreciated that there wasn’t a pushy sales pitch. I like the personal touch from the moment I schedule a service over the phone all the way through the completion of a project. The technicians call to let me know their arrival time and clean up their work area. I will continue to use their services for my home maintenance neeeds.

I used Blessed Electric & Air to replace the electric panel on our new home in Austin. Their price was by far the most reasonable of all the places I inquired. They also installed GFCI plugs, fixed exposed wires, installed light fixtures and fans. Jeff and his staff were very professional and completed the project in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and have used them a few more times thereafter. Jeff is also very skilled at diagnosing and fixing HVAC issues. He went above and beyond to perform emergency replacement for a broken compressor in our AC. I would definitely recommend Blessed Electric and Air if you’re looking for electrical or AC service in the Austin area.

I strongly recommend Blessed Electric & Air. Our AC compressor went and our home warranty company sent out a contractor who tried to gouge us about $500 with extremely overpriced and unneeded additional repairs. All of us that are not AC repair people have to be able to trust the expert to be honest and tell you the truth about your equipment and repairs.I happen to have a grandson who is a AC tech but he lives 360 miles away but I was able to verify what was and wasnt needed and what was required by building code. I dumped the home warranty contractor and we got several bids.I was getting gas at QT and happened to see Jeff in his company truck a couple of pumps over so I went over & spoke to him, gave him the info my grandson had given me. He called me later that day based on that info and gave me a price to repair which was significantly lower than the other bids I had received.Today Jeff and his apprentice were here when they were supposed to be and did a great job, they had the best price I found and hands down more professional. You can trust them to do a good job and be honest with you. I will use them from here on.

I manage a large commercial building. I have never used this company until today. Jeff was able to come on his day off and fix my heating issue, which turned out to be more complicated than expected. He worked very hard for over four hours. He was very patient and gracious, and the price was well worth it. I called five other companies before Blessed, and they were able to do it in the time frame I needed. I will definitely be using this company again and recommending to others.

My Warranty company recommended Blessed Electrical and Air. Rachael called me in less than an hour. She set us up for a Monday appt, because Saturday was booked. She then went, on her own, and squeezed us in on Saturday. Wow! Jeff came in and did a thorough check, explained the problems. I am older and tend to ask a lot of questions to make sure I understand the situation. He was patient, kind and explained things well. These people have wonderful customer service, which is rare these days.I cautioned everyone to NOT use Next Gen Air.I was without air on my 2nd unit for 3 months.It cost me a bundle, and I ended up hiring someone on my own to replace the complete system, including the new compressor that Next Gen had installed. Made me doubly happy with Blessed Electrical and Air.

The new unit had to be taken apart and put back together in the correct location. Of course it was during a heat wave and the attic was extremely hot. Spectrum technician came in to my house to get wifi installed and ended up messing up the pipe for my a/c Jeremy came and fixed with a younger guy that idk his name but they did a very good job with that but now they found other things messing up bc of the same damaged spectrum had done and Erick was super nice & one of the best at doing his job as well they both stayed till very late at night to make sure I didn’t stay with my ac not working I appreciated that so much bc i have my kids there , the lady answering the calls has been so patient with me with everything that spectrum has been asking me for which I know can be very stressful because trust me I just want this situation to be over with them (spectrum) already but they have been the best company ever I don’t think I’ll ever get somebody else to get this type of job done in my house they have really good prices and also thinking on getting the family plan they talked to me about I will be recommending blessed electric and air to everyone I know THANK YOU SO MUCH I would give more stars if I could the best service in the metroplex!.

Sheesh it’s so hard to find dependable honest, hard-working, friendly people nowadays anyways much less repair companies! The house that I’m in has had air duct and HVAC issue for over a year and some people didn’t wanna touch it because it was a combination issue and there wasn’t A lot of room to do the work up there.CHRIS the owner of BLESSED, Came out immediately and diagnosed and assessed the issue and said he’d write up an estimate and get his crew.Sent ERIC JR and ERIC (lead technician) out here … And the lead technician, Eric has so much experience knowledge and determination that he refused to leave until the problem was fixed!! It’s A process of elimination & you have to be patient and also KNOW ur stuff! And ERIC DOES!The owner Chris was transparent, and honest, brutally honest from the beginning. They came out super late & tried to help us patch our old beast back up one more time cause we just bought new windows. No such luck! However, they did get us set up with a new unit the next day. Not only that, but their bid was less than half of what another company quoted us. 🙏🙏🙏 Its way too hot in Texas to roll without an AC unit. Thankful for Blessed Electric and Air. Well I went with Blessed Electric & Air and I must say I’m not often surprised, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the professional way everything was handled from start to finish.I had a boarder line complex issue and I’m back up in running now in a timely manner.Very impressive.

Jeff and all his employees were super professional, fast and friendly. They installed a new ground pole on my house extremely quickly and with great quality. They also installed a new meter box and were quick to come out and help to restore power to our house when the old box fried. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Our ac went out when the heat index was 115 degrees. We reached out to Blessed Electric & Air from the initial coordinator to the AC technicians - everyone was professional, friendly and accommodating to helping us. They came out the same day and got our ac back to working - didn’t leave until they were certain our house was cooling. The ac technicians were very knowledgable and attentive to providing excellent service.Thank you Eric and Chris for your expertise and exceptional customer service! I highly recommend Blessed Electric and Air for your home. I know we will continue to use their service.

I used blessed electric and air today to install a electric box and they were amazing we ran into some issues with a outlet plug and they caught it and fixed it they kept me updated the hole time they were working TYLER AND ETHAN WERE AMAZING and super friendly it’s been a long time since I have seen great customer service they were also super patient with my very hyper three year old! Thank u blessed electric and air Jeff, Ethan and Tyler for everything you guys are amazing can’t express this enough definitely recommend them to everyone!

Blessed Electric & Air is one of the best Electrical and HVAC companies I have ever brought on as a sub contractor for new home construction, residential remodels, and as well as my own personal home fixes.Being in a new area, and searching for a reliable and knowledgeable company; Jeff and his team came to my job site right away after one phone call. He gave me a cost-efficient estimate on 2 new construction homes and 1 remodel. The 2 new homes required a panel from a main power pole to supply proper amperage to the homes and he was quick to establish and instal it correctly and promptly with my timeline.Jeff and his team are enjoyable and friendly to work with, I absolutely recommend them!

Just had a gentleman out from Blessed Heating and Air to fix my air conditioner. (I wish I could remember his name) He was so courteous and professional with a great attitude. Keep in mind he was working in direct sunlight in 102 degree heat! Got our air blowing cold in no time. Great customer service Blessed Heat and Air!!!

Chris and Jeff did an outstanding job replacing my old unit and ducting. They did a complete overhaul of my HVAC system that included a new inside and outside unit, ducting, and more vents installed. Upon request they were even able to move the indoor air handler to the attic which reduced noise and opened up a closet in my hallway. Chris and Jeff were both extremely professional and courteous. They worked hard to ensure that my system was installed in a timely manner(2 days). This installation happened in January 2018 and I havent had any issues at all.
